If you're going to fight a war, sometimes just your supplies can be a deciding factor. If you're properly outfitted, you are better protected, decreasing your chances of getting seriously injured. Dragonhide is famous for being a strong and powerful material that even repels most magic! Your leader has sent you on a quest to find a supplier of dragonhide, and acquire as much as possible.

Sleek ponytail swinging, Cho Chang made her way through the Leaky Cauldron with purpose. While she didn't directly look at anyone, she watched people from the corner of her eye. She had been tasked with finding dragon hide protective-ware for her fellow Order members. Well... not Order anymore. Ouroborous. She didn't much like thinking about the split because it made her think of difficult things. Some nights, she still had nightmares about Harry coming back after the Triwizard Tournament, clutching Cedric's dead body. Her husband was valiant and patient. And now, Harry was gone. Cho knew that she had to do her part, that she could not fail.

Cho stopped in the middle of the crowded cobblestone street. She couldn't decide whether she ought to go with the powerful ministry member track, or if she ought to pretend to be a meek younger woman. She pursed her lips and looked around. She figured trying the obvious route would be best to start, if only to get it out of the way. She slipped into Gladrags, pleased to find it empty. The bell chimed and the assistant looked up from the book he was reading. He raised a brow, inviting her to speak. "May I speak to your manager?" asked Cho.

The assistant looked at her funny, then went about his business. Cho huffed indignantly. She didn't like being ignored. She looked around the shop before taking a few steps towards one of the displays. She picked up one of a pair of dragonhide gloves, wondering if it would be enough to replicate these to get enough material. She knew she could transfigure more of something if she'd already had it... according to Gamp's law of elemental transfiguration. She pursed her lips thoughtfully.

"Do you have a larger stock of dragonhide? Perhaps you should check with your manager," Cho suggested again. If he refused her again, she would try another route altogether.

After a moment, the assistant retired to the back room and brought out his manager. He kept glaring at Cho as she spoke to the store manager in an undertone. With a half smile, the manager supplied Cho with a list of potential leads. They couldn't provide this much dragon hide all at once, but working with all of them in tandem would surely be successful. Cho thanked the manager then swept from the store, the bell dinging as she left.

Cho glanced down at the list in her hands. Some of these she could get to today. She'd taken the afternoon off work so that she could accomplish this. Perhaps it would have been easier to complete over the weekend, but Cho didn't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the crowd. She didn't recognise any of the names on the list, but one. And the only reason she knew about this person was because her friend Marietta had gone to the shop in search for a cure for those nasty marks she still had spelt across her face. Desperate times called for desperate measures.

Releasing her hair from it's tight ponytail, Cho let it swing across her face as she strode towards Knockturn Alley, blending in with the other shoppers. She wasn't exactly an expert at looking nondescript. Once firmly out of the sunlight streets of Diagon Alley, Cho looked up. The name of the shop, the name of the shop... she was certain it was here, and that it started with a B...

The name of the shop snapped into Cho's head and she looked up. Luckily, she was standing right in front of it. Releasing a sigh of relief, Cho made her way into the shop. The windows were covered in grime, if that gave any sense of what sort of establishment this was. Trinkets littered the shelves and a single rusty old chandelier hung from the ceiling, casting shadows in the strangest places. Cho looked around, her brows raised.

A man shuffled out from the back room, hunchbacked. "Can I help you?" asked the man in a slightly wheezy voice. "Yes... are you Bane?" asked Cho. The man eyes her warily before nodding once. "The owner of Gladrags said you could help me. I need a large and consistent supply of dragon hide," said Cho, watching the man's reactions. He glared at her for a second, before speaking. "What's in it for me?"
