Cameron Underwood was in a good mood, to say the least. Of course, he was always in a good mood. Well, there might have been exceptions, but overall, he wasn't the type of person to be in a bad mood all the time. Cameron was currently taking his dog Reid, an adorable golden retriever on a walk somewhere in the streets of London. He had done this because he wanted to shake things up because he usually would take his dog to the dog park. Cameron felt a nudge on his leg. He looked down to see Reid staring up at him with his big puppy dog eyes, begging. Cameron laughed. "Not right now, we can't risk it," Cameron told the dog. Reid whimpered, his puppy dog eyes growing wider. Cameron sighed. "Okay, okay, we'll find a place to rest, but only for a little bit, okay?" he told his dog. Reid wagged his tail happily. Cameron just sighed, chuckling softly. He was currently in one of the many streets of London. He was trying to find a good place to rest, and eventually, he found one, and surprisingly, it was near the Ministry. The young Auror sat down, and took out his water bottle and dribbled the water onto Reid. Reid only gave a happy wag of his tail. Cameron sighed, leaning back onto the bench that they had found. He was wearing jeans, as he liked them better than any other type of pants. He was also wearing sneakers, as most adults do (cough, they don't). He wore a black leather jacket, with a white t-shirt underneath, and a hoodie underneath the jacket, and over the shirt. he almost looked like a college student, except the fact that he was an Auror and was 21 years old. He patted his dog's head, giving the dog a smile. He really did love this dog, almost as much as he loved his mother. Then he suddenly heard footsteps approaching. words. some notes. @seph

Today Heleen had decided to leave work a little earlier than usual in order to go off into muggle London to purchase a new set of dice. She wanted to enlarge her collection, mostly to make up for feeling as though she barely got to play her favourite dice related game anymore. Sometimes on holiday her hold friends would make sure there was an opening at her table to make use of but she hadn't really managed to get involved with a local group anymore. She'd managed to get some research done on the best location to purchase herself a new set and hopefully find a group of people interested in taking on a new player. It was all together possible that she'd just start her own in hopes of finding her own set of players to at least guarantee she would get to play. As she was pondering that particular problem and how to handle it, she found herself in a less populated area. It made sense. Many of the back alleys had shops that were much cheaper and the ministry itself was still rather close, meaning the wizards in hiding also managed to avoid most of the attention. But then again, her map reading skills were not quite good so it was entirely possible she was in the wrong part of the city. Nearby she noticed a young man walking with his dog. Well, he was sitting on a bench and seemed comfortable enough. He looked like he was along the age of a college student or recent graduate. Maybe he knew where exactly the store was? She could at the very least ask if he knew it and had some directions. She mentally cringed at the idea of going up to strangers to ask things they might not even know but well, it wasn't a nightmare? It just had to be a moment to take on the barrier and get over it. She walked up to the stranger and gave him half of an awkward smile. "Hey." She said as she glanced at the dog for a moment. "Do you happen to know how to get to the Orcs Nest?" She waited patiently for the guy to respond, all the while hoping she wasn't bothering him. She just didn't want any trouble. @cameronunderwood

Cameron looked up to see a woman, looking confused. Cameron himself was confused for several moments. Then he heard what she wanted, and his confusion melted away. The young man thought for a moment. "Orc's Nest? Hmm, I believe you have to turn back because you just missed it," he said, pointing down the street behind her. "But, um, I hoped that helped," he said with a smile. He wasn't sure if he should show her. But after a few moments of contemplation, and arguing in his mind, he finally came to a conclusion. "How about I walk you there! I know where it is, and I don't want you getting lost," he told her. He didn't know if where he pointed was accurate, so he just decided to go with her. He got to his feet, and Reid whimpered. Cameron kneeled down. "I know, I know, but I'm going to help this woman, okay?" Cameron said. The dog whimpered but got to his paws. Cameron then turned to the woman. "Oh, by the way, my name is Cameron Underwood, what is yours?" he asked. He hoped he wasn't being to forward or quick, as he often would get to ahead of himself. But he was a bit too trusting sometimes, but this woman didn't seem to be anything dangerous. Right? words. some notes. @seph

Sometimes Heleen still got confused by the way London sometimes seemed to go out of it's way to make things complicated for her. Being able to see the magical stuff through the veil of the muggle wards didn't exactly make things easier half the time. It was two layers of reality and knowing they didn't interact well didn't stop her from imagining the buzz of the ministry underneath the streets near the phone booth where the visitors usually entered. Far too lively, her imagination. It kept things interesting though.
She's just missed it. As she was mentally grumbling to herself about the improbable mess of London and where on earth she'd passed it she heard him offer to join her in walking there. While a part of her objected to the idea of getting lost she felt it better not to argue. She didn't take her phone to work but had found that keeping it in a specific box made it less likely to break down around magic and allowed her to summon her phone in case of emergency. She just didn't consider finding a story in which to purchase dice much of an emergency. She smiled at him kindly and nodded. "That would be nice. Probably faster than trying to locate it myself either way. I forgot my phone, otherwise I'd just have used Maps or something." She shrugged, it didn't matter that much. She could have gone for a dead battery but she'd encountered people with powerbanks a few times too often.
He then offered his name and Heleen smiled at him before offering her own. "Heleen Oppedyk, but you can just call me Helen." She said, instantly offering the far easier to pronounce option. Perhaps it was best to simply use that for introductions to begin with. It kept things from getting convoluted. She glanced at the dog for a moment. "Nice dog." She commented a bit awkwardly. She was more of a cat person herself, although she didn't have one in her appartment currently. She'd decided that the company of Spock (the gecko) was plenty. Not to mention she'd had a friend that was hugely allergic to cats as a roommate for a while. That was the time she'd gotten Spock.
