Shakeup to my roster

Hey guys!

So, I know it hasn’t gone unnoticed that I’ve been particularly slow the last couple months. To be honest, a lot has happened in my life since November. It’s been a long road, sometimes rocky, and sometimes smooth. But things finally feel like they are getting to a level I’m comfortable with and able to handle. Obviously the past couple months made me quite a bit slower in the posting regard, and unfortunately it hasn’t been because of lack of time. It feels like a build up, and I just need to do some deep cleaning. A fresh start, if you will. To clean out all the cobwebs and muselessness.

So, I’m going to be doing a 90% clean slate. For those that don’t know, a clean slate is where you drop everything and start completely over. I’m not going that extreme, but I will be dropping down to two characters. After quite a bit of thought and contemplation. The two I will be keeping are…

@braelynn - she is still around. Her and Zander are being adorable in London.
@clodagh - With Aerick’s help she has finally mustered the courage to go back to New Orleans to find a way to break the curse on her.
@noel - Probably still around as a student.
sarah jane oliveira - Still around, causing mayhem.

As you can see, I’ve included what is ‘happening’ with each of these characters with me dropping them, for reference. But also for reference I won’t be dropping them until their current major plots are done (for example. Sarah has something insane she needs to do before I drop her.) because I don’t want to disrupt any big plots going on with anyone. That means that some character may be dropped immediately, while others may last a few weeks while I wrap things up.

I want people to understand though, again, this isn’t a drop because I can’t handle the characters or have time. It’s simply I need a refresher. Clean house, get some new and fresh blood, etc. The events that have happened the past 5 months have hurt my muse for these characters and it’s simply unfair of me to keep them when I know I currently am unable to play them. I still love them dearly, and they may make a return once I feel better about where they are going. But for now, I just need a break from them.
