Edgarth didn't really care much for herbology or plants. But a festival meant people, and people meant girls. The former Gryffindor was always looking for a good excuse to flirt with a girl or two. He never had any expectations as for where it would go or end up, but a little harmless flirting never hurt anyone. He was currently slowly walking around the giant greenhouse the festival was held in, pretending to be more interested in the plants and flowers than he really is. All the while looking around for perhaps a cute girl, but also someone else.
Ed had arranged with his friend and teammate, Daniel Hoh, to meet at the festival for some catching up. It had been some time since Ed had spent some quality time off the field with any of his teammates and Daniel was a great place to start. After their win that, well, was barely a win against the Fitchburg Finches. Ed figured he and the guys could use a little unwinding off the field. He only hoped his other teammates were doing the same.

The flower festival. Dan loved nature, so he couldn't resist going even if it was full of crowds of people. He also found that crowded places weren't incredibly safe in a time of terrorism, but at least they had some crazy security protocols up. It was also easy to agree to go when his teammate Edgarth had invited him. He had always liked the guy, so it was a good opportunity to spend more time with him. Dan did avoid team outings usually, so it was nice to have some one on one time with his teammate. He just hoped they wouldn't dwell on that awful game they had just played... yikes.
He approached the meeting place, near the vendor booth row, and saw Edgarth waiting for him. Dan offered a wave and walked up, placing his hands in his pockets as he usually did when he was out in public places. ”Hey,” he greeted with a nod.
