Ozzy raised his eyebrows when Anna said that a truce had never been an option in any of her pillow fights. Oscar wasn’t exactly an expert on pillow fights, but if you weren’t ever allowed to call a truce…well, that just sounded kind of scary. Then again, Oscar hadn’t grown up with as many cousins as Anna had, so maybe it was just a thing that happened in big families. “You need to pillow fight with different people, then.” Oscar told her with a smile. He would gladly have a repeat of their game, when the matching was a little more equal.
“Trust, but verify.” Ozzy replied dryly upon Anna’s inquiry to his opinion of her trustworthiness. An American President had said that once, and Oscar had adopted it as his opinion, though really, he didn’t understand how requiring verification was actually trusting them, but he digressed. Oscar still flinched when Anna flicked her wand, but it was barely visible – he hoped. “I do not think this was a productive practice session.” Oscar told Anna. Sure, they had practiced a few charms, but mostly they had goofed off. And that was…fun.

Oscar said Anna needed to do pillow fights with other people and Anna chuckled and shrugged. "That just depends on the kind of pillow fight you want to have. Just in case you didn't tell, I'm basically a professional at pillow fighting." She smiled slyly, searching for a reason to spend more time with him. "But I'm going to take that as an offer," Anna added.
"Trust but verify?" Anna repeated tauntingly. "What is that even supposed to mean? If you trust someone, you don't need to verify what they say ..." she trailed off, curious about how he would respond to that. She was trying to make it obvious that she was teasing, but at the same time it was a legitimate question. She laughed, "What do you mean it wasn't productive! I think it was great," she argued with a wink at him. Obviously they were just messing around, but she felt like that was good for her nerves. The only sad thing was, it looked like their "practice session" was going to end soon.

Anna seemed to take Ozzy commenting on her pillow fight partner preference as an open invitation for them to have more pillow fights, which Oscar was oddly pleased by. It was one of those things that he assumed everyone did, but it felt special anyways. “We can do it in a room made of pillows.” He said, slightly dreamily. He had heard there was a room that could make your wildest dreams come true. Maybe he’d ask Anna to take him there so they could actually pillow fight in a room of pillows.
“I did not make it up.” Ozzy said with a shrug. “It was an American.” Everyone knew that Americans were the stupidest smart people on the planet. He put his hands up defensively when Anna mocked him for saying that the practice was unproductive. “We did not do much other than fight.” He teased. It was a good kind of fighting, though.

Oscar's tone seemed almost wistful when he mentioned having a pillow fight in a room made of pillows and Anna couldn't keep herself from laughing a little. "We could actually do that, you know," she suggested with a smile. "Do you want me to show you where? There's this room in Hogwarts called the Room of Requirement that will turn into whatever you ask it to ..." she trailed off, waiting to see if he was interested in not. Granted, that would mean their "charms practice" was over, but it seemed like it was over already, so that wasn't a big loss.
Anna rolled her eyes, "I didn't say you made it up, but you didn't have to use it," she teased lightly. Really, it didn't make sense to her, but it wasn't that big of a deal. "Doesn't that make it a good kind of practice, though?" she argued, "One where you have to go on instinct instead of planning things ahead?" Granted, that was normally the way Anna did everything, but Oscar probably didn't care about that. "So you want to go see the Room of Requirement now?" She asked lightly, fully aware that she was changing the subject, but not really caring.

Oscar looked a little dumbfounded when Anna confirmed the rumors he had heard about there being a room in Hogwarts that could do whatever you asked. Even to a wizard, it sounded too fantastic to be true. The Room of Requirement. Oscar made a mental note of that before nodding vigorously. That sounded interesting, and he didn’t want her to think he wasn’t into the idea just because he wasn’t actively nodding or verbally acknowledging what she was saying.
The Beauxbatons boy shrugged when his Hogwarts friend asked if the split-second decision practice was the best kind. Well, he knew now that he shouldn’t use nonverbal spells when verbal ones made just as much sense, so he had indeed learned something from their session. “Yes, I want to see it!” Oscar responded enthusiastically. Before Anna could say anything else, or even breathe, really, Oscar had grabbed her hand and was dragging her out of the room, waiting to see something almost as magical as Anna’s smile.
