Lily grinned even wider as Roxy continued, saying that the pencil from Lily's bag was better. After a moment of silence, Roxy asked Lily to tell her a story. Lily hummed for a moment, trying to find one. "Well, I guess that I could tell you about my first wolf transformation last year," she began. "It hurt, a lot, but it was kind of cool being a big dog and just running around-" she paused. Not everyone knew exactly that Adrian was a wolf. It was often speculated, but rarely confirmed. "I ripped my clothes accidentally, when transforming," she chuckled.
Then she paused the story, "sorry my hair isn't the right color... we could do a beauty charm to just make it look natural red for now if that'll make it easier? Just a simple illusion charm should do it?" she suggested.

Lily decided to tell her about the first time she’d transformed into a werewolf. She knew Lily was, of course, because for Lily it was just something natural and a part of her. But Roxy hadn’t actually heard her talk about what it was like. She listened as she worked, and laughed lightly when Lily did - ripped clothes sounded like something like a rookie mistake, which was of course why it was amusing. Lily broke off her story to suggest maybe they should do an illusion charm to make the colours easier. “Oh, that’s a good idea!” She pulled out her wand and began to think of the colour Lily’s hair usually was, before running her wand down her cousin’s hair a few times. ”Does that look right to you?” It wasn’t a perfectly detailed job, but it would be good enough - provided she got the colour right. lily luna potter

Lily let Roxy adjust her hair color visually to help out with the matching and all and Lily looked in the mirror, nodding, "looks close enough to me!" she confirmed. "Anyway, so then I had to wear a robe with nothing underneath so I could get back... to the castle," she cleared her throat, "wolves are supposed to take the potion but I went into the forest and got out of it that first time," and over the summer, every time. "I just wanted to see what it felt like, I guess. I can't lie and say I didn't like it," she shrugged, "I did." Loved it, actually.
She missed those days with Adrian, running around with him and wrestling as wolves. She felt a small lurch in her stomach at the thought of that first night as a wolf, kissing him once they were human again... she'd never kissed him like that before. Still, she couldn't tell anyone about Adrian being there... she didn't want to out his woflness to people who may not know since he kept it under wraps mostly.
