I love myself, no I don't need anybody else Being born into a family of three children of which two were boys is quite a scene one can imagine. Madison may have been there princess, but she often get the need to prove herself and outshine her brother's. And considering how well both of them are doing right now, she has a lot to reach. Madi woke up with a pounding headache due to the lack of sleep and the reason was the same as everyone's. She say awake thinking about her life and in turn all she could imagine was the look of dissatisfaction written across her parent's face'. She can never shake away that small fear which resides in the back of her mind, but never shows it out. She knew that going back to sleep was a lost cause as it was already 9 in the morning, so she decided to get out of her tower. She was still sleepy when she walked through the castle. It was Saturday and it would seem that most of the students were either out flying or were laying inside. Madison walked along the familiar corridors, and found that she was right outside an empty room. Perfect place she thought with a smile, and entered inside noting that the door made the a great noise while opening. She walked get way to one of the chairs and looked out towards the lake visible through the charmed windows. As she sat there, she began to hum slowly and in turn she begin to sing an old muggle song unknowingly. Her grandmom was a muggle woman and so Madi often listened along with get. Madi was singing 'I hate you I love you by gnash', a slow yet beautiful song when the door opened and abruptly Madi stopped her singing. MADE BY VEL OF GS

@kyles1 It was early, at least by Cordelia’s normal weekend standards. Recently she had discovered that the dungeons were home to empty classrooms that overlooked different parts of the grounds. Coming back from a much later dinner than usual earlier in the week, she had taken a wrong turn, which happened more often than she cared to share, and ended up walking into a corridor that was home to a plethora of abandoned rooms. She tried not to think about what they were most typically used for, instead taking note that each had its own unique view of the outside world. That meant there were things she had never seen before, at least from this perspective. Camera in hand, as per usual, Cordelia quietly made her way out of the Hufflepuff common room long before any of her roommates, or housemates for that matter, had managed to wake up.
The rooms were going to be difficult to find again, considering the fact that she had stumbled upon them while trying to go back to her common room, not from it. Going the more familiar route towards the exit to the entrance hall, she quickly turned back around from there and tried to get herself lost once again. That was the only way she was going to find it. Passing by the kitchens, potions classroom, and what she assumed was the direction of the Slytherin common room, Cordelia managed to turn down a few less familiar hallways and eventually ended up where she wanted to be. In total, it took roughly ten minutes of wandering around, most of that time spent getting sent in circles back towards the dungeon exit. Sometimes she wondered if the school had a mind of its own and actively tried to prevent students from figuring out its secrets.
Walking up to the first door she saw, Cordelia pushed it open and stepped inside. She was too occupied with getting the lens cap off of her camera to notice that someone else was already sitting inside the room. Taking a few more steps in, she eventually looked up to find the window that she so desperately wanted to take pictures from, and while it was there, there was also another girl in front of her. Freezing up, Cordelia looked around the room slowly. “I-I’m s-s-sorry…I-I’ll find s-somewhere else…” It was amazing she even managed to mutter that out, considering she dropped her lens cap in the process as well.

Madison looked up to see that it was Cordelia, who was in the same year as her. Though the two girls never talked, they did cross each others path often. When the Girl apologized, Madi quickly waved her off and said "oh no worries. You can join me". That was when Madi noticed that something lay on the floor near the girl, and making her way towards it, she bent down, picking up in swift swipe. Handing it over she spoke "so you take Pictures?"as she pointed her well manicured finger toward the camera. Madi never met a person who was interested in photography. She wanted to know what was soo interesting to picture and how does one take a nice picture of themselves. She had always wanted to get her picture taken the wizarding way. She did have quite a few wizarding pictures of herself, but most of them either had her brothers or her cousins or sometimes her mother. But never did she have a whole picture if just herself. She always dreamed of having a picture of her, dressed in rich fabric and posing with her cat. But she never had the chance nor time to complete her wish. Shaking herself out of the day dream, Madi gave a smile and spoke up "I'm Madison Roberts by the way."

