so that's a slightly ominous title
but i have been absent the last few weeks and i'm sorry! i should have put this up when i first started retreating but i was fighting it to be honest. so it's been a hard few weeks mentally and i shut down for a little while there. i needed to so i could get my brain working again and get back to a healthy place. so i'll be slowly coming back! a few posts here and there until i can get back into the full swing of things. i'm so sorry for the people i've made wait and the half vanishing act i did.
so this isn't so much an absence post but a 'throw myself at your feet and beg forgiveness for being a flake' sort of post.
