While the poltergeist, Peeves, was often times considered a nuisance to the school, both professors agreed that he was necessary to it as well. Perhaps many of thier collages, or even students wouldn't feel the same.
"It's sort of funny, isn't it," The woman next brought up, "that nothing much really changes around here?" Jasper had to think about that for a moment. He finished off his drink and finally spoke "I hadn't thought of that before, but your right. While small things change like staffing, the students, and certain situation, The castle still stands and things keep moving forward."
It was a good point. Somethings just didn't change. Perhaps that was one reason why he had chose to return to the school as an educator after eleven years living abroad in Italy. Since he had left his family values behind, and wanted little to do with them nos. Jasper had, unknowingly, sought some form of home to go to. Hogwarts seemed to be the next best thing. Jasper looked at the time and gave a polite smile to Parvati. "I should get heading off now." He said as he collected his papers. While sleep wouldn't probably allude him for quite some time, he could finish his paperwork, and perhaps try to catch some before the sun rose. With a flick of his wand, the mug he was drinking from disappeared, off to the kitchen, and his things moved into a bag for transport. The man stood and bid the woman good night. He then headed towards his sleeping quarters.
