@callisto Mina thought it had been a long night out. Upon further inspection, it hadn’t really been that long, and she had just gotten bombed really fast. Thankfully it was a Friday night and she didn’t have to work the next day. The holidays were over and she had worked enough that her boss figured giving her Saturdays off from now on was a good idea. She couldn’t have agreed more. In one way, she probably had been a little too excited about having the following day off, and that lead her to this position. Her friends seemed to have realized this and dropped her off close to her apartment. That was good enough, since they were muggles and there were numerous things inside that she and her sister owned that would not go over well with a muggle audience. She had tried doing that once, bringing someone home with her, and Callisto had almost killed her. Whatever. Those were little details anyways.
She stumbled through the front door of the apartment, keys jingling loudly. Her dog was lying on the couch again. That meant Callisto wasn’t home yet, because Titania would never be allowed up there. Pointing her finger at the ground, Mina mumbled something close to ‘Off’ at her dog before slamming the door shut behind her. The dog didn’t move and she really wasn’t in the mood to argue with the ball of fluff. Walking down the small hallway, Mina stumbled into a room and flopped down on the bed, tossing her wand somewhere, her purse in the opposite direction. The bed was nice, especially with her eyes sealed shut, and would have continued to be so except for the faint ticking coming from somewhere in the room. That was funny. She didn’t remember having a clock in her room. Snapping her eyes open, Mina flipped her head to the other side of the bed, spotting the source of the ticking. There was the goddamn clock that she didn’t have in her room. Callisto must have put it there to make her learn how to be on time or something silly like that. Sitting up on the bed, she reached for the clock, stopping her hand a few inches short of it. Wrinkling her brow, she glanced around the room. This wasn’t her room. It was Callisto’s. In a way, it kind of made a little sense to her.
Smiling idiotically, Mina hopped to her feet, taking one last look at the annoying clock. She kind of hated it. Starting to pull her gaze from it, she noticed that the drawer to the nightstand was somewhat open, and there were pieces of paper sticking out of it. They did say curiosity killed the cat, but she wasn’t a cat, she was a Wulfe. And quite honestly, she didn’t know who they were to begin with, so all was fair game to her. Opening the drawer the rest of the way, she pulled a handful of paper out, tossing it on the bed as she grabbed more from inside and doing the same with it. What in Merlin’s good name were these? Pushing her arm to the back of the drawer to make sure she didn’t miss anything, her fingers felt something else, and her arm produced a giant chocolate kiss. Giggling to herself in realization of what all this meant, Mina set the candy down on the nightstand and went to work reading (as best she could in her inebriated state) the papers she had pulled out.
As she made her way through each and every letter, she became increasingly more giddy, realizing that the ‘Dancing Boy’, as the letters indicated her sister’s admirer, was still a student and she had met him during the Ministry event thingy. This was all too good to be true. Suddenly, she heard the front door open and Titania bounce onto the floor from the couch. Callisto was home. This wasn’t good. Shoving the letters back into the drawer and closing it, Mina rushed out into the hall to make it look like she was casually walking to greet her sister. Except it was something closer to stumbling and laughing at the same time. Clearing her throat to prevent further giggles, she stopped in front of her sister and bowed. “Welcome home dear sister, care for a dance?” She continued laughing as she looked up to meet Callisto’s eyes, the sudden realization that she had left her purse and wand in the bedroom, as well as forgot to put the chocolate back in the drawer. That wasn’t good.

Callisto had experienced a rough, long day, and just couldn't wait to get home to get some sleep. Not that she would admit something like that out loud. She had worked both jobs today, at the ministry, and at the hospital. The hospital was where she had just come from, and she was completely exhausted. She didn't like to admit that she was tired, even to herself. So she made sure to keep her head held high and her didn't let her hair get frizzy as she left the hospital and started to head home. Upon apperating nearby, she took a second to lean against the wall of the outside of their building, take a few deep breaths, before standing up straight again and putting on her favorite face, the face that claimed that she had everything under control.
Her moment of that control was interrupted however by a stream stumbling and laughing sounds as she entered the place. She shut the door behind her, locked it, and turned toward the hallway. She stepped forward enough so that she could see what was going on. Her sister Mina was in front of her and bowing, welcoming her home and asking her to... Dance? What in the... "You know I don't want to dance with you. I don't like to dance with anyone," she said slowly, about raising suspiciously. "Shouldn't you be in bed?" great, Callisto just wanted some rest, and now she had to babysit her drunk sister.

