▼ Yes, Elisa Fawley knew full well that doing anything here was against the law, even in the wizard world. Pecunia Casino was a place for gambling, drinking, smoking... pretty much anything that Elly's mother would scold her for, and that if a policeman were paying any lick of attention right now, she might get more than a stern talking-to about. Maybe even just walking in at the age of fifteen was illegal. But nevertheless here she was, striding shamelessly in, with her school trunk in her hand and green and black striped scarf on. It was snowing outside so flakes clung to her eyelashes and hair. Everywhere she was slightly wet from the snow that had fallen on her and promptly melted from her body heat. Only a few hours before she had gotten out of Hogwarts for Christmas vacation. Though she was sad to say goodbye to some of her friends- Scorpius, who had taken her to the Slug Club Christmas Party, Desirae, and even to an extent Elaine- she was actually excited to go and see her family. Also, really glad to be away from her first semester of classes. Her mother Adia would want to see her over the break, and she was looking forward to seeing her five sisters, including Jia, who was twenty-six. That's why Elisa was at Pecunia- her sister worked here, as a dealer. It really wasn't part of the pick-up plan, meeting her here, but Elisa was sure that they would find a way to make it work. At least mother would know that she was with Jia right away and not worry as much.
It took a few minutes of walking around the slot machines, billiards tables, and people playing poker to find Jia. Several patrons turned and looked at Elisa curiously but turned back after a few seconds. They must have thought that she wasn't important. When Elisa finally spotted her by a particularly big table surrounded by people playing some kind of gambling card game, she didn't waste any time going up beside the slender Fawley daughter and poking Jia in the side. "Sis- It's me- hi." She waved, unabashed, to those who noticed her presence, and waited for the inevitable reaction from her sister.

The day at the casino had been uneventful for the most part. She had actually fathered some useful information from a dark wizard who had visited the casino only hours ago, however, so that was an accomplishment. Now, she was dealing in a high stakes poker game that had been going on for at least one or two hours now. This was her last shift before her sisters would be meeting at their mothers home for the Christmas holiday. Jia still worked during most of the break, but she had gotten a decent amount of time off to spend with her family. Her mothers reputation helped in her getting the time off, no doubt. Bu Jia dint' mind, she wanted to see her sisters and mother as soon as possible.
When she felt a tap on her shoulder, she held up a finger, telling them to wait. Until she heard her youngest sisters voice "Ella!" she said, half-chastising, half-pleased, "hold just just a minute," she said to her sister, waving someone over. "Donato, please help my sister to the break room." Jia turned away and finished dealing the round. Soon, another dealer came to take her place. Jia thanked them and crossed the lavish room into the employee are.
She crossed to her sister, a stern look in her eye. "Elisa. You know a casino isn't a place for children" she said. But, her expression softened as she held out her arms for a hug.

▼ At first Jia just put Elisa off, but the moment Elly said sis, Jia spun and greeted her. She sounded angry- and Jia had a reason to be, she was working, and Elisa was being fairly rude by just tromping in on her shift- but Elly knew that really she wasn't mad at all. She had never known Jia to be truly angry toward her family, even toward Adia, their mother, who had done some very terrible things in her life. (Well, so some of the other sisters thought, anyway. Elisa admired her mother and thought of her as a very strong woman.) Though Elisa was more than sure, that the capacity was there.
Elisa gave no complaint as she followed the casino employee her sister charged with the task of leading her back to the break room. She had no hard feelings; she completely understood having to brush her off for a moment. Work came first for Jia; it was the same for Elisa, in that school (and friends) came first for her when class was in session, or when everyone was hanging out in the common room. Elly didn't have to wait long though before her sister was back, acting stern but really loving under the surface. A little bit of a smile tinged Elisa's face, as she met Jia's hug and replied, "I know. But I missed you. All I've been able to think of for weeks is Christmas break."

Jia held her sister tightly, rocking back and forth a little. She pulled away and kept one hand on her sisters shoulder, using the other to gently brush Elisas hair. "Aw, I've missed you too, sweetie!" she said happily as she pulled her sister in for one more hug before gesturing for her to sit. "I know the feeling," Jia sat on the couch with a long sigh, the days shift weighing on her in both Casino matters and IA matters. She often hated that she couldn't discuss her real job with anyone but other members, but she completely understood why. Especially in a family that had been involved with the Dark Lord in the past... well, it was hard to keep her life a secret but she could do it easily. She could see the reasons why it was a secret.
She gently resting a hand on her sisters arm as she spoke, "I should be able to get out of here early since you showed up, then we can see everyone-" she started with an exhausted smile. "Let me just send a quick message out to @mimi, she could probably meet us here," she pulled out her wand and sent a patronus message out, hoping it would reach her younger sister. She turned back to Elisa, "Tell me, how is school? Boys? Scorpius?" she smirked at that last name. Elisa had mentioned in the past how the Malfoy boy had befriended her and this stuck out in Jias mind. She had met him before and she found him to be a good example of blood tolerance-something she knew her sister needed.

"Oof," Chun-mei exclaimed in surprise as she was pulled down into her lover's lap. She felt his hot breath on her neck before he pursed his lips to her nape. Mimi pushed his hands off of her waist and leaned forward in her lap. "Zip up my dress for me?" she asked quietly.
A sigh came from the man and he began to rub Mimi's shoulders firmly. He answered in a low grumble, "I was thinking you could take that stuff back off and stay a little while longer."
Mimi stretched at the feel of his hands massaging her shoulders. She turned her torso and head to their extent and kissed him gently. It hadn't taken her long to decide she'd be showing up late to mother's place for the holiday season.
The silvery glow of the patronus lit the whole of the dark room. Mimi didn't notice it at first. But the man stopped kissing her and paid his attention to it. Mimi groaned as she turned to look at it. She recognized her sister's patronus and stood up immediately. She wasn't actually unhappy to see the patronus, she just wanted to seem so in front of him. She looked back at him as she set he shoes up with her feet and put her feet in them. He seemed perplexed and a little annoyed. "Its my sister." Mimi explained softly as she tried to zip up the back of her dress fruitlessly. Her boyfriend of sorts, leaned forward and zipped her up quickly. "Thanks," she muttered quietly.
In his low grumble, "When will I see you again?"
Mimi peered back at the wild-haired American wizard and smiled. "I'll be around." She lifted a black pouch and approached the fireplace. She heard him grumble again but couldn't make out the words as she placed a green powder in the fire, likely his farewell. "Pecunia," she uttered as she stepped into the fire. She emerged from the fireplace of the casino and was bewildered that a greeter hadn't offered to take her coat. That was when she realized she'd left her jacket back at that dark apartment in Muggle London. With a sigh, she checked to be sure she hadn't forgotten anything more valuable as she made her way to the place that Jia had indicated she would be. Mimi looked over her shoulders at some of the games being played; she didn't like this casino very much, it was too difficult to cheat here.
Mimi made it to the employee area and rushed over to little Elisa quickly once she spotted her two sisters. She hugged and kissed Elisa's cheeks then turned to her older sister, Jia. "What is Elly doing here?" She glared accusingly at Jia but her attempt at giving Jia a hard time was ruined by her inability to keep from smiling. She stepped towards her older sister and hugged her tightly. "It is so good to see you girls!"
