At that strange sarcastic sort of laugh she gave, Aaron folded his arms across his chest. She had been looking for him, trying to reach him for two years. Oh, she meant their father. And then she said it, that she hadn’t been looking for her siblings. How could she stand that? It drove Aaron crazy not knowing who his father was and when he was figuring out all he wanted was to find his other kids. She had looked down, though, which showed she may have realized how sad that really was. At her next words, Aaron nodded, ”I can see why you wouldn’t think about it, though. I mean, my logic was if the guy would get my mom pregnant and then bail then he’d probably do it again,” he shrugged. ”But, unlike you, I haven’t even thought about looking for him. Not in person, at least,” he admitted.
He was glad that she agreed to going with him and led the way toward the Broomsticks. ”I worry that if we all get together he may get wind of it and come around… but if that’s what you wanted… why do you want to meet him, anyway?” he asked as they walked down the street.

Odette really felt kind of bad now as she stood in front of this guy, staring at him as he spoke and realizing just which features they seemed to share. It was a little frightening, actually... Odette had never grown up with other siblings. She didn't know what having a brother was like. "I guess... I just kind of hoped I was the only one," she admitted a little quieter. "I never wanted anyone else to have to be forced into hating the man who is half of the reason for their existance. You know?" Odette found it oddly therapeutic and easy to talk to Aaron. Maybe it was because he was her brother. Then of course there was the fact that he looked familiar... and not just "brother" familiar either.
Odette shook her head as the two of them walked down the street. "I don't have any interest in meeting him," she said, making no effort to hide the disdain she had for Fenrir Greyback. "I want him dead. And I'm going to be the one to make him that way." It was harsh, it was dark... but it was her true feelings, the one thing she desired most. To avenge her mother.
It was that moment that Odette realized that Aaron looked around her age... but she could not remember ever seeing him at school. But still, he looked far more familiar than just having the same features she did. "What do you do? Professionally, I mean," she asked, raising an eyebrow as she turned her head to look at him now.

Aaron nodded as Odette explained that she hoped she was the only one. It was a good reason, too, not wanting others to have to go through what she went through. ”That’s very noble of you,” he said with a small nod. He wasn’t one to beat around the bush. He was impressed at her way of thinking whereas his thoughts about his father growing up were that sure he was scum but maybe he had siblings out there. That was one thing the man was good for.
Then she declared that she wanted him dead and Aaron’s eyes widened. She was going to kill someone? That was a bit of a dark thing to be carrying around. No wonder she was so… well, broody or whatever she was. Aaron chewed his lip in silence for a brief moment before talking, ”I’m not… judging you or anything, but that sounds really dangerous. I don’t think you should attempt it… at least not on your own,” he wasn’t offering to help, by any means, but he hoped she wasn’t foolish enough to tackle the man alone.
Then she asked what he did professionally and he let out a breath. ”Awe, I’m a player for Puddlemere United… Seeker, actually.” It was always a necessary part of conversation but one of the most awkward to get through.
