Rhys ran his hand across his face, his eyes and through his hair. With all their activity and sweat he felt his hair begin to curl from the humidity. It was a bit long but not long enough to show too disheveled. He focused on butting his pants and he grabbed his shirt and slipped it over his head and straightened it out. Rhys had just slipped his belt through the buckle and tightened it when Maria had his long forgotten drink held out in her hand. Rhys still had no idea how much time had passed. How long since he'd entered this room, since she began tearing down his walls one by one and then tearing down each restraint one by one, how long since he'd given way to his true self and just grabbed her. They both had not come out of his unscathed, his skin was covered in a thin layer of sweat and could feel his clothing or the air touch every scratch, bite and bruise. The fog was lifting from his brain and he right now was using any energy he had left to suppress and force it all back into the cage it came from.
His mood at that moment was oscillating between anger and disappointment and a sort of simple relief. He shouldn't have felt tense and anxious still after an adventure such as that but then came in the thoughts the reminders that what had happened had been something so wanton, he felt depraved. Rhys accepted the glass from Maria and finally looked at her with still dark eyes and a conflicted expression. The glass was just watered down whiskey since the ice cubes had melted and he drank the whole glass in one go. It wasn't water but it would do for now. Rhys only felt lucky he kept in decent shape to have the stamina she seemed to require of him. He was torn between a fascination with her, a desire for more since he felt he couldn't get enough but then an annoyance--an anger at how he'd lost control with her. He had felt alive and animalistic but also powerless to control that instinct.
The tiny bit of him that the Sorting Hat had wanted to place in Ravenclaw told him this wasn't good, it wasn't healthy, this might decimate him. But, in that second he didn't care. He knew he was riding a high and he also hated himself for it. "You mean I owe him?"

Maria brushed her hair to one shoulder, still hot from all the.. fun. That was the downside of long hair. He'd taken the glass from her, downing it quickly. She closed her eyes, relaxing as she tried to still her heavy breathing. Already she could feel the growing aches and pains. Oh, she'd be feeling this in the morning. And for a few days following. She could just get it healed, but she liked it. Like the reminder of what they'd done. Normally Maria chased one high to the next, never satisfied for long. But this time? Well, she could probably live off the memory of this high for a while. There was a nagging thought at the bad of her mind, that Rhys would ruin her for mediocre sex.
It made Maria wonder. Why was he so... aggressive beneath the surface? He came across as so calm, and in control. Put together. But then, in the moment he snapped it was like a dam breaking. A rush of everything he kept hidden. He hid a part of himself, and she had to drag it on. Alas, Maria wouldn't ask. Asking would mean understanding. Understanding would mean some sort of relationship (not necessarily romantic, but on the level of... you know, knowing each other). Relationships brought attachments. Attachments brought heartbreak. Maria had had enough of that in her life.
Rhys spoke, correcting her, and she opened one eye to look at him. Normally, her English was quite good. She'd been speaking it since she was 11, after all. But... She thought, what had she messed up? Then the realization. But, she wasn't going to admit it. She closed her eye. "No. He owes you. You didn't get a full dance." That was... slightly true. THey'd gotten very distracted, after all.

Maria was right, he didn’t quite get his full dance but he’d certainly gotten something else entirely. He crossed his arms where he stood, Rhys felt exhausted but not drained. Again he felt reminded of the day after a full moon, the body ache and the soreness that always followed. As if he needed a reminder of what he was and what he was capable of. There had been nothing ordinary or average about this. She broke through and touched something in him that hadn’t been in a long time, if ever. Rhys was never one to be made vulnerable and feel so exposed and he didn’t like the feeling. Rhys didn’t have the luxury of time on his hands to decide what to do next. Did he make sure he never saw her again or did he come back to her and let himself be and be able to exist knowing he wasn’t wound up and hiding who he was for fear of what he could and would do to them.
The one thing people never understood about Fenrir was his bloodlust and really it was there in them all but he’d embraced it while Rhys had spent the last 2 decades fighting it and controlling what he felt and Maria had shaken loose that cage and been successful. Rhys felt anxious, he felt off and a bit moody. Still he felt good, relaxed even. "I need to go." The room felt small and he needed to clear his head and think. Before he moved he made sure his shirt was straightened out and he didn't look totally disheveled and he took a few steps toward the door before he stopped and paused. Rhys cursed himself for doing this, and he turned slightly to look back at Maria. "I'd like to see you again." Rhys said to her, more of a demand than an ask and he continued to the door.

Maria reached for her own, long forgotten drink. Like his, it'd had watered down quite a bit. But hey, alcohol was alcohol. She took a few sips, smirking into the glass as she said he had to go. "Wouldn't want your friends to worry." After all, he had come for just a lap dance. No doubt they were wondering where he was. If they were sober enough to realize his absence. He seemed pretty keen on leaving so Maria wouldn't stop him.
Though, when he turned back slightly, and said he wanted to see her again, Maria raised an eyebrow. He did? Interesting. Not that she was complaining. Plus, he didn't seemed interested in the whole "getting to know you" that most people did, so... Who was she to say no? She set her glass down, thinking momentarily as to how he might be able to see her again. She didn't have her phone on her (kept in in the dressing room at work), and she wasn't sure if he had one. It was still a pretty new thing for wizard kind, after all. Finally, she smirked. Oh, there was a mischievous glint in her eyes. She might not have her phone, but she had her want. Tucked under the couch (where would she hide it on her person in this outfit? But, you should always keep it close when being alone with strangers.). She leaned forward, reaching for her wand under the couch. She pulled it out, then muttered a spell under her breath. Rhys would feel warm, but it wasn't an uncomfortable warmth. Then, it was gone. She leaned back, twirling her wand between her fingers. "You'll find my number somewhere on your body. Call me when you do."
