‘It effects everyone differently.’
The words that came from Fiona’s mouth was the truth. Stress was just a deadly thing that attacked people differently; some people could ignore it, others would cry in the corner, and some people just braced themselves against the coming storm. When it came to Peyton, she always tried to beat the stress before it came, running against the storm. But sometimes, she wasn’t so lucky and found herself wanting to lose herself in the stress; it just made everything worse. Before she could respond in her agreement, though it would already seem her nodding her head had cued such a thing, the other blonde questioned if she wanted to walk down together to the Great Hall for dinner, doing so as she pulled her pet from her pocket and placed it inside the cage. “I’d love to,” she said with a smile, and then the two girls were off. Walking from the bedchambers, through the dungeon, and up the staircase to the Great Hall, talking about little things like books and such. It made Peyton happy to know that there was someone else out there that enjoyed Muggle novels as much as she did.
