I've missed you so much

I'm so sorry for disappearing off the face of the planet. Honestly, it was like I didn't exist anymore. I know this letter is coming out of the blue... like, really out of the blue. But I really hope you're keeping well. And I want you to know that I thought of you all the time while I was gone. Mam wasn't pleased about that, considering why she brought me home in the first place.

I'd love to meet for a coffee or a drink (perhaps 3?) if you fancy? Let me know.

i had to read this a few times before i realised it was definitely you owling me and not some irish imposter. im just making fun, i promise, it's actually a pleasant surprise to hear from you. but really, i considered the possibility you were avoiding me. perhaps my moping had finally sent you over the edge.

i hope your mum is alright and it was nothing serious. years a long time eh. perhaps you can tell me about it over those drinks (or 4). feeling pretty parched myself these days. it's dire straits at the ministry if you ask me. let me know when you're free im sure i can work something out.
