Recent events had shook the wizarding world. It had caused chaos and utter despair with many of the witches and wizards. Even though the events had shocked the community, it brought them together. A flower show had been fundraising funds for the past events in order to help, you’d be heartless not to attend and donate. Even though the sixteen year old Gryffindor was unemployed and had little to no money, she still wanted to show her support and give what little she had. Her parents had often allowed their children to earn pocket money by doing small tasks and chores. Even though they didn’t get a lot, it was helping them to create the mentality that when they were older they’d need to work in order to earn their keep.
The young Irish girl was dressed in a casual outfit, ripped denim jeans, with a cream vert top tucked in and an oversized cardigan to keep her warm in the Spring breeze. She left her long brunette hair down and gently tousled it to the side before she put on her flat sandals and made her way to the events local portkey. Eibhleann was outside the event within no time. She followed the crowd into the oversized greenhouse and looked in awe. It was absolutely gorgeous. She’d always been a fan of the outdoors and nature, so this was something the young gryffindor was very interested in.
Eibhleann looked around the event in hopes to see someone she knew, but unfortunately there was no one around. This wasn’t too much of a bother for her, she often enjoyed her own company. After her legs carried her for some time she saw a fruit picking area and she beamed to herself slightly. Before she went over she donated some knuts and sickles and collected herself a small wicker basket. Maybe she could collect some fruit to take home to her mother? Then they could bake some fruit pies together.
Carefully Eibhleann began to collect fruit; blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. She was quite happy she had come now, even if she was alone. She carried on collecting fruit before she pop a raspberry into her mouth chewing it gently and savouring the sweet juices.
