Juliet had made her way over to Noah's place so they could hang out and catch up a little. Her little backpack of medical gear was long since abandoned in the hallway, as she and Noah both knew her issues and how to avoid causing her more pain and suffering. It had been years since she'd needed any medication when around him and she generally felt comfortable and safe when he was near. She hummed softly and smiled as she took a sip of the tea that stood on the table. Being around Noah was always nice, even if they didn't get to hang out as much as they once had. She picked up the little notepad she often had with her and smiled a small and shy little smile. Being with Noah like this was without a doubt the best feeling in the world. It made her feel so much less out of place and lost. "Okay..." She muttered as she held up the little notepad with the drawing she'd been working on. "I've never been to a concert of course but this is my best guess of what could be cool." She said, holding a drawing of a peculiar shape building up. She pointed at some of the elements she'd sketched quickly, more of an idea. "So I tried to design the hall more like the inside of a guitar? So that the sound would reverberate a little and it'd be like the musicians on stage are like the strings on the guitar?" She said, biting her lip a little uncertainly. It was hard to envision anything she would never see in action. Places she couldn't easily go. "But I designed the rest of the building more like blood vessels, I guess? They branch off a little more as you go along so people would have structured places to go. I built little nooks to hang clothes so it's not one massive like at the start. I've heard people complain about that." At that point she fell silent, as she wasn't quite sure what else to add, if anything at all. She lowered the sketch pad in silence, putting it back on the table. What a dream it would be to actually get to design a concert building where musicians would perform. Not that she'd ever be able to see it, but the idea of nice. She guessed it was the next best thing. If she couldn't see her favourite singer (Erik Esper) or her favourite band (Bete Noire) perform, it would be the next best thing if they would perform in a building she'd designed. She looked at Noah for a moment. "Do you like it?" She asked him, her voice relatively quiet. She was having one of those introspective days again where she got rather quiet and insecure. Maybe he noticed, but she wasn't going to bother him with it. He had better things to worry about. @noah @emrys

January 2026 @juliet & @emrys
Juliet had come by to hang out and chat up. Casual, nothing really planned. Sort of like old times. Noah had made to deep clean the place before her arrive, to get rid of anything that might irritate her health condition. It didn't bother him, he'd grown up with Juliet's health problems. They were practically second nature to him. He'd made sure to fix some tea for them, and brought home a few pastries from the cafe for her if she wanted any. Now, they sat at his couch, relaxing. He reclined back, arms over the back of the couch and his right ankle over his left knee. He was explaining one of her concepts to him. A concert hall, taking inspiration from the interior of a guitar. Much like the guitar he had sitting in the corner, he imagined.
Noah would admit, he wasn't that creative in the architecture department. He didn't have the talent for it, so her explanations only half made sense to him. Her quick sketches helped. But he didn't stop her from explaining. He liked listening to Juliet talk. Her soft, whispery voice, rarely raising and easily missed if you weren't listening. Juliet was soft spoken because of her health conditions, but he didn't mind. It was nice, calming in a way. He nodded as she continued to explain.
Though, she finally finished her explanation and set her sketchpad down, silent. Noah raised an eyebrow, immediately catching the uncertainty in her body language. After several silent moments she spoke again, asking if he liked it. Ah. Was she feeling self conscious? She slowly smiled. "Yeah, it's brilliant." He answered, though he felt it might not be enough to reassure her. "You should keep working on it. You're really onto something there."
(Emrys has a key to Noah's apartment, so you can just have him walk in )

January 2026 Interview, album releases, recordings, photoshoots, video shoots, translations, new songs, compositions. The new year had taken off for the young celebrity. He was both a solo artist and the drummer for a band. Life was good, hew as quite literally "living the dream." The only down side? One of his stalkers had made a move. It was fast, loud, and unavoidable. It made going out difficult for him. He would have to lay low until Charlotta could smooth things out.
Doing what he was told Emrys had worked all night in the studio, finishing up recording some of his old songs, translated into Finnish. He had stayed quite late there, and once done, started to make his way back home. The day was quite overcast, but he wondered the striates with a hood up and sunglasses on, ensuring that there was as little exposed skin as possible. A short distance from his apartment, the found the vultures, all waiting for him. They wanted his reaction to the latest news. But he wasn't going to deal with it today. He had a back up. With that thought he turned around and walked away.
