Daryl was outside the Transfiguration Classroom reading over his notes. He was trying so hard to get this spell right. They were doing many sections all at once for NEWTs, but one thing they were learning was Human Transfiguration. Of course Daryl couldn't do this to himself, but he was trying to get the flick of his wrist correctly. Not only that, but all of the other subjects they were learning were pretty difficult for him anyways.
Daryl wasn't one for schooling, he much preferred art and Quidditch and that's that. Learning wasn't his best area, especially doing spells like this. That probably wasn't the best thing, as his father and mother were fairly well trained with their wands. He just never really felt the need to really be too into spells even though he tried just to pass. But these few spells they were learning were really agitating him, so much that he slammed his book shut and threw it across the hall.

Ondina did pretty well in most classes that required casting, but her best subject by far had always been Transfigurations. Always. She was usually chapters ahead of the rest of the class, and new spells that wouldn't be covered until much later, she loved it so much. Obviously, NEWT level Transfigurations was a key part of her schedule. During the last class they'd started human transfigurations..... And Ondina hadn't been paying attention half of it. Last year she'd demonstrated the terrifying ability of already knowing how to turn a human being into a canary. The poor soul had been another student, and Ondina had refused to tell them exactly what she'd turned the boy into out of spite. Ever since then, it'd been a known fact that she was one person to go to for Transfiguration questions... As long as you remained on her good side. None the less, she'd paid attention just enough to notice several of her classmates struggling. Including Daryl.
Maybe it was because of the couple times they'd slept together, or simply the fact that they were friends. Either way, she'd decided to take some pity on him and see if he needed help after class. She found him outside the classroom, showing up just in time to see him throw his text book. Silently she retrieved it and walked back to him. "There's that anger I've heard so much about." She teased. He was always so happy, or relaxed, it'd been a while since she'd seen him so frustrated.

Daryl looked up as he heard footsteps, and when he sa Ondina, he took a deep breath as she picked up the book he threw. She spoke and he made a disgusted face at her and shook his head, leaning against the wall and crossing his ankles, his wand in hand. "Where have you heard from that I'm angry? I'm just frustrated. It happens." Daryl was embarrassed that out of everyone to find him it was Ondina, but she didn't seem too shocked by it.
"What are you doing here?" His voice was gentle now, not so much angry anymore. Seeing her calmed him down for some reason and he stretched, letting out a yawn. "School is stupid." Twirling the wand in his hand, he looked up at her and smiled. "You look beautiful, Ondina."

Still holding Daryl's book, she propped it open in her hands and started to flip through it. "Frustrated about the assignment?" She asked even though she didn't look up from the book. She'd finally gotten to the current chapter they were covering and spotted his notes. Yup, Definitely frustrated. She took the spot next to him against the wall. She still didn't look up turning the page and reading through the next set of notes scribbled in with the text. "What, I need a reason to be here? You do remember I'm the Transfiguration captain right? I practically live on this floor." It was true. The majority of her time was spent around the Transfiguration classroom.
She snapped the book shut and finally tilted her head back to look at him, just in time to hear his compliment. "I always do." She confidently retorted, but a smile was playing at the corner of her lips. Holding the book out to him that smile grew a little bigger. And... sincere. "Want some help with the assignment?"

"Yes, about the assignment." Daryl rose an eyebrow at her like it was the most obvious thing. He assumed she had been hinting if he was frustrated sexually, but Daryl was never frustrated in that way! He always took care of himself and well if he did say so. Daryl watched as Ondina slid down next to him, looking through his notes in the book. Daryl had great handwriting, but his notes sucked. He knew that, she knew that, oh well. "Of course I remember, however, you actually live in the dungeons in case you forgot."
Daryl laughed. Gosh, she was very confident in herself, that was obvious. As her smile grew he yawned, his eyebrows slowly moving up. "I would never turn down any help from you, however, I don't want to do it." Honesty was the best policy. And Daryl hated work. He hated tests, he hated assignments, and he hated going to classes.

Okay, Daryl's attitude was a bit annoying. She rolled her eyes at his tone of voice. Hey, she was trying to be nice here, he didn't need to get all snippy about it. "I sleep in the dungeons. I spend more time up here then down there." She explained. Ondina didn't actually like the dungeons much, if sh was being honest. They smelled musky.
Ondina raised an eyebrow as he said he wouldn't turn down help, but he also didn't want to do it. "That's quite the dilemma then." It wasn't like she'd force him to do it or anything. He hadn't accepted the book from her, so she pulled it back to herself and flipped it open to chapter in question. "Well, if you don't want to do it, that's fine. But you should at least know that you got this concept backwards." She pointed at one of his notes. At least with that correct, he might be able to get the assignment done when he finally felt like doing it.

When Ondina rolled her eyes, Daryl rolled his back, smirking at her. Where she spent most of her time was not all that important to him, nor was this dumb assignment. But he supposed that if he wanted to get a good grade, he may as well listen to what she had to say, otherwise his mother and father might not be too happy with him.
He turned his head to watch her as she opened his book and flipped back to the chapter he had just been in. Daryl listened to her and rose an eyebrow. "Well, all I did was copy the notes that were on the board." He scoffed as she pointed to his own. Granted, Daryl also paid very little attention in his classes, but copying notes was the easiest part. Apparently not anymore as he couldn't even do that right. "So what's the right concept, then, Captain?"

