Dom noticed when Joe didn't answer her question about him being a thrill seeker. Interesting. She'd definitely have to bring that up later, see if she could get him to confess something. If he liked thrills as much as she was starting to think he did, then they would have yet another thing in common. It was a little strange that they did like so many of the same things, but at the same time she definitely enjoyed it. He wrapped an arm around her when he moved to sit beside hr and Dom smirked as she looked up to him. "Well that's definitely good to know," she teased back. At his next comment, Dom's jaw dropped for a moment. He was going to stop her from holding onto him? She noticed the look on his face and realized that his comment was double sided. She lifted her eyebrows, going for a mischievous look as she retorted, "What makes you think you'd be able to hold me back unless I want you to?" There. She'd see what he made of that. The ferris wheel started moving with a jerk and she fell into him a little. "Ooops," she giggled as she returned to her previous position, glancing outside the ferris wheel for a moment to see the view. They weren't really high enough to see anything good yet.

Joe was glad that he and Dom bumped into each other today. It seemed like the day was turning around to be much more fun than he originally anticipated today. When Dom retorted back with further banter, his lips curled slightly, his green eyes narrowing on the redhead. "Niiice. I think the reverse psychology is working..." he announced playfully, waggling his eyebrows at her, his lips kissing his teeth as with a mischievous smile mirroring hers. If he told her not to do something, she probably was more likely to do it...he was already learning this. Dom was fun to tease because she played right back.
The car jerked to motion and Dom was already flirtily crashing into him, he welcomed her to fall against him, fluidly melting into her and enjoying her body warmth. She straightened herself up, and Joe took the ferris wheel jerking to a stop to his own advantage this time. His eyes widened animatedly as he dramatically pushed himself into her, but comically slowly. As he was pressed against her side, arm still wrapped around her back, he turned his face toward her and pressed his lips against her cheek hard, grinning against it. He pulled away with a pretend stupid expression, "Ooops, sorry.." he sang playfully, obviously not meaning it. The ferris wheel started up again, this was fun.

Dom rolled her eyes when he said that his reverse psychology was working, but it took her a moment to school the grin that was on her face. When she finally did, her expression was supposed to be condescending. She wasn't quite sure if it was or not. "I don't know what you're talking about. Reverse psychology has no effect on me ..." Dom couldn't help it. Of course, she was looking forward to the possibility of Joe holding her again today, but she couldn't just let it go. She was one of those people who liked playful banter, especially if it wasn't true.
Joe all but held her for a second when she fell against him and Dom was smiling again when she sat back up, his arm still around her shoulders. She was about to make some teasing comment, when the thing jerked to a stop and Joe pretended to fall against her now. Of course he'd do that. She wasn't sure if he was just teasing her or if he had an ulterior motive, but it didn't take long to find out. He kissed her cheek and Dom closed her eyes for a second, smirking at him as he pulled away, giving her a fake apology. "Mmhmm suuure," she retorted before sighing, "It's a shame you missed though." Dom turned away from him, pretending to be more interested in the view than in him. Ha, like that was a possibility when it came to someone as fun as Joe.

Dom pulled a humorous expression when she stated that reverse psychology had no effect on her. He waggled his eyebrows at her, eyes flickering with an amusement. ”We will see about that.” Joe chuckled, poking her in the side. The more he hung out with the redhead, the easier it was to flirt and challenge her.
Joe couldn’t hide the laugh the from escaping his lips when Dom told him it was a shame that he missed. Well, he was aiming for her cheek because he knew that she’d likely have some sass to say about it. Joes mouth gaped open at her comment when she shifted her attention to stare at the view. “As if you could do better, huh?” He teased playfully, trying to force a serious expression as he challenged her.

Dom jumped a little when Joe poked her in the side, unable to keep herself from giggling ever so softly. Hopefully he wouldn't notice. She had a feeling that Joe would take the fact that she was somewhat ticklish and run with it. He was definitely that type. "I guess we will," she retorted, nudging his shoulder with hers. "Don't be too surprised when I'm right."
She could still she Joe out of the corner of her eye. Dom tried to keep the expression on her face neutral when she realized he was definitely surprised by her comment ... or maybe it was the fact that she'd pulled her attention away from him. Good. He teased her, challenging her to do better. Dom glanced over at him, smirking before reaching up to play with her hair as she turned back to look at the view. "If I wanted, I absolutely could, but I'm fairly certain we both already know it. So where's the excitement in that?" She was acting like she wasn't interested, but Dom was still definitely watching him out of the corner of her eye.

As he poked her sides he didn't notice her flinch any more than usual, but if he had, he definitely would have used the discovery against her. Honestly, he just liked having the redhead close. They were attracted to each other like magnets. Joe liked even the simplest touch.
Joe raised a brow towards Dom when she told him she was certain that they both knew she wouldn't have missed. She was so confident. Joe already knew this, but she was giving him more reasons to believe this daily. The snake wanted to play along, it wasn't every day he got to play with someone so fun and pretty. And it helped that Dom was incredibly fun to flirt with. He shook his head back and fort, "I'm not so sure about that.." Joe challenged her again, he sighed coolly, "You're all talk.." he sat back with a smirk, taking a moment to enjoy the view of the winter wonderland before them. The car stopped again, they were almost at the very top of the ferris wheel.