Not wanting to look back, He was sure a member of the paparazzi had followed him. Emrys took an indirect path to his friends. Taking a path that he was sure would be impossible to follow. He did his best to lose his potential tail, and once there, he unlocked the apartment door and shut it quickly, locking it behind him. Both young men had keys to the others apartment. While Emrys preferred his own, Noah's was a good place to lay low for the day. No one would suspect him being here. He and Noah had been friends at school, but no one knew that he was Erik Esper. And who would? Erik was very careful at masking his identity. And while Noah was respectful to Emrys' celebrity name, Mordrain, he was respectful to his.
He walked in, flicking his wand to ensure that the blinds were closed. Just a percussion. He didn't want sun getting in with him there. Using a hand to brush his hood off. "You'll never guess what that slut said about me know." He casually commented as he walked further in. Noah would know that Emrys rarely used his stalkers names, choosing creative, yet demeaning names instead. As he got to the living area, he came across his friend, and girl. He eyed the girl, unsure who she was.

Juliet was by nature quiet and rather insecure. She'd never really dealt with a harsh environment and had usually been coddled quite a bit. It was mostly due to her health, her lungs being particularly weak. She hadn't been able to go to Hogwarts and had really felt like she was missing out, despite the fact her homeschooling had left her with relatively high grades. She didn't exactly have much in terms of distractions until she'd found out the internet and online gaming. It was fun! It also was a bit of an isolated community where she could safely be without having to worry about threats to her health. It helped a lot to make her feel a bit more secure. Yet all of that broke around Noah, since she had a huge crush on him. Not that he seemed to ever notice and she didn't mind. She was terrified he wouldn't want to hang out with her as much because it might be awkward for him knowing she had a crush on him.
So she put on a brave smile and doodled a tiny little bit on the bottom corner of the page. "You think so?" She asked him as he complimented her idea and said she was probably on to something. It made her quite happy, since he'd inspired the entire idea. He was just such an amazing musician and she loved hearing him play, although he didn't sing as often as he had when they were kids. She wasn't sure what had changed, but she didn't want to push him about it either. She was far too glad they still got to hang out. "Just not sure if it would work for a concert. I am not sure if the sound from the audience would also somehow get amplified in the same way...." She mused for a moment. That was not supposed to happen, although it did have something to do with how the noise reached the part of the building that was designed to function like the intrument. Perhaps enough distance fom it ensured they would not carry.
It was then she heard the front door open and blinked as the shutters seemed to all close themselves. Did he also have friends with a sun sensitivity? Or was he friends with vampires? She had never met a vampire before.... It was then that the mystery visitor walked into the room while talking. She barely registered what he said the moment she saw his face and instantly recognised her. Her eyes went wide like a dear in the headlights. That was.... Mordrain....!!!!!! She blinked as he mouth fell open in utter astonishement. She violently tore her eyes away from the famous singer, looking at Noah in surprise while opening and closing her mouth for a moment, all words completely evaporated from her mind. How did one speak? What were words? She barely even realised that she'd stopped breathing for a moment there as she just looked at the superstar casually standing in the room like nothing was going on, especially since he was looking at her.
She glanced at Noah, a slight panic written on her face, both from the fact she had no idea how to react, the fact she hadn't even known they knew each other and well.... she was starting to become aware of the fact she had neglected to breathe as her lungs were starting to constrict slightly. "You...." she managed softly, her lips shaping the word know as she attempted to inhale, which went troublesome. "..Mordrai..." she didn't manage to finish his name, trying to force air into her lungs. How embarassing! The realisation she had to look like a total idiot and a fool made everything worse, as she tried to breathe but felt her lungs protesting as spots started to appear on her vision. Uh-oh... She looked at Noah, certain he knew exactly what was going on. This wasn't exactly the first time her lungs had played up while they were together. "Hall....way....." She managed to say as he struggled to keep breathing, yet her eyes still couldn't help but look over at the superstar. If nothing else, she'd probably die from embaressment. Right now that seemed like a decent option, as there was no way to recover from something like this. Mordrain was going to never want to be in a room with her again! Oh dear this was a nightmare... a total disaster!