Ondina shrugged at he came up with an excuse, saying he'd just written it down the way it was on the board. "The professor writes everything out of order. They just write where there's room, not where it makes sense." She explained honestly. There had been a few times when she'd done a double take at what was written, to see if she'd really read something right. She'd caught on pretty quick that the teacher made no sense when writing. Talking, sure. Just not writing. Shrugging again, she pointed at the line in question. "This one it's wand first, then incantation." She explained. Some spells had a particular order to the wand motion and incantation. Some were simultaneous, some before, some after.
Snapping the book shut, she tossed it into his lap. "You know, you're annoying when you're in a bad mood." And to be honest? Ondina wasn't much in the mood to deal with him being annoying. She pushed away from the wall and rose to her feet with a flick of her hair. It could just be that she was in a mood to begin with that she wasn't feeling particularly tolerant today. Either way, she'd need some serious incentive to stay.

"Well, they should really tell you that. What's the point of going to class and writing notes if they aren't going to do it correctly?" Daryl scoffed, rolling his eyes. This is why he hated school. Nothing was ever the way it was supposed to be, and it made Daryl fail his classes. He listened, as much as he could. But what didn't make sense to him was that the words the Professors spoke didn't match up with the words on the board. "Yeah, yeah, I'll remember that."
His eyes widened slightly as she tossed the book into his lap and stood up, calling him annoying. Daryl's eyes flashed with anger and he watched her as her blonde hair was flicked behind her shoulders. Taking the book, he slammed it on the floor and stood up, grabbing her waist. "I am not annoying." Daryl lowered his eyes at Ondina, a small flicker of amusement shining through them.

It would be nice if the current teacher could teach the subject properly. But the old witch was probably going senile from old age. Much like Professor Binns. "She's the only one I know that does that, you're safe if you pay more attention to her lecture than her writing." Ondina admitted with a shrug. Hopefully the old hag would retire soon and someone more competent was brought in to replace her.
Oh, what was that? Ondina had struck a nerve, hadn't she? He was on his feet almost immediately to roughly grab her waist and voicing his... anger? With slight amusement. Either way, Ondina couldn't help the small gasp at his extremely quick reaction, surprise written over her face as her head tilted back to meet that intense gaze of his. "Yes, you are." She slowly responded as the shock finally faded. She hadn't dared move just, that arm around her waist blocking any chance of escape. "What are you going to do about it..?" She whispered, refusing to take back her comment of calling him annoying. He'd have to make her.

His eyes narrowed at Ondina. "I pay plenty attention. It's not my fault the bimbo can't teach correctly." His tone was sharp. Daryl didn't like being told he didn't pay attention or did something wrong, no matter who it came from. Yes, school was a hatred of his, but he did try his hardest for his parents to pay attention and get things done. Passing wasn't the biggest concern for him, but he did it anyways.
His anger was being released now, with his hands on her hips. She repeatedly called him annoying again, and Daryl's eyes flashed with anger. A quick huff of breathe, and within seconds he had twisted her body around with his and shoved her up against the wall, his lips centimeters from hers. "I. Am. Not. Annoying." Daryl spoke more seriously now, all humor gone from his expression. "I can do many things about it, Ondina. Things you might not want to find out."

Ondia didn't feel like arguing about class. It was just as annoying as he was acting. And oh she loved a good argument. But arguing with Daryl wasn't the most appealing topic at the moment. Probably because she liked him satisfying her and not annoying her. Vastly different situations, and he was definitely leaning towards the annoying category right now. She would have left too, but before she could his arm tightened around her waist and he moved.
Faster than she'd expected. Faster than she thought possible. Before she knew it she'd been shoved against the wall and Daryl so close that she could feel the heat from his body and his breath on her lips. He sounded so serious as he repeated himself. "I wouldn't..?" She breathed, her heart beating fast in her chest. "Why don't you make me take it back then..?"

Daryl kept himself calm, but he knew he was angry. Being called annoying wasn't a pet peeve, though it made him more upset than he'd expect. Especially coming from someone such as Ondina Weasley, Daryl wasn't expecting this sudden urge. "No. You wouldn't." He'd never hurt her. He'd never hurt anyone. Unless you considered hurting for pleasure...then Daryl would always do so.
He had only had Ondina up against the wall by holding her waist with his hands, but now as she told him to make her, he pressed his body up against hers, with a little present as well. "You will take it back, whether you like it or not." Daryl brought his hands up and ran his fingers through her hair roughly, leaning forward, his lips brushing her cheeks gently. "Take it back...or I won't ever touch you again...here..." His hand left his hair and grazed her collar bone. "Or here..." Moved over her chest down to her stomach. "And even here..." Lower and lower, and then Daryl's hands were on the wall beside her face, smirking.

Being called annoying has really riles Daryl up. More than she'd ever expected. She'd never held back personality wise with Daryl so he knew that she was mean. He knew calling him annoying wasn't near the worst thing she could say. And yet he'd been thoroughly rattled and almost desperate to prove her wrong.
He'd closed that last remaining space between them, pinning her almost roughly to the wall with his body and making her gasp. His hands in her hair, just as rough, made her tilt her head to the side to expose the skin on the side of her face and neck to him. But as he spoke, his voice husky and oh so deliciously tempting and his hands began to slowly wander her body she couldn't help the soft breath she exhaled, her eyes closing just a little. It wasn't fair that he could tempt her like this, using it to get her to try and comply with him. Then, all at once he stopped. Still pressed up right against her but his hands now on opposite sides of her. Immediately she glared at him, her own hands trailing lightly against his waist. "Say please and maybe I'll take it back..." she slowly answered.

Her breathing made him smirk. This is exactly what he wanted, and exactly how he'd get her to apologize. She didn't speak as his hands touched different parts of her body, not until he eventually let go of her and placed his hands on the wall. But Daryl was shocked as her hands trailed his waist. His eyes lowered at her.
Daryl immediately backed off. "I will not." He moved away from Ondina, leaving her breathless against the wall. He picked up his book and made way to leave. "Goodbye then, Ondina..."
