August 1st
Going on a blind date with a complete stranger was not Thursday's idea. Most days she didn't even want to leave her bed. Be it her deamons, or just staying up all night playing an online game with others. She had spent most of the morning working on programming her own game, but as the time to go to Hogsmede drew closer, she started to feel sick. Not letting her back down, one of her older sisters helped her cruel her hair so that it looked cute for her date. Date. even the word made her want to puke. Her sister offered to let her borrow some nice cloths from them, but that wouldn't help Thursday feel comfortable. Even though the thought of doing this made her feel sick, she was going to do it either way. And if she was going to do it, she would look cute doing it. Most of her wardrobe, besides her school uniform, was designed for comfort. She was told, that going on a date, you wanted to look your best. She did something that was just second nature to her. The girl went into Tuesday's room and took a shirt that would fit her oldest brother perfectly. The petite sized half vampire fit it on, and used a belt to give it a little more of a shape. The over sized shirt made the perfect dress for the girl. Finishing it off with a necklace and a comfortable pair of tennis shoes, Thursday was off.
With the help of an older sibling, she was perpetrated to Hogsmede and made her way to the Rehabilitation Center. She had to hold her breath as she stormed past Honeydukes. It was so tempting to skip the date and just go in there. No one would be the wiser. That wouldn't be fare. Clutching the small cross-body bag that she had she made it to the Magical Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. The place wasn't crowded, but there were enough people there, that Thursday wasn't sure where her date was, if he was there at all. She looked around, moving to her toes as much as she could, she looked for a person she had never met before. Was she early? Late? Did he ditch, kind of like Thursday wanted to? That sick feeling was back.

Ame had signed up for this blinde date service entirely as a joke. He didn’t expect anything real to come of this encounter, to be fair, he wasn’t really the dating type anyway. He was fine with going on a date or two with a lovely lady and maybe getting a snog or two out of it. But it wasn’t as if the prince was looking for a lucky young lady to make into a princess… but he definitely threw that option around, it usually got him a little more affection from whatever lady he had on his arm that day.
He opened his match and saw that they were meeting at the wildlife rehabilitation center in Hogsmeade village. He rolled his eyes. This was about the last thing he wanted to do. He didn’t much care for animals or getting dirty or dealing with whatever smells he could imagine would be prominent at the center. He thought about skipping, but seeing Lusie with Toby everyday made him sick to his stomach, so he needed a better excuse to get out of the house anyway. He got there, seemingly before his date, and waited, at the entrance, as families and people passed by him. He held the Blishwick envelope in his hand so his match would know he was waiting for her. He couldn’t really be bothered to search her out himself. He was already not looking forward to this date.

Thursday searched for a minute and the feeling deepend. She could just go spend some time at Honeydukes and then move to a cute little cafe that she knew was a little out of the way. Ultimately, she was stuck here until her sibling came to pick her up. That is, unless she took the train home, or called for a driver.
That was it. She had figured out what she would do, but she figured that she might as well make one last effort. She pulled out the paper with her match on it. It didn't give much information. She took one more look around, and finally spotted a boy standing by the entrance. It appeared that he had the same paper as she did. Man she hated this part. As she walked up to him, the first thing she noted was the height difference. About a foot by her calculations. Along with being tall, he had fairly average looks. Brown hair, and fair skin. When your entire family was unique, sometimes it was nice to see someone who seemed ordinary. But also, it felt like something was missing.
These were all just in the first few seconds of seeing him. He may not even be her date. She sheepishly walked up to him "Um, h-hi. Uh....are you...Um A-amedeo Gr-grimaldi?" Please be him. If it wasn't him, she was sure she would die from embarrassment. If it wasn't him she would leave. Quickly. She would call one of her siblings and go home. Then she would hide under her blankets, and not come out. Ever.
