Will was right about all of the possible pitfalls that would come with using the werewolf registry to find her siblings. There was also a large possibility that they didn’t have the surname of Greyback, which would make the whole endeavor sort of pointless. And, like Will said, there was no guarantee that they were going to be safe. There were werewolves out there like Sarah, who were more in touch with their animal side. “Oh well. I’m sure we’ll find our ways to each other if it’s meant to be.” That was how she had found the rest of her siblings, after all.
“I might have to think about that.” Jamie teased when Will said that he was planning on having many more meals with her. Of course Jamie wanted to spend more time with Will. No matter what happened, she wanted to get to know Will better, and that was easiest to do with a plate of food to cover any gaps in the conversation (though there hadn’t been any of those so far).
Jamie beamed at Will when he said that he could clear his schedule pretty easy. That was a relief – she didn’t want to feel like a burden or an extra obligation to someone. He said that a game later in the season might be better for him, and Jamie made a pouting face. “But I want you there for the first one!” Sure, maybe it was a little childish, but Jamie really did want as many people as possible to see her first performance in professional Quidditch.

Jamie said she was sure her siblings would find their way to each other, if it was meant to be. "Most things work out that way, I think," to an extent. He also believed that you had to do most of the work yourself, but it really depended on the situation. Jamie said she would 'have to think about' him having more meals with her. He dropped his jaw in mock indignation for a moment before chuckling and giving a little shake of his head. "You can think about me all you want," he said, winking at her. What? He couldn't resist the chance to flirt. Jamie was one of the most fun people to flirt with, and she gave him a good opportunity. He grinned widely, as she said that she wanted him there for her first match. His brow furrowed just a little and he reached his hand across the table to reach for one of hers, if she would give it. "Okay, okay. I can move things around. I'll be there," he said, his tone serious but light. He wanted her to know this was very important to him, but didn't want to seem like he was being too severe. He did that too often. @jamie

Will said that most things did work out with a little bit of fate and timing, and Jamie tried not to think too much about their own relationship – about how fate had brought them together, but fate had also pried them apart before they could create something permanent. Jamie smiled a little at Will’s mock indignation about her comment, and her smile softened somewhat when Will said that she could think about him all that she wanted. “Trust me, I do.” She said, wondering if it was weird to admit that she did think about Will, a lot, even though she had a girlfriend. There was always some sort of mystique about the one who got away, and for Jamie, that was Will. She had no qualms in admitting that she often thought of what could have been.
Will reached to grab her hand, and Jamie had no problems giving it to him. Will’s tone was serious, and Jamie just stared at him when he said that he would move some things around to be there, for her. She didn’t know what she had done to deserve the friendship of this man, but she was glad that she had done it, because Jamie didn’t know what she would do without him crashing back into her life again. “Thank you.” She said quietly.

She said 'trust me, I do,' and for a moment he forgot that they were being lighthearted. He thought about her, too, though admittedly hadn't much during the past several months due to being so busy with things going on in the government. The hard season was over, though, so it was much easier for him to let his thoughts do their thing. The only issue was, now that he could think more for himself, a lot of thoughts were running around in his head and it was hard to keep any of them in order -- and Will hated things being out of order. "Me, too," he admitted, not sure if those two words were enough to explain. She took his hand as he offered it and thanked him for saying he would come to her game. He nodded, squeezing her hand before letting go. They continued their lunch with even more smiles and laughter, and plenty of moments of fleeting flirting and wistful tones. Overall, the consensus proved that they were not through with each other yet, whether as lovers or otherwise. @jamie (le mystical end ~)