@callisto “Not even at that ball-thingy you had to work at? I’m sure there were lots of wonderful people to dance with.” Mina giggled out, straightening back up to face Callisto. “That’s like a…uhhh…like a sin to not dance at one of those.” Her dog ran up to her and Mina crouched down, wrapping her arms around the white ball of hair. So soft. At the mention of being in bed, she remembered that she had been in bed already, just not hers. And that her stuff was still lying in Callisto’s room, along with the chocolate on the nightstand. “Probably. But I’m not.” She looked up, smiling. Titania wiggled free of her grasp, and Mina pushed herself back to her feet slowly. Bed did sound like a good idea right now, but she was kind of thirsty. Walking into the kitchen, she reached for a glass, bobbling it a few times before managing to fill it up. “Whoops.” A few more giggles and she walked past Callisto again and into her own room, quickly placing the drink down on her own nightstand. Ushering Titania in, she closed the bedroom door rather fast and locked it. All hell would break loose the second Callisto spotted what she had left in her room. The locked door would slow her down for maybe a second or two. “Good night!” Mina yelled out before turning her light off as well and leaning her back up against the door. This was potentially going to be ugly and the only protection she had was a piece of wood behind her.

Mina asked about the ball and Callisto tensed. What was she getting at? Saying that there were lots of wonderful people to dance with... and how it was a sin not to dance. Her eyebrows furrowed and she felt the urge to fold her arms, but they wouldn't move from her sides. "Some people don't have time for dancing, Min," she said firmly. Mina said that she probably should have been in bed, and then, of course, finding something to drink. Callisto rolled her eyes, setting her bag down on the table before turning to head toward her room.
Mina went by her, saying goodnight and disappearing behind her own door with the dog. "Goodnight, Mina! PLEASE try to get some sleep," she begged with a roll of her eyes. She crossed the hall to her room and shut the door gently, stretching as she walked to her bed.
But before she could sit down, she saw Minas bag... her wand and... "oh, bloody hell," she muttered. The chocolate was on the nightstand and the drawer was... a little bit open.
After the panic was done setting in, she started to feel the heat of anger and embarrassment rising in her face. How much had Mina seen? She turned back around, opened her door, and marching into the hall, lifting a hand to bang on her door, still unable to speak.

@callisto She slightly giggled again as her sister called back to try and get some kind of sleep. There wasn’t going to be much of that tonight if Callisto spotted what happened. Mina kind of hoped she’d be too tired to deal with it though. That was the ideal situation, and in her current state, she figured that was probably what was going to happen. By this point, Titania had hopped onto the bed and was staring at Mina, paws hanging over the edge. Silly dog, begging her to go to sleep too. Why did everyone want her to sleep? Staring at the dog, she heard the door to Callisto’s room shut. She let out the breath she was holding in, giving her dog the victory in their little staring contest.
That moment of sweet, quiet bliss didn’t last long though. She was halfway to her feet, intending to actually lay down on her bed and sober up a little when the door down the hallway clicked back open. Holding her breath, a pair of feet came closer to the door. Callisto knew. Immediately planting herself against the door again with a thump, the knocking started. “I’m trying to sleep like you told me to!” She yelled rather loudly, not really caring how inconsiderate she was being to their neighbors. The dog had hopped off the bed by this time and let out a few solid woofs, Mina grabbing ahold of her and pulling her closer. They were going to need all the weight they could get to keep Callisto from entering if she tried. “If you really wanted to dance, you should have said so earlier. No need to be ashamed about it.” Mina laughed a few times, hoping to distract her sister long enough so that she could come up with a plan. “But right now, I’m a wee bit tired. Go find a boy to dance with or something.”
