@adrian <3 The first task was over. He had just that morning been released from the Hospital Wing. Maxima was doing okay. Maria and him were doing okay, even though she had a freak out at the first task. Elias was...partially okay. However, as soon as he had left the hospital wing, and as soon as he had finally had some real food in his stomach, his feet brought him to a place he had not been before, a place he had never really imagined himself to go so willingly.
The Gryffindor Common Room.
After Maxima had attempted suicide, was the first time Elias had seen and met Adrian. But they really hadn't spoken. So, Elias assumed they'd have to some day, and he didn't want to push it off anymore. So he stood outside of their door, waiting for him to either show up to go inside, or show up when leaving. Elias wasn't even sure what he was going to say, he just knew he wanted a conversation.

Adrian's 'sibling senses' were tingled. No really. He had an uncanny ability of knowing when people he usually avoided were nearby. It was practically a sixth sense. Adrian was walking out of the Gryffindor tower when that sense kicked in, very loud and clear. So loud that he almost turned around right then and there to retreat back into the common room. None of his siblings could get in the Gryffindor Tower, it was literally his only safe place from them. It was too late now though, the portrait had already opened and anyone outside the tower would see him. Shoot.
He was expecting it to be Jamie, or maybe even Max as crazy as it sounded. Not the Durmstrang brother. And yet, that's exactly who it was.
Adrian stopped in his tracks, his dark gaze focused on his older half brother's identical dark gaze. "... Are you looking for Lily?" He asked, silently hoping that that was the case. Lily made friends with everyone, of course this guy.... What was his name? Wait... Elias, that's it. Anyway, no doubt Lily had cling to him like she did with all his siblings.

@adrian <3 The door finally opened, and Elias took in a deep breath as their dark eyes met. Elias was sure his own gaze was frightened, but Adrian's was unreadable. Either way, this was going to happen eventually, and Elias assumed now was the best to do so. Maybe not, but who knew when the best time to do anything was? You just had to go out and do it. Adrian asked if he was looking for Lily, and for a moment, Elias' facial expression turned to confusion.
He took a few steps away from the door, allowing Adrian to exit. "Oh, no, not Lily." That sort of sounded bad, so Elias shut his eyes and shook his head, holding his hands up. "No, I was, I was looking for you." This was completely awkward and not the way he had wanted all of this to go. Elias smiled awkwardly, holding out a hand. "I-ah, we haven't really been properly introduced. I'm Elias."

Not Lily. Him. Elias was looking for him. Shoot. Why was this happening? Adrian exhaled the breath he'd been holding through his nose to try and seem as calm as possible. He'd never asked to have a 'big' family. Him and his mother had always been enough for him. Well, technically Dan and Louisa too, but mostly him and his mom. Things were good, just the two of them. And siblings just made everything so complicated. He didn't like complicated. Unfortunately it seemed like he was stuck with all his siblings.
"Oh." He answered in response, just as awkwardly as Elias. Why would Elias be looking for him though? Was it about the other night, in the Hospital Wing? Had one of his other siblings put him up to it? Or, heaven forbid, had Lily bribed him? Adrian wouldn't put it past Lily, she was always trying to make him interact with his siblings. "I know who you are." He retorted quickly, before sighing. "I mean. You're the Durmstrang champion. Everyone knows your name." That sounded slightly less aggressive, thank goodness. But now he had to introduce himself, just so it didn't get more awkward. "Adrian."

@adrian <3 Adrian didn't seem very excited for Elias to be around, which was kind of a crappy feeling, but Elias was slowly getting used to it. It hadn't really happened with any of his other siblings when he met them, but as they had more and more meetings and conversations, especially Jamie, Elias realized that it wasn't always a joyful experience and he had to be very careful with some things that he said.
For example, after he introduced himself, Adrian sort of snapped. Elias gave a half smile and shook his hand. "Yeah...that's true, I suppose. It's nice to meet you, finally. In a good circumstance." Elias hoped that Adrian didn't think he had anything bad to tell him. He just wanted to get to know him. Having all of these siblings, and not much time in the day with classes and the tournament, Elias felt the need to see each and every one of them as much as possible.

