Liona found herself once again sequestered off in one of the more abandoned classrooms on the fifth floor of the castle. She alternated what floors she went on to find abandoned classrooms as to not run into anyone and to make sure that no one picked up a pattern on where to find her. It wasn't that she particularly was avoiding anyone, there was just some things she needed her privacy for. Like now. She was concentrating, her wand waving back and forth as she practiced one of her Divination spells.
She'd moved forward again in the divination textbook and had made a mini duplication of the solar system. Their next lesson was supposed to be about using the planets and stars to predict past and future happenings. Bending over a large piece of parchment, she huffed in frustration. This was all supposed to be preparing them for their N.E.W.T. testing and the content was hard. She loved it though. The more the she learned about divination the more it solidified in her mind that this, or something along the lines of this, was what she wanted to do for the rest of her mind. You know, alongside being a celebrity. Or Minister of Magic. Or Supreme and Benevolent Ruler of the Free World. It was a fantastic back up. And it was what her cousin Scorpius was going into as well and she would just love to work with her cousin if that other stuff doesn't pan out. Who was she kidding, of course the other stuff would come true. Her year was going kind of slow though. She didn't have a lot going on but it seemed as if everyone around her had something interesting going on. Frankly, she was getting bored. So instead of stirring up trouble, as bored snakes tend to do, she decided she would get ahead on her studies. Hence her current frustration.
She scribbled a bit more across her parchment, her head flipping back and forth between her writing and the mini solar system. Jupiter, Mercury, and the Sun were all really close together while the other planets floated on the other side. Wasn't that a sign for something? She buried her head into her textbook once again, eyes moving back and forth across the pages quickly. She would get this down if it was the last thing she did today.

@lionaanna scarlette was bored. she had no homework do do, having spent the better part of the night before with her nose buried in her books so she would have the day free to focus on classes and whatever else came her way. the problem was her last class of the day had finished and a lot of the people she usually hung out with were still in classes. she supposed she could find someone to drag into a closet with her and spend more than a few moments occuping herself that way but she decided against it. walking past a classroom that had no one in it she glanced to the desks and realized she had been wrong. there was someone in it. someone she knew. they had been in school together for the last seven years and they took divination together. scar walked into the room and over to liona and sat down next to her. "can you tell what's in my future?" she asked as she glanced at what the other slytherin girl was working on.

Liona was still buried in her textbook when the slight scrap of a chair pulled her out of isolation. When she looked up Mia Bainbridge was sitting in the chair next to her. An amused smirk plastered on her face as she looked upon the graceful Ravenclaw. Of course she knew her, they'd shared many classes over their years at Hogwarts, even sharing a class or two now. Liona never really got to know her too well but they spoke in passing, she was sure. Maybe they'd had a few short conversations and when required they'd been paired up a time or two for a project of some sort. She was lovely, Liona couldn't deny and intelligent but it was her beauty that commanded all of the attention. Liona found herself pausing in her work to give her attention to her. She crossed her fingers, resting her chin upon then and tilting her head slightly, her smirk remaining firmly in place. At her question, Liona gave a light chuckle. "You know it doesn't work like that dear. You have to be a little more specific for this to work," she said, her amusement peppering her words. She was more than curious what she was doing up this way and completely interested in what made her decided to come into the classroom. Boredom was a great motivator though.
