Required Details: he used to be a professional quidditch player, but has since retired. could be due to injury or just time. i'd be interesting if this was an issue for him. especially since his wife was still living it up as an auror while he's been forced in to the 'quiet life'. he's never been in to animals and hasn't ever allowed the kids to have any - probably because he knows if he allowed one it'd open the floodgates with eli as a son... probably been burned one too many times in the past. they have a reluctant kitten now.
Preferred: i imagine he probably isn't the most attentive father, though maybe overdoes it a bit while trying. maybe a little scatty brained? which is where the older siblings have come in. since he probably travelled much of their childhood. but i'd like it if he TRIED to be a good dad. especially since their mum's disappearance. i imagine he and luciana had a bit of a shotgun wedding with the eldest sibling coming soon after... maybe to save face.
