@lestrange @natalia @alice Phil was really glad when Alice broke the tension of the last few moments. He spotted a waiter from his vantage and waved his arm getting their attention. The waiter walked over looking at him expectantly. "We'd like some drinks please, I'll have a butterbeer." He thought about ordering for his sisters and Andy but since he didn't know what they wanted, thought better of it. The man took their orders then shuffled off to fill them, hopefully soon. "I know the dream-walking thing is confusing and super rare, but it is also pretty cool. I mean, Nat when you were in my dream it was like I could remember every detail when I woke up. That normally doesn't happen to me, it slips away as soon as I open my eyes." He shrugged his shoulders, enjoying the warmth of Andy next to him and hoping he didn't make this conversation more awkward by getting back to the point. Besides, no one really wanted to talk about January anyway. That only held difficult memories for them all.

Andy gave Natalia a soft smile when her sister looked at her, glad that she could help ease the tension a little by making it clear that this dreaming stuff was very, very strange. Of course at the mention of January Andy found her hands in her lap very interesting all the sudden. She hadn't entirely accepted the affect her actions had on other people. She was dealing with herself, sure, but hurting the others... her family... that wasn't something she had accepted yet.
Andy then turned her attention back to Alice, who mentioned that she needed a drink. Andy nodded, and Phil waived over a waiter and ordered. "The same," Andy said with a soft smile. She also was thinking of getting a chaser with some sort of alcohol in it, since that was surely what Alice meant, but for some strange reason she questioned whether Phil would approve.
"I always remember," Andy said, referring to her dreams, not realizing how depressing her voice sounded at that.

Natalia was extremely glad when Alice mentioned wanting a drink. She wasn’t exactly thirsty, but she also disliked all of the attention at the table being directed at her, and maybe if the others had drinks to nurse she wouldn’t feel so much like she was in an interrogation. Nat knew that wasn’t her siblings’ intent, but it was difficult to have questions asked of her about her dream walking when she honestly had no answers. She was always supposed to be the one with the answers, wasn’t she? Nat bit her lip and forced herself to take a deep breath so that she didn’t accidentally spiral into hysteria. “I’ll have a water, please.” She ordered after Phil and Andy had spoken. She didn’t want to accidentally amp herself up more with sugar or alcohol, not when she was already struggling to keep her head on straight.
Phil turned the conversation back to dream walking, saying that he normally didn’t remember his dreams, but remembered them when Nat was present. That was another avenue for her to study, Natalia supposed – whether or not her presence lead to a statistically significant increase in memory of dreams. Blazing a new frontier was exhausting, because every time she had a new conversation on the subject she thought of something new she needed to look into. “There must be a reason this is happening.” Natalia muttered, more to herself than to the rest of her family. She blinked at Andy, who said that she always remembered her dreams. Maybe that was it, Nat thought. Her life had become increasingly entwined with her sister’s, in a way that was both terrifying and beautiful. Maybe Andy was the reason that this had happened – so that she could help her sister.

When the waiter came over, Alice ordered a butterbeer just like Phil and Andy. When he brought them their drinks, she sipped on it a little awkwardly as she listened to the continued talk of the dream walking. Alice was eased slightly to hear that both Phil and Andy could rememeber when Natalia was there, so that meant if she had ever been in Alice's dreams she would have likely remembered. Still, Alice hoped she would never have to experience it first hand. Who knows how awkward that would make their already strained relationship.
Alice couldn't help but notice the tone in Andromeda's voice when she had spoken. Normally, Alice would have let such a thing slip and she would have pretended not to notice it but she knew she had to make a better attempt at being like a real sibling to the Lestrange girls. If not for them, then for the rest of her family. "Uh, Andy," Alice said, looking quickly from the younger Lestrange to Phil before back at the brunette. "h-how've you been?" Alice knew the question may be a sore one, so she treaded lightly.
