@maria <3 "Charming?" He questioned, smirking right back at her. Maria could be charming, he supposed. At times but not on occasion that was for sure. But Samuel agreed that she was true to herself and didn't let anyone else's opinion back her down or make her feel bad about herself. "Exactly, I tolerate it. I don't like it. In fact..." He rose an eyebrow at her. "I hate your attitude." Samuel's smirk reappeared. He had his own attitude, but Maria topped anyone he knew, even his older sister. "You're going to get into trouble, you know, sweet Maria."

Maria gave him the most innocent and 'charming' smile she could. A bright eyed sweet thing that she was sure could melt any heart and practically oozed Veela charm. "I am very charming." She answered as if she were stating a fact, total and complete confidence in her statement. Veela charm was, to no surprise, quite charming.
An eyebrow rose followed by an eye roll as he plainly stated that he hated her attitude. "You should probably learn to like it considering most of me is attitude." She just wouldn't be the same without her attitude. There were many different ways in which Maria had attitude. In her defiance. Her stubbornness. Her boldness. There was little she did that didn't include some sort of attitude. That, and her attitude was her natural defense to everyone that tried to get close.
"In trouble in general, or in trouble now?" Both, most likely. Maria's gaze drifted to the darkness that she knew was Hogwarts. "I should be heading back though..." Before anyone noticed her absence. She'd been extremely angry when she'd left, so no doubt no one would look for a while, to give her time to cool off, but if she stayed away for too long... There'd be questions she didn't want to answer.

@maria <3 Samuel couldn't help but chuckle. He knew Maria was all attitude, but that didn't mean he had to like it. He just had to deal with it or ignore it. Which either way, he was fine with. But liking it, eh. She'd just have to learn how to calm herself down and speak like an adult. When it came to that however Samuel knew she'd have an issue. It was ironic, but this girl was a ball of fire and didn't care to try to relax in a situation where her anger was not needed.
"Probably both." He tilted his head and glanced at the bonfire in front of them. "You really should be. Don't want to get banned from coming to Hogsmeade ever again. You wouldn't be able to see my pretty face." Samuel grinned brightly. As he got to know Maria more, he was slowly starting to consider her a real friend. She definitely had a good head on her shoulders, but it seemed to him that she also needed someone to help keep that head up.

Samuel seemed to have read her mind. Of course both. Trouble was practically her existence, and if she didn't hurry it'd be her current predicament. "Probably." She agreed without any hesitation. Though when he mentioned her potentially being banned she made a face, annoyed that he was right. That would definitely be a troublesome situation. While she held little respect for school rules she appreciated the privileged to leave school grounds once a month. After a moment that annoyed expression returned to the forced charm from before. "Well, I can't let you down then, can I? I'd hate to have to wait until after graduation to see you again." Of course the constant subtle flirting was finally back, though there was a note of honesty there. Maria didn't make friends easily, so when she did? She clung to them. And having to wait months to see one would definitely be a trial of her patience. Before she left though she glance back down at the bonfire. A few dark chunks still there, remnants of the dress and package. At least it was gone. now, unrecognizable for what it had been. With a slow sigh she stepped around the fire and left, waving a hand over her shoulder as a form of farewell instead of actually saying anything..
