Being a vampire was amazing. The alluring voice would certainly help him out with his newfound career. After being turned, Emrys had to go through the standard, yet annoying process. His aunt was furious to find him in St Mungos, a vampire. His mother and step father weren't too thrilled either. His father supported his ambition and ideas, like he always did. After being turned though, he started to notice some strange things. Well more than what he had expected and been told about the transformation. Walking up walls was the first he had done, followed closely by transforming into a bat. The new vampire tried it all. But then the strangest thing happened. He could make someone do exactly as he said. It felt strange, but he learned quickly that eye contact was required. Past that, he had to play. He was careful, not telling anyone of this ability. He was sure once his new manager Charlotta found out, she'd be sure to limit his fun. Emrys worked cautiously. Methodically figuring things out.

Life wasn't all fun and games though. He had worked hard to write a number of songs, now he was recording. After that came photoshoots for album covers, preparation for celebrity life wasn't easy, but it was worth it. The work seemed non stop, and he was expected to never breathe. He needed to get out. Unfortunately, his manager insisted that he needed to finish work tonight before he could go out. And even then, he was expected to act certain ways now. His first album was about to be released, and by the success of his first single, it was going to be a hot item. Because of this, Charlotta insisted that he start behaving with some level of decorum. Did she really expect that from him? Yes. Did she believe that he could deliver on it by just asking? Absolutely not. Charlotta was more than his manager. She was his aunt. She was his babysitter when his father, or even sometimes his mother, needed an extra hand. She helped teach him about music, and writing. She knew how he behaved, she also knew how to motivate him. something like that became a lot easier now that his sweet tooth seemed to have enlarged. If that was possible. But he was at the end of his rope. He needed out, and no amount of bribery would change that. But now, if he left, he was expected to be accompanied by an oversized troll his aunt called a bodyguard. He was unsure of the man's lineage, but that would be his best guess if asked. On top of that, the massive ape seemed to lack a mind of his own, insisting to check and double check everything with his boss. Emrys was stuck. He slouched in the office chair, his legs swiveling him to and fro as he groaned. The man had sent word to Charlotta, inquiring into any potential breaks in the schedule. Emrys had told the man that he had already talked to his aunt about it, and she had said that it would be fine for him to go out.

The boy had lied. His aunt hadn't given permission. But how else was he supposed to leave without the brainless one? But no, he had sent a word to his aunt's secretary. That only gave him a small amount of time. He knew that she was in a meeting. One in which she was not to be disturbed. When she set aside time for you, she meant it. He also knew that her wife, and business partner was out of the office for whatever reason. Charlotta was the only one who could approve this request. He anticipated that he only had about thirty more minutes to make his move. Thirty minutes. could he do it? If he did, he'd blow his biggest secret. She'd know, and with that knowledge, would come measures to prevent it. He had to make it a good one. But how? He had to make it a good one. Anything less would be a lost opportunity. He didn't know how long it would last. Making the man speak gibberish didn't seem like a good option. Perhaps he could make him slam his head on the wall. No, he'd have to pay for the damages. Making him think he was blind would be an option. And an amusing one at that.

All of his ideas seemed so tame. No, he had to really make a statement. It had to be absolutely humiliating, amusing, and something so out of the ordinary. But he was running out of time. Once her meeting was done, the secretary would deliver the message and Charlotta would make her way to this very room. The room of his captor. The room the man had stated he was keeping Emrys until he confirms what is true and what is lie. "Hey, I have an idea, why don't we have a staring contest, see who blinks first?" He started with his usual devil may care attitude. "It's the best way to kill time while waiting." He tried his hand at convincing the man. He didn't seem convinced at first. "Come on. What's the worst that can happen?" He reasoned, giving a trusting grin, his vampire fangs quite prominent.

Emrys took a deep breath. The fresh air filled his lungs. Freedom felt great. Getting out of the building undetected had been easier than he thought, and the stupid fool that had been set to guard him was indisposed at the moment. The boy grinned at the thought. He wished he could see their faces when they found him. But no, he had to grab the opportunity as it came. He had made sure there was a decent amount of space between himself and HR Records before deciding on where to go. True, he had a few favorite spots. It all depended on what he was in the mood for. Not a bar, that seemed like too much work right now. Most of the patrons were sitting down trying to forget about their life, while groups of young adults were trying to have a good time. There was a small chance he would be recognized and asked to join them. But he didn't want a small chance of fun. The next option was quite tempting. It was a good place to see something he liked. It was , to some, crude entertainment. But to Emrys, the only downside right now was that nothing more would come of it. Sure he could pay for some one on one time, but there was a rule that he could only observe. No, Emrys didn't want to just watch. He wanted passion, he wanted fun and he wanted as much of it as he could get. The final, and most likely option was much louder, filled with music and people desperate for close contact with a stranger. And Emrys was just the stranger for them. His fam was only just starting, but he was sure he could get a few interested parties.