Obviously, Joe was having a good time being contrary. He was arguing with her again, saying that he wasn't so sure she would've kissed him if she wanted to. Dom rolled her eyes. "Yes you are, you just want me to kiss you right now," she quipped right back, staring him down. They both knew she was right. Dom definitely wasn't shy, especially when it came to people she felt like she knew. She definitely knew Joe enough to be comfortable around him. She turned back to face him when he said she was all talk. "Me? All talk? Have you met me?" she smirked at him, rolling her eyes before the car jolted again and she leaned closer, giving him the lightest of kisses before leaning back. "There you go. I didn't miss," she said, laughing as she looked away again, just to be annoying. "I guess now we know who has better aim," Dom muttered in an offhand sort of comment. It was too easy to be around Joe. They clicked and the banter was easy. She loved it.

Joe didn't deny it when Dom accused him of only wanting her to kiss him. Honestly, she was totally right. If she was going to be so stubborn about it, he was happy to kiss her first, but it seemed that they just both equally enjoyed stretching it out. They got a thrill out of teasing one another. It was a shame that Dom wasn't at Hogwarts this year. Things would have probably been a lot different.
When the redhead slowly pressed her lips against his, then returned in her former position, he chuckled, "Okay, that was a good start..." he grinned, leaning in slowly to meet again. "But lets try it with more feeling this time!" he demanded playfully, cupping her face as he closed the distance between them once again. Joe pressed his lips against hers feverishly, pulling her in toward him and taking advantage of the ferris wheel stopping at its highest point now.

The interesting thing about spending her time with Joe was that he never reacted the way she expected him to. She was teasing him, but instead of complaining about it (or pretending to), he said it was a good start as he leaned forward. Dom grinned, knowing what was coming. It was clear to her that Joe was done with the teasing part of this and then he leaned close and kissed her. Dom sighed as she leaned up against him. She didn't even notice when the ferris wheel stopped again, but she didn't mind that at all. She liked kissing Joe. He was fun to be with and definitely knew what he was doing. What was even better was the fact that none of this was serious. The two of them were just having fun and she appreciated that more than almost everything else.
A loud roar broke through the happy sounds of the festival and Dom jumped, pulling away from Joe as she looked around. What in the world was going on? They were still at the top of the ferris wheel (wow, this attendant was slow), so she could really see what was going on. There were dragons in Hogsmeade! What were they doing? "Joe, I'm not the only one seeing this, right?" she asked, nodding towards the dragons that were starting to land and attack the people in the small village.

As Joe leaned in, dropping his hands at Doms waist to pull her closer into his body, they shared a heated kiss. Sadly, it was cut short by a loud roar and screams cutting through the air. They abruptly parted from their make out session to look over the winter scene that had suddenly gone gruesome. People were screaming and running all around them, the village had suddenly broken out into complete chaos. "What the hell is that?" Joe asked stupidly, eyes widening as he saw winged creatures barreling through the air, coming straight for them with fire spurting from its mouth. Dom and Joe were at the highest point of the ferris wheel, and they hadn't moved in a while...
Joe craned his neck over to get a look at the attendant booth down below. Much to his discomfort, the booth was now empty. He turned to Dom, "Uhh..they left us up here!?" Joe exclaimed in disbelief, unable to surpass a laugh because it was so messed up. They were practically dragon bait where they were at.

Dom enjoyed kissing Joe. It was one of those things where she could just let go and have fun, not worrying about what he was going to think afterwards. They'd kissed before and he didn't seem to think he had a claim on her or anything, which was good. If he did, Dom would probably avoid him, which would be a shame. Joe was good fun. However, the second she heard that roar and pulled away to see dragons above Hogsmeade, she forgot all about kissing him. He asked what it was and Dom looked over at him, rolling her eyes. There was no way he didn't recognize the beast as a dragon, was there? She still answered him. "Dragons, Joe," she said with a slight smirk, which slipped off her face as one of them started breathing fire on the town. "What in Merlin's name are they doing here!" She shouted, starting to feel worried and angry at the same time.
A dragon started making it's way to the Ferris Wheel and Dom extended her wand. "Accio brooms!" she shouted, taking a page out of her uncle's book and deciding flying was probably the best way to not die right now. When she heard Joe's angry comment that the attendant was gone, she knew she did the right thing. "Try to hit it in the eye with a stunning spell or something," she told Joe, pushing him with her hand while her eyes searched for the brooms that should be coming from the Quidditch Supply shop. She grinned when she saw them. "Hey, get ready," she muttered to Joe. The dragon had almost reached them now. His mouth opened wide and Dom grabbed the brooms from the air, jumping onto hers and thrusting the other at Joe.