@kyles1 The other girl walked towards her, obviously being one of the friendly types. At least she was one of them. That was better than being chewed out by a seventh year, or worse, someone younger than her. It happened from time to time. She would wander into an empty room to use a window for photographs, and there would be a group of fourth or fifth years that would proceed to try and scare her off. They always seemed to think she was younger than them too. Cordelia was pretty sure she didn’t look like she was thirteen years old, but apparently other students thought she was. This girl wasn’t one of those students though, and as she turned around to head in Cordelia’s direction, the Hufflepuff realized that she recognized her. She couldn’t put a name to the face, but they definitely had some classes together. It was rather embarrassing that there were other students in her own year that she had taken classes with for years and still didn’t know their names. This one was Madison though, as the other girl had made her way over to Cordelia and introduced herself.
“C-Cordelia Smith…” She muttered out, reaching for the lens cap that Madison had picked up for her. Quickly scanning over it to make sure it hadn’t been scratched up when she dropped it, Cordelia was satisfied that it was still in decent condition and popped it back into her pocket. She finally nodded her head to the question about taking pictures. Taking photographs happened every once in a while, if she were to be frank about it. Every once in a while meaning practically every day and whenever she had free time outside of classes and work. “Y-Yeah. Photography is a h-hobby of m-mine.”

Madison looked on at the other girl with interest. Surprisingly she noticed that both of them has the same type of blonde hair, while Madi dyes her at times her natural colour was the same as hers. And she thought it has been quite some time since she walked around with her natural hair. She always does something to her hair, to make sure that it was beautiful and she is not bored by it. Madi doesn't do boring, and she definitely does not like to be any where near to boring and the same old look. She has to shine more than others, not that she would make it a point to compete with others though. Madi shook her head to clear all those fashionista thoughts. If she was left, she would zone out and the last thing she needs is that, standing in the middle of the room thinking about her hair.
"Pleased to meet you Cordelia, said Madi speaking to the girl for the first time in her six years. Though they had shared a few classes, some how they never talked. Well that was definitely going to be rectified this day. "Funnily enough this is the first time we take to each other" she said speaking out her previous thoughts. She watched on as the girl adjusted her camera and may patiently waited. And when the other girl confirmed her earlier question, Madi smiled and said "that's a great hobby, i wish i knew. I love my photos taken" she admitted with a impish grin. Her room is vastly filled with different pictures of her. I've might think that it is creepy, but she loved it. And her father often compared her to Lockhart, whenever he saw the photos of hers. Apparently her dad had Lockhart as a dada professor who had a whole collection of his photos hanging on his classroom. She wasn't that crazy she thought to herself every time.

@kyles1 It was the first time they had ever talked to each other. That was always a surprise to most people, but a relatively common occurrence for Cordelia. There were only maybe a handful of people that she had ever talked to regularly, and that went for all six years of school, and most of those individuals were new friends she made this year. That had been her goal going into this school year, and it was starting to look like it was paying off. “I th-think it is,” Cordelia agreed about having never talked to Madison before today. “It happens a l-lot with m-me,” she shrugged. Her not talking to other people was never seen in a negative light, so she didn’t see how continuing that would hurt. Obviously she had to work past her social awkwardness before graduating, because the working world wasn’t as nice as Hogwarts students were. Just thinking about it scared her.
She nodded her headed, smiling a little, as Madison said that photography was a great hobby. It really was. Probably the sole thing that had kept her coming to school for all these years, aside from the education and her parent’s insistence that communicating with others would get easier eventually. Photography wasn’t just a hobby anymore though; it had become a talking point to meet new people, and that had turned out rather well lately. Some friends she had made with her other skills, like Lily, but it was far easier to talk to people about things she liked, and having her camera with her definitely helped with that. “I d-don’t do p-portraits a l-lot…b-but I could t-take a f-few of you,” Cordelia stated, looking down at her camera. “If y-you’d l-like…”