Adrian ran a hand through his short hair and shifted his weight from foot to foot, nervously fidgeting. He really didn't think his siblings were bad people. It was just.. easier to avoid them, then try and build a relationship. He didn't know how you acted with siblings. Didn't know what it was like. Or what was expected of him. It was with terrifying unknown territory. But... It was kind of cool.... Having a brother closer in age to him. Him and Aaron had been out numbered by the girls up until now.
"Yeah..." He muttered in response, him mind briefly going back to their 'first' meeting. In the Hospital wing with Max. He wasn't close to Max, but she was still his little sister. The only one that he had that he knew about. "Nice to meet you..." Adrian forced himself to stop fidgeting and instead stuffed his hands in his pockets. "So... uh... Why were you looking for me?" It was until that moment that Adrian realized his accent was getting thicker, he was just that nervous.

@adrian <3 Elias was a bit surprised at how nervous Adrian seemed. He didn't think he was a scary person, or that Adrian should be nervous around him. Granted, Elias looked a bit scary, from what others had told him. However he was here to get to know his brother, unless Adrian had something to do of course. Aaron was much older than the two of them, and that left them as the only other known boys. It was nice.
"I-uh, just wanted to talk. About anything, really. Have you had breakfast yet? I'm hungry." He let a smile form on his face as he spoke, hoping Adrian wouldn't be so nervous around him. Elias thought talking over food might be the best way to start this conversation, and he forced himself to be more blunt. "I'm nervous too but...I want to get to know you if that's alright. If it isn't, you can just leave if you'd like." Elias became very sheepish, kicking at the ground in front of him.

He wanted to talk.
Oh, well this was awkward. Adrian had never been good at talking. At all. His social skills seemed limited in that they only really worked on his friends. But food? He could do that. He was pretty hungry. "Not yet." He admitted with a shrug, trying to act as casual as possible. The last thing he wanted was for Elias to realize just how.... uncomfortable siblings made him. He just wasn't used to having siblings. And... then he was called out on it. "I'm not nervous." Adrian immediately protested. The last thing he wanted was for anyone to actually realize he was as nervous as he was! "It's... It's alright." He finished.
"So uh.... Looks like you're okay. After the task." Adrian found himself saying. Elias did say he wanted to get to know him, might as well start out with a safe topic. The triwizard tournament.

@adrian <3 Elias nodded his head, smiling awkwardly. From what he was assuming, the two of them were both quiet, shy people. So this might be even more awkward and slow then he thought it would be. "Would you like to go eat and talk?" He gestured to the stairwell, wondering if he'd like to head down to The Great Hall. If not, they'd probably just be standing in front of the Common Room, and Elias wouldn't walk Jamie to walk up here and find them talking. She'd probably throw a hissy fit.
His eyes widened as Adrian quickly retorted, and he felt bad. Maybe he wasn't nervous? Maybe it was just Elias feeling that way. But, he did say that it was alright to talk and get to know him which was a helpful sign. Elias took a deep breath and smiled. Adrian's comment about the task made him laugh, and he nodded his head. "Yes, I ah, I'm okay now. I was in the Hospital Wing for a few days, though. Recuperating my flesh."

Adrian let out a slow, deep breath. Why was it so hard for him to deal with siblings? It really shouldn't be this awkward. And yet, somehow Adrian always made it worse. Because for some reason he always forgot what few manners he did have when it came to his siblings. "Sure." He answered as 'normal' as he could muster, trying and failing to sound nonchalant about this whole encounter. It took a moment, but soon Adrian managed to get his feel moving and heading towards the stairwell that would lead down to breakfast. Silently he prayed Lily didn't see this. She'd have a field day seeing Adrian with one of his siblings, and probably come embarrass him half to death.
Adrian glanced over at his... brother when he laughed and explained that he was alright now. From what they'd seen from the stands Elias had basically had a string of bad luck in the maze and ran into several challenges right after the others. Even though he'd come in last Elias had proven to everyone that he was Champion for a reason. He'd made it through despite every obstacle he'd faced. "That's good." he muttered. At least there wasn't any lasting damage. "And.. You're Bulgarian, aren't you?" He added. Adrian knew Elias' accent wasn't one of a native English speaker, just like his own wasn't.