Joe squinted wordlessly to get a clearer look at the creatures blowing fire over the winter wonderland. Dom said 'Dragons' and his mouth went dry. He was bummed that their snog fest was cut short, but he now he was worried about finding Ashley. His parents would kill him if anything happened to their precious daughter. Joe nodded his head up and down a few times, swallowing hard so his adams apple bobbed up and down. "Well, that's inconvenient." he deadpanned, trying to play it cool, somehow. Honestly, he wasn't sure really how to react while he was digesting the current situation. Dom summoned a pair of brooms and his head quirked to the side, very impressed because he wouldn't have thought of that. "Good thinking!" he yanked the broom out of the air as she tossed it over to him, instantly bracing himself to mount and jump.
"...I hope you know what you're doing on a broom..." he told her, unable to resist the moment to tease her, but he was being serious. Joe still hadn't decided if this was a stupid idea or not. At this moment, Joe figured he would have to trust her since she was confident in what she was doing. She had more ideas than he did when it came to dragons, so he'd roll with it...which was surprising since he barely knew Dom.
Joe hopped on his broom and stuck close to Dom's side, he reached for his wand with his free hand, holding with a death grip. The dragon was in eye level to them now, blanketing the ferris wheel's attendant booth covered in fire. "On three!" Joe bellowed as the dragon turned toward them, "One..two.."

Dom heard Joe's comment a few seconds after she named the creatures as Dragons. Of course, she was sure he already knew what they were, but he was obviously surprised. Who wouldn't be? She could hear the surprised shouts of people deeper in the village as they realized what was going on.
She was definitely glad when the grabbed the broom, mounting it quickly, but she rolled her eyes at his comment. "If I didn't, I wouldn't have summoned them," she retorted. "I'm the one that should be worried about you," Dom smirked over at him. She was pretty sure, because of his reaction, that he was comfortable on a broom, but she couldn't stop herself from teasing him. Even though they were in the middle of a dragon attack, the urge to tease him was just too strong.
He stayed close to her as they hovered in the air, and Dom nodded when he said they should attack the dragon on three. "Okay," she muttered, more to herself than anything else. The dragon was coming closer and closer at a rapid pace, covering everything in flame. "One!" she shouted with Joe before she started shooting repeated stunning spells at the dragon, aiming for the face. Hopefully something would be able to hit it. The dragon slowed for a second, but then it shook its head and continued on toward them. Dom shot her spells faster and harder for a few moments, before glancing at Joe. "What should we do?" They could fly away and try to meet up with other wizards, but she could hear the screams of other people on the ferris wheel- young children by the sound of it. She didn't want to leave them.

Joe snorted when Dom made a comment that she should be the one worried about him. Thank, Merlin. She was confident on a broom so it seemed like they had a chance of getting away. Joe still found time to laugh at the joke before they counted down, "Worry about yourself, buttercup." he winked at her and blew a kiss. They stayed tight together before performing the stunning spells toward the dragons. The spells weren't working as effectively as they would have liked. Everything was catching fire and people were screaming everywhere. There was so much going on it was hard to focus. The dragon momentarily turned around, tearing through the village all around them.
They both faced the ferris wheel again, realizing that there were still people stranded. Dom asked what they should do next, apparently wanting to get involved... As selfish as Joe was, he knew that helping people in a situation like this was his only choice if he had any control over it. Enough people were probably dying already.
His eyes flickered over to the ferris wheel again, where people were begging them for help, screaming and crying. Joe maneuvered his broom to face the wheel, still beside Dom, preparing to perform another charm. His mouth went dry, "We should place a protection charm around the ferris wheel and get them out with a levitation charm." he suggested quickly, his heart beating out of his chest, but he was able to keep his composure. "Do you have any ideas?" Joe asked her, eyes widening as he swallowed sharply.

Dom couldn't help but smirk when Joe snorted at her teasing. Good. At least he knew what he was doing on a broom, enough to feel confident enough laughing at her teasing. That was definitely good news. Dom didn't want to have to worry about him while trying to stop a dragon and save people. She smirked when he blew her a kiss, turning her cheek so it could land there and then focusing on the task at hand. He stayed by her side as they attacked the dragon, which eventually turned around and started heading back to another part of the village. Dom wanted to head after it. She even flew forward a few feet, but then she noticed Joe facing the ferris wheel again and remembered the people trapped on it. Dom flew back to his side.
Joe suggested that they put a protection charm around the ferris wheel and then levitate people out. Dom nodded, glancing over her shoulder at the dragon, which was luckily still distracted. "Good idea. How about you start with the protection spell and I'll levitate people out. Then help me as soon as you can. I want to get as many people off as we can before the dragon turns around again."
Without even waiting for him to answer, Dom turned and started at the top of the wheel. Well, the top besides where they'd been. She found a compartment with a small family of three inside. "Let's get you out," she encouraged with a smile, levitating the mother, then child, then father and moving on to the next compartment. "How's it going with you?" she called, glancing over toward the handsome blond not too far away from her.
