Aug. 1st In a gruesome and sweet way it was good to be back here. Leaning against a cold wall in an alley on a rainy summer evening with her violin in bloody pieces and the sticky red substance splattered across her clothes. She didn't even cry this time, or try to wipe it off. It was kind of comforting to know she had killed someone for the first time, if you didn't count her parents. She'd bloodied a few individual, sure, deservingly. But never actually had taken their life with that being her real intention. A part of her wished she'd taken it slower, though. She had barely even taken the time to let him know exactly why she was doing it. It would have been nice to see him recognize her a moment longer than he had. It all started almost two years ago. Jude was a horrible boyfriend, and all around a horrible person. He was a muggle-born who hated magic and made a point of making sure everyone knew that he felt that way. Not only did he hate magic, but he hated purebloods, too. But even somewhere in his prejudice he found an attraction to Andy and the two dated for a few months. He was a terrible friend to Phil, and treated Andy awfully, but they stayed together. Maybe it was because of loneliness, maybe it was because of extremely hot and steamy make out sessions, but whatever the reason was they didn't bother to look at the obvious. That they were just not good together. Right before Christmas break that year, they broke up. It was a rather nasty breakup, and mostly consisted of Andy screaming in rage, and Jude calling her a lot of expletives and coming up with new insults for those with full magical blood. They had been enemies ever since. Andy was happy, for the most part. Sure she was still occasionally sad about losing Phil, and even more sad about the fact that it was mainly because of this exact reason. The killing people reason. But, the more she came to get to know herself, the more she realized it was a part of her she wasn't willing to let go. As much as it made her act a little crazy and possibly do things of questionable legality, that didn't mean she was going to give it up. The words of her brother rang so true no. This was who she was, this was who she was always going to be, and fighting it was just a big fat waste of her time. Andy didn't believe in wasting time. So, she was wandering around London feeling sorry for herself yesterday when she stumbled upon good old ex-boyfriend Jude. Their conversation went oh so well. It ended with him very maturely spitting in her face. And so, tonight, she killed him. Some violin head bashing and some bowstring stabbing later, here she was. She had left his body where she had found it, some dinky apartment a few blocks away. It actually looked as though there was someone living there with him, maybe even a girl considering the color of the throw pillows, but she wasn't one to judge if that was another man's taste. She knew that she should get cleaned up, but she just looked up towards the starry sky, breathing a sigh of relief. With her first kill out of the way, her job would it be a breeze.
