It had been a few years since Dana graduated from Hogwarts. Though it felt like yesterday when the Knox girl first enrolled. She remembers riding the train from Kings Cross, sitting across from her muggle-born friend Tamara and her twin Tia. Ah memories. Eight years later, Dana found herself standing at Kings Cross once more, a small ticket in her hand which allowed her to board a train to Hogwarts. But amongst the muggles, she had to ensure she entered the right platform safely. Of course to avoid magic being revealed to the muggles.
Pushing a few blonde locks to the side, the Knox girl started a swift run in between the two platforms, passing through with no hassle. With the sounds of steam-train like noises wheezing in her ears, Dana continued to run – hopping onto the train and taking a seat inside one of the private booths. Though she knew why this was a special one, as her hand ran over the small engraving she and Tamara had created on their first train ride together. It brought a smile to the blonde’s lips, making her realise how old she was now. Barely.
Clutching her bag by her side, Dana relaxed in her seat; recalling her reasons for heading to the Hogwarts school. While staying at her muggle home, a place that had been rather abandoned since her father’s death, Dana received a few owls from her bosses at her astronomer’s job. They wanted her to pick up tips from astronomer professors at Hogwarts, so the team could push forward.
Of course, Dana couldn’t decline. She loved Hogwarts. Even when she barely attended because of her father’s death.
As hours passed, Dana found herself waking up from a short nap with the train slowing down as it arrived at everyone’s destination. From her own experience, she was sure school had started many months ago so she hoped she wouldn’t be bothering too many people. Passing through the entrance, Dana waved to a few familiar faces – professors who had taught her just a few years back. She had a few brief conversations with a few of them on the main floor, before asking questions on where to find the professors she was looking for.
With her mind cleared and the direction she needed to head into in mind, Dana walked swiftly, heels clicking against the floor rather lightly. As she looked down at the floor, she almost bumped into a few students, before actually bumping into one. To prevent the two of them from falling, the Knox girl held onto the shoulder of the other person, her head lifting up quickly and her blue eyes scanning the person. ”I-I’m so sorry…I wasn’t watching where I was going!” She said with a soft tone and an apologetic smile on her lips.

Another year, another missed opportunity to join the Arsenal U19 league. Magic wasn't all that bad, however. Landon had actually gotten quite good at Herbology, which was a relief because he felt as if he needed at least one good class to show for his seven years of magical education. He did try hard, working hard to at least keep up with the course work. But for some reason, things just didn't stick with Landon. Nearly every class found his mind wandering to football stats. With such a limited attention span, it was a miracle that Landon scraped even a handful of OWLs. He couldn't help that he was easily distracted.
On this day in particular, Landon joined the throng of students milling about the Entrance Hall before the feast. He was thinking about the upcoming Arsenal vs Fulham match in two days time, which he had made sure his father would watch and write him a play by play. Following his favourite football team had become a menace at Hogwarts. The best he could do was tune an old radio, but that barely even worked. He hoped his father would pull him out of school a few weekends so that he could go to some of the matches. After all, Landon was of age.
Landon looked around the hall and stopped dead. In a throng of familiar faces, there was one that stood out. Landon hadn't seen her since his fifth year, when she had graduated. He knew she was an astronomer now, and that she sometimes came around Hogwarts to do work with the department. She walked with purpose, and she was coming towards him! Landon worked his jaw, trying to come up with a suave greeting of sorts. But she didn't even notice he was there. She walked right into him, then reached out to steady him. As if he was going to fall. Well, he was feeling a bit weak in the knees, all in all.
Her voice was soft, and Landon couldn't remember ever hearing anything nicer. He flushed red. "Er, that's okay. Sometimes I get the feeling I'm actually invisible," said Landon, grimacing. That wasn't suave at all. "Are you alright?"

Dana couldn’t help but laugh lightly at the joke, but ultimately, she felt bad for bumping right into the boy. She should’ve been paying attention. ”You’re not invisible, I’m just a little dumb today.” She admitted, insulting herself instead of him. Truthfully it was her fault – considering she got lost in her own thoughts and definitely was not paying attention. The Knox girl couldn’t help but share a warm smile with the boy, happy that he showed care in her when the whole situation could’ve been avoided on her behalf.
”I’m perfectly fine!” She said rather cheerfully, before resting a hand on the other’s shoulder. ”Are you? Did I hurt you anywhere? Bruise anything?” Honestly she felt like an older sister, checking up on the young boy without even knowing his name. Her hand rested on his forehead too, noticing how his face seemed to be flushed red. Did he develop a fever in less than five minutes? ”I’m really sorry.” Dana repeated, her hand leaving a cooling mark on the boy’s forehead before she dropped it by her side.
Being caught up in the situation briefly made the Knox girl forget her reasonings for being in Hogwarts until it hit her like a wave. Although from the instructions she got from other professors seemed to confuse the blonde – it had been a while since Dana was here to see a professor. Perhaps… She began to think to herself. As her blue eyes looked up from the floor, Dana placed her arms behind her back; lightly rocking herself back and to on the balls of her heels. ”Could you…Potentially help me?” The colours from his robes reminded her of the times she attended Hogwarts herself, making her reminisce good memories.

"You're definitely not dumb," said Landon hastily. He wondered how Dana, yes of course he remembered her name though he hadn't seen her in two years or really spoken to her ever, could think that she was dumb. She was successful and beautiful and... Landon blinked, and shook his head a bit. He was getting a bit sidetracked. "Nope, no bruises or anything. Been more banged up in the past from football," said Landon. Was his voice a bit higher or was that just the acoustics of the entrance hall?
Dana touched Landon's shoulder and he flushed bright red at the warmth that radiated from her fingertips. He wanted to say something cool to make her think of him as more than just a young student who was potentially hurt. Then she laid her hand on his forehead and instead of brushing it off casually his face burned even more. Landon cleared his throat and took a step back as she dropped her hand to her side. "Don't be sorry. You could be a healer, you've got an eye for the taking care sort of thing," said Landon in what he very much hoped was an offhand voice.
Landon's hand jumped nervously to his hair as she asked him to help her. "Me?" asked Landon, thinking of the hundreds of other students who were much more adept at magic than he was. "Er, yeah, course I can help you. With... er with what, exactly?" he added, hoping it wasn't too complicated.

Letting out a sigh of relief meant a large weight had been lifted from her shoulders along with a brief laugh at his response. ”My brother liked football. I honestly know nothing about it.” But as Dana inspected the boy to make sure he was okay – with her hand on his shoulder – she noticed the rush of redness appear on is face as well as worsen when her hand rested upon his forehead. The Knox couldn’t help but giggle in response to the student’s comment. ”I don’t think being a healer would be best for me.” Especially because Dana’s sense of medical science was sub-par. ”I’m used to day-dreaming and looking into the sky. Healing others definitely wouldn’t be for me.”
Nodding, the blonde lost her trail of thought along with the words she wanted to say, including the whole reason she was here. Working within the astrology department in the wizarding world had proved to be difficult, with research tasks and the discussion of how to fight the muggles in able to restore the name of Planet Pluto; the Knox had been advised to ask the astrology department of Hogwarts to draw up a conclusion. But spending years away from Hogwarts, Dana had forgotten where everything was.
”I’m trying to find the Astrology professor…Or even the astrology department.” She began, a small smile on her face. ”It’s for work and research purposes.”