The fresh air thickened as the vampire made his way to his favorite magically owned nightclub. The closer he got, the better he could hear the loud music dancing through the night. He spotted a line, now that wouldn't do. He paused, had he wasted his secret on this? To stand in line? If he did that, he'd risk getting caught before he even got in. No. That wouldn't be worth it. Though, he wondered. His stage name had started to be more and more recognizable. He saw his face in ads for his new album, and he heard his voice on radios. He didn't have much time to waste thinking about it. Was he famous enough to just get in without waiting? He wasn't sure. Not yet. But then, the song switched and the boy's lips curled up. He knew that beat. He knew what came next. He'd better. He had written it. They were playing his song. That was all he needed. Emrys sauntered up to the bouncer. Oh, he hoped this would work. The large man looked at him. Their eyes met. Now this man wasn't bad to look at. Wonder if he ever wanted to be a bodyguard. He could have some fun with him. Focus. Remember your goal. Once you're in, they can't drag you out. Once you are in, Charlotta's hands would be tied, in a manner of speaking. Well, at least he hopped. She was the one who was always telling him the proper way to behave in public. And he figured that dragging a celebrity out of a club by his ear wasn't socially accepted. Or rather, he hopped.

Standing there, Emrys had all the attitude and body language as if he belonged there. That special entrance was simply made for him. "You may not recognize me." He said arrogantly. "Mordrain Holopainen? They're literally playing my song." His smile grew louder and the people in the front of the line started to freak out. He heard all sorts of voices screaming "I love your song!" and "I can't wait until your album is out!"

The bouncer seemed to stand resolute. What would it take for him to be let in. Would he have to use his ability again? He'd hate to have so many witnesses. But tonight must have been his lucky night. The working manager of the club seemed to come up from the entrance, insisting that he be welcomed in. That was it. Now the fun could really begin. The older man showed him in, and said that he was welcome here any time. If that wasn't enough, Emrys was also told that his song was the most requested of the night. Now that was what he was talking about.

The music filled his ears. Entering the main area was incredible. Lights, and colors, danced across the moving bodies in the dark space. The music so loud it was hard to hear anything else. That was exactly what he was after. He got himself a drink called the Vampire's Dream. It mostly consisted of rum, but had a sweet side. He just liked the irony of the name. Turning to watch the could convulse with the beat he leaned against the bar. Nursing the dark red drink he scanned the crowd. It was time to search for his chosen prey. If he played his cards right, he could enjoy the feel of more than one body pressed against him. Maybe not all at once, but it was fun to imagine. He scoured the crowd, picking out those who he thought would be entertaining, and kept them in mind as they moved around.

In part, he enjoyed just watching, but what was the fun of just watching. He wanted more. He finished off his drink as he saw someone approach him. Their eyes had locked. They walked over, placing their lips near his ear. His sharp ears heard her request. She wanted him to dance with her, and if he played his cards right.... There would be more. He set down his empty glass on the counter and gave the girl his hand. She led him to the floor near her friends. It wasn't long before the two started to move in sync with the music. He could feel her body against his. he had place his hands strongly on her hips. The music continued and the two moved closer and closer. Soon their mouths couldn't help but press against the others. It wasn't long before she was leading him once again. Finding a bit of privacy the two continued their intimate dance.

The night was only getting started. Emrys wouldn't just settle for one enjoyable encounter. He was going to enjoy this night to the fullness of his ability. It would be a while before Charlotta would let him out like this again, he was sure. But now was certainly not the time to think of that. He had found a second to enjoy some private time with. Sharing saliva, and more as bodies pressed against one another. It was a long night of pure pleasure and enjoyment. He wouldn’t be leaving until he absolutely had to. He had alcohol, blood, and plenty of bodies. The more he drank, the happier he seemed to get. He didn’t mind if anyone slipped him anything. He was there to simply have a good time.

Unbeknownst to Emrys, a group made their way to the room in which he was supposed to be waiting in. The large, unfortunate looking, tough as nails type man was in there alone. His body was completely void of clothes, his garments were nowhere to be found. He clumsily performed what looked reminiscent of a popular show, Swan Lake. His eyes closed, his mind convinced he was a graceful, female, ballerina. Upon the arrival of the group, the fair dancer grabbed one of the onlookers to bring them into his illusion. The shocked onlooker doing all in their power to get away from the strong, unrelenting grasp. If he had played his card right, the man would be able to remember exactly what he had done. If he wasn’t fired, The vampire was confident that the man would never be able to look Emrys in the eyes again. One bodyguard down. His secret was out, but it was well worth it.

The rest of the night was a complete blur for the young vampire. He woke to the constant vibrating of his phone. He wasn’t sure how he got home. He reached over a warm body to grab the device. The dancing device shone light on his face. Squinting, he roughly made out his aunt's name. He selected the answer option as he flopped back into bed. The warm body near him started to kiss his flesh. He simply groaned a greeting, anticipating a lecture, or some yelling, though he was still quite fuzzy from whatever had gone into his body.