@adrian <3 Adrian's one word was enough for Elias, though he waited for him to begin walking before Elias went along. He didn't want to rush him, or put any pressure on him that he did not want. Elias wasn't one to force people into doing things, and while Adrian seemed just as nervous, Elias was going to take this one slow. His meeting with Odette had gone wonderful, Jamie...ended up terrible. So with Adrian, Elias wanted it to be good.
They finally ended up downstairs and Elias smiled as he sat down at the Gryffindor table, hoping Adrian appreciated that effort. The laugh that had escaped his mouth brought an unusual look from Adrian, so Elias' smile turned into more of an awkward smirk. This was...so weird. "Ah, yes, Bulgarian. And...you?" Elias could probably guess, but right now he wanted to know Adrian on his own, allowing Adrian to tell him about himself rather then guess.

Please, don't let Lily be in the great hall. He'd never hear the end of it. She knew how wary his siblings made him, and this this sort of situation would. And her happy dance and sing in front of the entire school if you gave her the chance. Neither of which sounded good to him. He nodded as they sat down and Elias answered his question and returned it. Thankfully there was no sign of Lily. "Oh. German. I'm from Berlin." Technically most German students went to Durmstrang but his mother had felt Hogwarts would be a better fit for him. "You probably know my cousin, Daniel Hoh." Typically Adrian would have left out that detail. He and Dan didn't get along. But it hasn't been that bad this year. Sure they still didn't get along but... well, it just wasn't nearly as bad as Adrian thought.

@adrian <3 Elias began piling food onto his plate. Hungry werewolf called for large plates of deliciousness. That was one thing that Elias was never really embarrassed about was how much he ate. He didn't care; he'd rather be made fun of than hungry. At least that's how he thought about it. Nodding, he looked back to Adrian. "I can hear German, definitely. What's Berlin like? I've never been." Elias grabbed his goblet and began sucking down the orange juice. "I do, yes. He's a good guy, I don't talk to him often though."

It wasn't that bad, sitting next to his... brother. At least their appetite seemed to be a shared trait, because both teenage boys had filled every visible surface of their plates and then some. Pouring himself a large goblet of orange juice Adrian chugged it before starting on any of his food. Even after setting the bkw empty goblet back on the table he didn't eat quite yet. "Colorful." was his answer, unable to come up with a better explanation. Berlin was a diverse capital. Not only from foreigners but also the Germans there. Berlin had been split in half for years, with no contact with their counterpart. So, now a days you could tell which side of the wall you were on. But one thing was clear. Both sides were equally colorful in regards to art. The entire city was determined to show its personality after years of oppression.
The boy made a face as Elias said Daniel was a good guy. "He's an apathetic prick." he insulted. Of course Adrian knew better, that his cousin actually left too much and his apathy was a way to cope. But Daniel also had a habit of annoying Adrian to death. He was blasted good at it too.

@adrian <3 Well, this sibling definitely wasn't much of a talker. It made Elias smile. Maybe it was just him, but Elias felt like they were more alike than he'd normally admit. He also didn't speak much, and was incredibly nervous when meeting new people especially those of his blood. But the funny thing was, was that he initiated conversation with Adrian. So maybe they were still fairly different. "Well maybe someday I can visit there."
Elias laughed at Adrian's next comment, but then blinked a few times. "Sorry. I can see that we have different experiences with Dan." Elias gave a small apologetic smile, hoping it didn't ruin his chances of talking to him and getting to know him. Which, it didn't. The two brothers continued to eat their breakfast, and over the course of maybe an hour or so, continued to speak and learn more about the other. They eventually parted ways, but both knowing the other more than before.
