Iguazú was like nothing Sienna had seen before, and her eyes continued to be the size of galleons as she tried to absorb everything that was happening around her. The sounds of the rainforest, the hints of exotic animals she could see in the distance, the sheer size and force of the waterfalls…it was something she’d never have been able to comprehend without seeing it in person. All that said…Si had discovered about herself that she was a city girl, through and through. She’d never gone camping before, never spent that much time in nature at all. Her father would always take the pair on vacations abroad, but always with the comforts of civilization. And while Iguazú was something new and wonderful – Sienna was more interested in what it meant to her friend.
So she tried not to look too relieved as Camila suggested continuing the tour with a quick Apparition to Córdoba. Even if it was an unknown city in a part of the world she’d never explored before, Si figured she wouldn’t feel quite so…small and insignificant in the face of unimaginable natural beauty. “Merlin yes, let’s do that,” Si confirmed, laughing sheepishly at the obvious tone of relief. Oh well, at least she’d tried. Besides, as beautiful as the national park was, Córdoba was the real reason they’d traveled to Argentina. This was a trip to learn more about Camila’s life before her rapid rise to fame, and Si was eager to see all the spots that held some sort of meaning for the pop singer.
“And you can tell me more about Castelobruxo!” Sienna said excitedly, remembering the small group of wizards they’d passed. “I heard your castle is in the middle of a rainforest,” she continued in a tone that suggested her imagination was already far away. Si didn’t know much about the Brazilian school, but some Beauxbatons students had gone on an exchange program and come back with terrific stories. Sienna’s own experience was only with the European academies of magic, however, which somewhat limited her ability to picture the supposedly golden school for South America. Since she’d never been there, or to Córdoba, Sienna linked her arm with Camila’s so the girl could whisk them away to a completely different part of Argentina.
