Milo had worked hard to rebuild a house on his family land. He build the entire structure out of old shipping containers that were destined a much worse fate. He had rebuilt, and filled it with all new, second hand things. Sure, the chairs at the table didn't all match, and the the couches were made from reclaimed timber and upcycled cessions and pillows. The place was small, but it was just the right size for the young man, and he had filled every nook and cranny that he could with plants and refurbished, second hand, or economically sourced items. On top of the small building were a few solar panels and wind turbines bringing the entire house to have a low or zero carbon footprint. The land was large, and in the country. A large enchanted wall marked where their property started and stopped. The quaint walk to the small building was filled with normal, non magical foliage. There were garden plots, and flowers. All to make a beautiful sight. In the back, useable from anywhere in the front, was filled with magical plants of all shapes and sizes. There was even a green house for those who were a bit more temperamental to the weather. It was a miracle that very little plants were damaged in the fire. It had been some time now. but the memories were still haunting.
The young wizard worked hard as he harvested a few special items. These items had been requested by one of his clients. A man that he knew was a professor at Hogwarts, that is, before their fire. He ensured that he got nothing but the best. It was his practice when giving some of his supply. Sure some portioners would get better than others. But Milo's policy was to give the best that he could find for the moment. He worked on his harvest, pulling things he knew that the man wanted, and some things that needed to be harvested now to hit it's peak potency. Just as he was finishing up with harvesting what he could from one of his plants, he heard a bell chime. He had enchanted his front door to ensure that no matter where he was on his property, he'd be able to hear it. The sound magically found it's ways into his ears and he got up, brushing some fresh dirt off of his cloths and with a basket full of glass containers, holding the requested plants, he made his way to the front door. Setting down the basket on the reclaimed coffee table and walking to the front door. Opening it up he smiled at the man.
