Since the time, she graduated from Hogwarts and started her internship at the Daily Prophet; it had been a slow burn for her. At one point in her life, she had seen herself as a professional chaser for some Quidditch Team, but that had changed after everything that happened with Elaine and all those muggleborns getting kidnapped and worse killed. She wanted to use her talent of writing to bring news to the wizarding community. So, when she was given the privilege of interviewing the local casino that had been attacked by a dark witch not too long ago. Quickly she made her way through Horizon Alley, making her way to the Lotus Casino, a place that she had only been once during her time away from Hogwarts and as a legal adult. Gambling wasn’t her forte, but she got talked into going to a group of her friends to try it out. She mostly just watched as the others as they did their thing. It wasn’t a long work before she opened the door to the Casino and made her way over to a table where a worker stood, and she smiled. “Hello, my name is Tamara Finch, I work for the Daily Prophet. I’m here to interview—” she stopped speaking as she glanced down at the piece of parchment with the place, time and name of the interviewee, “Bellamy Fawley, she—she should be expecting me.”

Bella wasn't big on interviews. She stood in her office, looking at the tiny mirror on her desk, and ran her fingers through her thick brown hair, hoping to somehow tame the mass of curls. But her dark locks were having none of her shenanigans and simply bounced back into disarray with every pass of her fingers. Sighing with frustration, Bella gave up and adjusted her black blazer, smoothing the bottom against her hips. She looked down at Matty, curled up in her chair. "Well? How do I look?" The Ragdoll glanced at her and continued his nap. "Thanks."
Walking out of her office, Bella made her way quickly to the lobby. She was already running behind schedule with meeting the reporter. There was no need to make a worse first impression. Sure enough, the young woman was waiting for her at the entrance. She smiled at the attendant. "I'll take it from here." Turning to the reporter, she smiled again and made a small curtsey. "I'm Bellamy. Bella, off the record," she added with a wink. "And you must be...uh...well, they didn't tell me your name," she admitted, a flush of embarrassment rising in her cheeks.

The person before her, the one that she had questioned about looking for the owner, looked at her for a moment. But before the attendant could say anything else, a voice came from behind them. She was a nice-looking woman, her hair a mess of curls that would make Tamara envious if she didn’t already have her curly locks. Though she would give anything for it to look that perfect, today was not a bad hair day for this woman like it was for Tamara. A bad hair day that resulted in her curly mess of locks being tied back in a ponytail. She smiled and curtsied towards Tamara, which took her aback a bit. Was she supposed to curtsey back? She swallowed lightly, great now she’ll be the one making a bad first impression. It was then that she learned the woman was Bellamy or Bella, and this was the woman that she was looking for. She smiled through Bella’s embarrassment, “I’m Tamara Finch, from the Daily Prophet,” she said before clearing her throat lightly. “Though you already knew that,” she mumbled tucking a loose strand of hair behind her hair. “Is there somewhere we can talk privately for the interview?” she questioned with a smile.

Bella grinned at the intern, noting that she was thrown off by Bella's actions. The girl seemed almost as nervous as Bella was, which was good. The last thing she wanted was to be stumbling over her words as the other woman matter-of-factly wrote down every stutter and fumble. She had been interviewed before, particularly when the casino had opened. Reporters and photographers were everywhere, snapping photos and asking the strangest questions. But it never got any easier. She never could find the right words to say. And when the interview was published, she always thought of something better she could've said. Every single time.
"My office is right this way," she said kindly, pointing to the location she had just come from. She motioned for Tamara to follow her and began walking back toward her office. Upon entering, she shooed her lazy cat out of her chair and sat down. Matty immediately jumped up in her lap and curled up again, purring loudly. She stroked the fluffy feline. Looking up at the other witch, she offered another dazzling smile and asked, "So where do we start?"

It was only a few seconds after she asked if there was somewhere they could talk that the other woman responded in a kind manner before pointing towards the location. It was weird, meeting someone so nice in such a business. Though, she couldn’t be the judge of someone in her position of owning such a business, mostly because she had never met anyone that did what she did. Hell, she had never really been in a casino before, primarily because it wasn’t her kind of place. She liked quiet; this was loud. But that didn’t stop her eyes from wandering over the establishment as she moved through the place right behind Bellamy, it was a nice place. It felt welcoming and warm, though while it was somewhat quiet now, she knew that would change as the day turned into night. What the place as now, that would be her type of location. Maybe she’d come at night when it was bustling; she could drag her boyfriend along for a time. Soon they entered an office, which was nicely decorated and spacious, and she took note of the cat that was sitting in one of the chairs. She loved cats; it reminded her of her cat from her parent’s house who had passed not long before Tamara and Tia started at Hogwarts those almost eight odd years ago. It was just as the woman asked where they started, that Tamara seated herself across from the woman and quickly grabbed a pad and hexed pen from her bag. While she would write in quill while at school, sometimes an old fashion muggle pen just worked wonders more; she quickly cleared her throat, nervousness coursing through her veins in this moment, she swallowed before speaking. “Uh—yes. Maybe we could start at the beginning? How did you learn that someone wanted to attack your place of business? There are a few rumors that an Auror was hunting the person down, but other accounts say differently…” she breathed out. That seemed like a right place to start, right? God, she was about to get fired.

Settling into her chair, Bella tried to prepare herself. It made her feel a little better that the younger with seemed just as nervous as she was. Talking was hard. Listening was even harder. She smiled at the Tamara, wanting her to feel welcome in Bella's office. The space was meant to be inviting and warm, especially considering that she spent most of her life in the room.
"The beginning, huh? Well, it just kinda started like a normal day. I was making my rounds when I happened to run into one of my patrons. Quite literally, actually. I'll keep her name off the record, though. For safety reasons, of course. Anyway, she tells me that someone has infiltrated my casino -- infiltrated. Look at me, sounding like a spy or something." Bella cleared her throat, afraid she was getting too excited for her own good. "Anyways, it turns out this witch and some of her cronies are trying to steal some of the gold out of my casino. We followed her into the vault room--" A slight exaggeration: Bella had stood in this very office twiddling her thumbs while Zephyra did all the work. "--and she escaped onto the casino floor. So I sent Matty here out as a distraction so we could round them up. It was all very exciting," she concluded. She had passed over all the finer details, but that's how interviews worked, wasn't it? Tamara could always ask for further explanation if she needed it.

The moment the woman began to speak, her pen came to life, quickly writing down each thing that the other woman said. Tamara had spelled it for this purpose so that she could listen and not worry about missing anything; the pen did the writing which meant that nothing got missed. Tamara continued to listen, nodding her head and muttering a “Of course,” as the woman said that the name of the patron’s name would stay out of the record for safety reasons. Tamara understood, in these dark times it was best to keep everyone safe. She smiled once the woman finished before opening her mouth to ask a few more questions, “Did she get away with anything? You also mentioned there was a distraction involved, did it work?” she questioned, more for her curiosity. But many readers were curious as well, so it helped out extremely well in her favor. “No one was hurt in the distraction nor the entire time the witch was here stealing?”
