Trevor always admired the students who bothered to take muggles studies. It was important, at least in Trevors mind, for one to understand the ways of the muggle in order to coexist with them. Also, it was best to understand the differences between behaviors in a Muggle community than in a wizarding community.
Most of the students that took his class were going into muggle relations at the ministry, but some just took it to have a better understanding of the world they lived in. Trevor respected and admired any reason for taking the class, unless that reason was to make jokes throughout the entire semester, in which case he would most likely kick them out and give them failing marks. Trevor may be shy around others, but when it came to being a teacher he was anything but tolerant of the intolerant.
Todays lesson was going to be a rather fun one, at least thats what Trevor thought. They were going to learn how to develop muggle pictures. He had sent all of his students out with muggle cameras and told them to bring it back full of pictures for class today. He was pretty excited to show them how it is done in the muggle world, for he knew that the 'non moving' pictures where one of the things that confused wizarding children the most.
The classroom was split in half with an added accordion style wall. One side, the side they entered in, was just like the normal classroom while the other side would be used as a dark room.

Muggle Studies
sixth years Leonore was a pureblood who came from a moneyed family. Normally, kids who belonged to her her social status and blood lineage didn't bother about the muggle world. They even thought it was a waste of time to learn about it and viewed the non-magical world a stupid one. Leonore, however, was quite curious about how the people on the other side of the world lived and such. They may not know magic, but that didn't mean they were all of a sudden terrible creatures. They were like...squibs. Normal humans. She wanted to know what a society and economy of squibs was like. It was an inner curiosity about business and commerce that Leonore had always had inside of her, which was passed down to her by her father. Her father had been a very good business man prior to ruining himself to gambling. But, today, he was gaining his good prospects again by running an apothecary shop. And so far, it had been a success, and Leonore credited a lot of that to her father's skill, and had it nothing to do with magic. Therefore, she trusted that muggles had a brilliant world in their own way.
The professor was a muggleborn one, so he should have a more accurate sense of what he would be teaching. On the outside, she was shy and timid as usual, but inside she was eager to get this class started. When she entered the classroom, she smiled shyly at Professor Davenport and gave him a submissive nod of her head. "Good afternoon, Professor," she said softly before quickly averting her gaze from his face and making her way to the back of the classroom, as usual. It was becoming more of a habit than an act out of instinct nowadays.

Will had always been excited to learn about the muggle world. It was why he had decided to take the muggle studies class after all. There was something about the muggle world that always interested him--he supposed that was because he was a half blood. His mom being from the muggle world and all. He never really asked about the world which she came from much. Of course he had a lot of other troubles when he was little, little. They had taken him to a lot of doctors before they had eventually told them about his disability. And getting through that. But his mom and dad were awesome and they never babied him or told him that he could not do something just because of it. They always told him that he could do whatever he wanted if he worked hard enough. And that was something he took to heart every single day...
He walked into the classroom and immediately was curious. The classroom had been split in half--he could automatically tell because of the size of the classroom...and the accordion style wall that was in the middle too. Ohh there was something fun in store. He couldn't wait. He nodded towards the professor, '"Good morning professor." he said as he sat somewhere in the middle row but towards the edge as he normally did. He just worked better when there was a wall on at least one side of him. Not that he was shy or scared mind you--it was just how he worked. How he made sure he didn't get lost or anything like that. He then saw Leonore and waved towards her as well. "Hiya Leonore." he said simply. The Ravenclaw seemed so quiet and always kept to herself and so he had learned to restrain himself around her. That was to say he told himself not to be quite so rambunctious and crazy around her. It seemed to work out for the best really...
And now to wait for class to begin. He couldn't wait. The professor was of muggle born descent and so the things he might have known about the non magic world. It must have been amazing! But first he had to wait for the others to get here...which was perhaps the toughest part of most classes...especially the classes he enjoyed...
