Scorpious could tell he had got the guy to thinking, which meant it was about that time that he leave Ed alone to his thoughts. Still, Edmund asked about a list somewhere about wizarding jobs and requirements, ”in all honesty, I don’t think there is something specific with everything in it. You’d have to research each group on an individual basis. The Professors know a lot about different jobs because it’s their job to counsel us on what we could do, so I suggest starting there. Plus, a lot of them had different jobs before even becoming professors so they could give you their personal experience. Do you know what we should do?” he thought of an idea mid sentence and leaned forward with excited eyes, ”we should try to petition for a job fair sort of thing. I mean, wouldn’t that be a great idea for us and for future students?” his brain was already gone, whirring with the different ways he could make something like this happen at Hogwarts!

Edmund was starting to lose himself in his thoughts, but when Scorpius started talking again, he pulled Ed back to reality. He was disappointed there wasn't a book he could turn to. Yes, sure he could ask a teacher but Ed liked to figure things out on his own, so that idea didn't really appeal to him, even though he might not have any other choice. Darn. Then something in Scorpius' voice changed and Ed was taken aback by the excited tone. Scorpius started talking about a job fair and Ed could see the cogs working in his mind. There was quite a chance that this was actually going to happen because Scorpius was so excited about it. "I think that's a good idea. It would definitely help the muggle borns who don't know very much about wizarding jobs. I'd definitely want to go," he threw in his two cents, not sure that Scorp needed it to be more excited about his idea, but doing it all the same.