January 2026 @juliet & @emrys
Noah continued his casual lounging as she kept doodling, voicing her concerns on how it would work. He knew a bit about music an had a few ideas, but he didn't want to give too much away. Plus, he wasn't an architect so he only really knew the basics in terms of how spaces could amplify sound. There had to be a lot more too it then he knew. "Maybe you could ask one of your coworkers? One of them's bound to have worked on a concert hall before. Maybe they could help you work out the logistics." he offered, hoping the suggestion might be beneficial. He was more creatively minded, so working on the logistics and numbers of architecture was beyond his skill set.
The door opened and the shuttered closed. He tilted his head back to eye the now closed shuttered and realizing who it must be that had entered. Emrys. Emrys was the only friend taht had a key, plus he was also a vampire. Though it made him curious what Emrys had been doing out and about during daylight to begin with. He turned his head towards the narrow hallway that separated the front door and the living room. "Yeah? Is it triplets this time?" He answered jokingly. The woman was always starting rumors about her and Emrys. He didn't really think about how Juliet woudl react as Emrys' presence was so natural to him. He knew Juliet knew about his best friend, Emrys. But he'd never mentioned that Emrys and Mordrain were the same person.
Though, as Juliet tried to speak all the alarms went off in his head. Immediately his attention snapped back to his childhood friend in high alert. Watching her, weighing how she was reacting to know what steps he would need to take. Before she could even get out the word "hallway" he was already getting to his feet. He knew what to do, she didn't need to ask him. HE moved away from the couch and to the doorway where her bad of medical supplies were. He scooped them up and brought them back quickly and silently, holding the bag out to her. He knew how to treat her health problems, but if she was still coherent he would let her handle it. But that didn't mean he looked away. He'd keep a very close eye on her though. Only then did he glance to Emrys. He'd addressed him as Mordrain, so he'd stick with that, instead of revealing Emrys' identity. "Mordrain, this is Juliet. My childhood friend I've told you about. Be nice." What he was really saying was "don't you dare try to sleep with her", though part of Noah knew Emrys would probably still try...

Stalkers and press was just a part of being a celebrity. Because of that There were times when Emrys had to avoid the public eye. This was easily done in how personal flat. The building the housed his penthouse was the height of the building security game. Unfortunately none of that mattered when you weren't there. So, here he was. Stuck without a home to sleep in. True, he could have gone to the studio. But then Charlotta would have expected him to work or something. He was tired, and just wanted a place to rest. It was such a pain having stalkers who started horrid rumors about him. It didn't matter how true they could be. They always left him unable to have fun or do what he wanted. Having to hide away while his manager took care of things. Hopefully the woman would get rid of the slut once and for all. She was a menace on his social life. He heard Noah's joking voice in response. He laughed. "If it is, they're not mine." He commented back as he came to the living room.
As he walked in, he saw his friend and a girl he didn't know. But he knew the look on her face. He knew that very well. He wasn't in the best mood, but this girl's reaction seemed a cure all. A smile came to his face, showing off his pointed fangs. His eyes fixed on the girl, he watched her look from him to Noah, unable to speak. Man he loved meeting fans. He stood their as if he owned the place, giving her the time to process the his magnificent presence. She attempted to say his name, but it seemed as though he had stolen even the air from her lungs. "Yes, I'm Mordrain." He smiled smugly and took off his sunglasses. There was little that could help get him out of a slump, but this definitely helped.
Noah tore past him and back to retrieve some backpack. He watched as his friend payed such close attention to this girl. Did he walk in on some weird foreplay or something? Unlike most of his friends, He didn't know much about Noah's preferences and attitude. His best friend then turned to him, introducing the girl as Juliet, a childhood friend. He had heard of her. Though Noah also instructed him to "Be nice." Emrys moved to a comfortable seat and slouched into it, spreading out and relaxing. He had his patented smug look on his face. "Come on Noah, when am I ever not nice. You never mentioned how beautiful your friend was." He winked at the girl. "It's a pleasure to meet you Juliet." He spoke in quite a tantalizing tone. He knew full well that Noah was trying to say "hands off" but Noah knew exactly who he was talking to.

