You could say I'm intelligent, knowledgeable, & witty but I personally think that I am aloof, carefree, and creative. People say I look a lot like emily rudd, but I don't really see it...

Lavinia stands at 5'4 in height, with a slender almost wispy build. Her icy blue eyes are only enhanced by her dark hair and fair skin. Her dark hair is shocking to most, considering her blonde parents and sister, but as her father likes to point out, his own mother's hair used to be as dark as his daughter's. The gene just skipped a generation.
If she isn't being forced to wear her uniform, she'll usually be running around in bright colored sundresses, and completely barefoot. She has a few scars n her legs and arms from when she was attacked by a dog as a child.

overall personality:
Lavinia is a free spirit, through and through. She goes where the wind takes her, without a care in the world. Her carefree nature is both endearing and slightly aggravating, as she really is carefree. She can laugh off most everything. It's not that she has a thick skin, it's more like she refuses to acknowledge anything negative.
Liv is a happy and sweet spirit. She loves to make people smile, her own smile and laugh intoxicating. She'll do whatever it takes to lift your spirit. She's caring and sympathetic, with a sincere desire to help those around her to the best of her abilities. Obviously she isn't shy, at all, and just loves life.
Lavinia loves music, no scratch that, she's obsessed with it. Lives and breaths it. If she isn't playing an instrument, she's singing. If she isn't singing, she's humming. If she isn't humming, she's listening to it. Either way, It's practically a way of life for her. She's learned many instruments during her life, but prefers anything wind. To the point that she actually carries an ocarina in her bag at all times.
She hates violence. She'll be the first to jump into a fight or argument to try and put an end to it. She's never raised her wand to someone in all her years at Hogwarts, but if someone close to her was ever threatened again...
The girl is starting to struggle with depression a bit, even though she doesn't want to admit it.

history:
Lavinia has always been an odd child, ever since she was born. She is the second, and youngest child to Gabrielle and Dennis Creevey. From day one she was a loud child. Not necessarily fussy, as she was always a happy child, just loud. She loved to make noise. And when she was finally walking the trouble she'd get into... She was always getting the pots and pans out in the kitchen, no matter how well her parents hid them. After hiding them for the third time, and their efforts once again in vain, Gabrielle finally suggested that they enroll the girl in music lessons. The hope was that she'd be ale to redirect ll her energy into something productive.
She was a natural musician, and practically lived and breathed music. It didn't matter what it was, you could put any instrument in her hands and she'd figure it out. When she wasn't at her lessons, or practicing, she was with her sister, Ava. The two were always close, and to be honest, Ava was Lavinia's only friend growing up. Her parents tried to introduce her to other children, but she was almost obsessed. She didn't want to go outside and play with other kids. That changed when she was a little older, thankfully.
The only 'exciting' thing that really happened to her as a child was when she was in Diagon Alley with her mother. She was eight, and eager to get home. Far to excited and impatient, she accidentally got separated from her mother who had stopped to look in a shop window. Before she knew it, Lavinia was lost and alone. She doesn't remember what she did to provoke the creature, but she was attacked by a stray dog while trying o find her way back to her mother. Thankfully a passerby saw the commotion and pulled the girl to safety before she was to badly injured. Her mother arrived soon after, and did her best to sooth the crying and traumatized girl. To this day she still has serious issues with dogs, to the point where she can't handle being remotely close to one.
It was hard on Lavinia when her sister received her letter to Hogwarts. The idea of being parted from her for so long...She wrote Ava almost daily those first few weeks, and then weekly until her sister finally returned home. And then the cycle started all over again when the next semester, and then school year started... Finally though, she received a letter of her own.
The sorting ceremony was... eventful to say the least! She was such a carefree, loud, and happy child, that her parents had thought she'd be sorted into Hufflepuff, or perhaps she'd follow her sister to Gryffindor. Instead, the sorting hat saw something no one else had, and announced confidently that she belonged to Ravenclaw. Her mother, who Lavinia had always been closer to, laughed when she received news of her sorting, and proudly stated 'Music is knowledge', something that Lavinia had proven many times already.
She wasn't your typical Ravenclaw, obviously. She did well in her classes, but not to the level you'd expect of a Ravenclaw. Instead she'd spent more time daydreaming and humming then actually paying attention. She was always getting locked out of the Ravenclaw tower for being unable to answer the question correctly. The library was the bane of her existence... But if you put an instrument in front of her she was without equal. Life was good though, she was happy, carefree, and loved Hogwarts.
Her fifth year changed all that. The first attack unnerved the girl, but it wasn't until the fourth year Ravenclaw boy was killed that she was really shaken. She'd known the boy, quite well actually. They'd been friends. His death took a heavy toll on her, and every day it's becoming harder and harder to keep smiling.
