Nazirah was still a little surprised that she had decided to take this up. Knitting wasn't a thing that she did very often - more from lack of time than any desire not to, though - but when she had seen the still available clubs, as well as the list of students that signed up, it was obvious which she would prefer. It would be a small group, which she was fine with, and it was unlikely they would gain any males, but, again, she was fine with that. It would be a nice stress reliever, that was for certain, and something like that was always good. You never wanted to lose it on the job, especially on a job like this. It wasn't smart.
Thus, it was with a bit of excitement - no, that wasn't the right word, but she was looking forward to the evening - that she commandeered her classroom for the night. Perhaps, in the future, they could use her quarters, as they were far more homey and comfy, but for now, this would work. Setting her basket of yarn and needles down at her desk, she surveyed all the various student tables with a slight frown. Hm... It was a good thing she was good at charms, for in the next few moments, with some very well-placed Depulsos, the tables were shoved to the back of the classroom, leaving plenty of room for one chair for her, and one for each of the students. There, perfect. It would do quite nicely for the night.
The Alchemy Professor pressed her lips together, surveying them. What to change them to... Her chair was first - a very cushioned rocking chair. While she would prefer an armchair, preferring to pull her up legs and curl up in the seatpossibly leaning on someone she was sharing it with, but she couldn't quite do that here. No, not in front of her students. She had at least a slight air of professionalism that she needed to maintain. Turning to them, she considered the chairs, before promptly transfiguring them into a set of lovely plush armchairs - deep blue, like her robes for the night. True, they weren't as good as anyone who had gone into the subject, but they would definitely do, especially for the limited time this would be in.
Satisfied with her work, Nazirah retrieved her basket, setting it next to her rocking chair, and settled down in the seat with a small sigh. Yes, it was quite comfortable. Pulling out her own work - she was knitting a yellow and black Hufflepuff stocking cap out of a wool, for when it got cold. She still remembered how atrocious it had been, her first time here... Ugh. Yes, better to be prepared.