Tiny little sheltered Juliet would never have expected to ever be as close to a famous person as she was now. In her early years she'd dreamt of it from time to time while she was in the hospital, but her aunt judged her for doting on the famous people as much as she did. They were just ordinary people with lives just like anybody. Even if nearly all the rumours about Mordrain were false, she still found it impossible to believe he lived a normal life, even more so as he stood there, clearly not expecting to see her despite the fact he clearly knew Noah. She struggled to breathe while Noah grabbed her bag for her and she quickly retrieved what was essentially a modified inhaler to be able to work with magical potions. After one very deep breath she could instantly feel her lungs catch up and ease, although the pain in her muscles predicted it was going to be a long day from here on. Not that those concerns were currently anywhere near the front of her mind. She was obsessed with the fact Mordrain had just walked in like it was nothing at all. Like he and Noah went way back, maybe to school? Yet Noah had never mentioned knowing him before, so maybe he'd known how she'd react. The very thought had her going bright red as she looked down and mumbled a thanks to Noah.
Yet as soon as Mordrain moved Juliet couldn't help but look at him. His red eyes seemed full of mischief, just like on the posters and in some photoshoots. In others? Well she really shouldn't be thinking about that right now. She felt her eyes pulled to him as he draped himself over a seat, looking rather smug. For as far as she wasn't red and a beet yet she had to be after he so casually called her beautiful and winked at her. It was a miracle she hadn't fainted but she felt very dizzy. "Hi...." She breathed, still somewhat breathless from the earlier attack on her lungs. She hadn't understood what Noah had meant when he asked Mordrain to be nice, but perhaps he meant to ask his friend to humour her for sake of their friendship. Clearly Mordrain was very comfortable here. She bit her lip for a moment. "I uh...." She muttered, pausing for a moment, partially to keep her breathing under control. "I love your music. You probably get that a lot." She clearly sounded a bit laboured but she did her best, also not to sound like a crazy fan. She brushed a stray lock of hair from her face, still mezmerised by the man she knew for sure was a vampire but she couldn't help herself. "I'm sorry about the thing." She said vaguely with a bit of a motion to her bag. "I have a lung condition." She muttered, tearing her eyes away to look down, embarressed for the reaction she'd given.
Almost as if to soothe her mood and her eyes and remind herself life was still very much normal despite this crazy twist she found herself looking at Noah. Perfect Noah that had somehow never mentioned his friend before. Her eyes trailed his face for just a moment longer than they probably should have. She smiled a bit shyly at her childhood friend. "Sorry Noah..." She muttered. She knew he'd understand that she mostly meant sorry for acting like such an idiot around your friend. She bit her lip for a moment, wishing she could look at both men at the same time. Mordrain because well, that was probably never going to happen again and Noah because... well, she felt safe and happy with him and she found him incredible in every single way she could imagine. Then she looked back at Mordrain and she felt her heart flutter just a little bit. He wasn't Noah, that was obvious, but he was still a very attractive guy. She smiled a bit. "It's nice to meet you too by the way. So how do you know Noah? He probably mentioned it if he talked about me but we used to live next door to each other when growing up." In other words, she was as mundane and boring as they got, if you took away the part where she was in the hospital a lot. Not really an impressive feature or something to write home about. There was no way either of the two men in the room would ever have any sort of interest in her. Noah just saw her as a friend and Mordrain? Well like Noah said, he was just being nice.

January 2026 @juliet & @emrys
Emrys' spotlight and stalkers was one of the biggest differences between Emrys and Noah. Emrys thrived in the spotlight and had some nasty consequences because of it. Meanwhile Noah went to insane lengths (with the help of the record label) to keep his identity a secret and completely separate Erik and Noah. Of course, it did come with other challenges and consequences but t hey were ones that he was willing to deal with if it meant protecting those around him from the dark side of the spotlight. Times like these reminded Noah how glad he was he took those steps, as he didn't have to deal with any stalkers. Noah smirked just a little at Emrys' defense of "they're not mine". Though he whole heartedly believed those words it was fun to tease Emrys about his stalkers and their stunts. But Juliet was here...
Noah gave Emrys a pointed look at that fanged grin he'd given Juliet. Whenever Emrys met someone that peaked his interest he got this slightly wild, dangerous, seductively "come hither" look to him. It was like he turned on all his charms and became laser focused. He knew Emrys would never do anything the other party didn't want.... but in this case he wasn't too sure Juliet would say no to Emrys should the celebrity ask. Juliet has a bit infatuated with musicians after all! It was like watching a fox that had just spotted a delicious rabbit and the rabbit being too oblivious to notice the danger it was suddenly in.
Noah waited until Emrys had chosen a seat before sitting himself, intentionally taking the open spot on the couch next to Juliet that also placed him slightly between his two friends. While he wanted to keep glaring warning at Emrys his attention was on Juliet as she dug out her inhaler from her bag. Just in case he needed to assist her, but it seemed she had it under control. He relaxed back, leaning back and stretching an arm along the back of the couch behind Juliet, as if to silently remind Emrys that Juliet was his friend and not a plaything for him to sink his teeth into. The compliments weren't helping as Juliet was turning red for a very different reason then usual and Noah finally turned his gaze back to Emrys. "Nice has a very different meaning between you and me," he answered bluntly. Then, Juliet was trying to respond and his gaze turned back to her. She was definitely star struck, unfortunately. "Don't apologize to that idiot, his ego is big enough as is," he instructed her, not caring at all that said idiot was sitting on a few feet away.
Juliet had finally managed to look away from Emrys and Noah felt a little smug about it, but then she'd turned her gaze on him and he felt a twang of discomfort. Not because she was looking at him but because of her apology. He smiled, hoping it would be reassuring and to silently tell her to not apologize. Emrys liked seeing the impact he had on people, and he often went out of his way to get reactions out of them. Emrys was probably all too pleased he'd stunned her so much Juliet had literally lost her breath.
Though, and this was a huge blessing, she turned to Emrys to asked how he and Noah knew each other. It would leave it up to Emrys to decide what to say. Juliet knew about "Emrys" and Noah's friendship, but not Mordrain. So should Emrys decide to divulge that secret it would be entirely his own choice. Just like how Emrys helped keep Noah's secret, Noah would keep his friend's... should he choose that route.

Emrys' life was far from normal. He lived in his own enchanted world. He did what he wanted, and as long as he produced music, attended his appointments, and kept his escapades out of the eye of the press (as well as possible) he could enjoy his time. Just like he was enjoying the way this girls eyes seemed nearly glued to his presence. He let his lanky, muscular body work it's magic as he slumped masterfully into a seat. A smug look on his face as he looked over the obvious fan. Complimenting and winking at the girl was second nature to him. He watched as the blood started to color the girls face. It was quite amusing how he could so easily cause this reaction in many people. "Hey" He smiled back at her showing his pearly white fangs. Repetitive greetings came with the territory of having fans who got star struck in his presence. He did notice, though he did ignore, the look that Noah gave. But the fact that the secret musician sat in a way that he was in between Emrys and the sweet little rabbit.
The girl complimented her music and Emrys puffed up ever so slightly. "Thank you. It's only because of fans like you that I can continue making things." That wasn't entirely true. But Charlotta insisted that Emrys was nice to his fans, ensuring them that they felt just as special as he was. Honestly Emrys just liked the attention, he had also learned that complimenting fans helped ensure that they would continue to pay attention to him. And Emrys loved for attention. She mentioned her, whatever it was that had happened. And the vampire strove to be on his best behavior, and as Noah has requested, that he "Be nice."
"I'm just glad your feeling better." He fainted concern. Though, honestly, he didn't really care. Her problems were her problems. He glanced at Noah, giving a smile, as if to say "see, I can play nice." Noah didn't seem so happy about it. He stayed quiet, watching the two interact, noting that the mans arm was stretched out near the girl. Smooth Noah, real smooth. Just because Emrys was enjoying the attention, that didn't mean that he missed the glances the two had shared. He observed the girl who wishfully observed his friend. That got the gears in his mind working. "Oh, I get it." He winked at Noah. He pulled Noah closer to him for a moment, lowing his voice, though he wouldn't mind if the girl heard him or not. "Your screwing right?" The relationship the two boys had was purely platonic, not for a lack of trying though.
His attention went back to the girl quickly. She mentioned how she and Noah knew each other and wondered how the two of them had become friends. He shrugged coolly "We have a mutual friend. The two of them met at Hogwarts." He could easily say that he was that mutual friend, Emrys. But he did like having a bit of a space between his first and middle names.
