Dear Hermione,Congratulations on your promotion! I bet you're excited, and I'm sure you're doing fantastic. We will all miss you here in this department. You were a wonderful Head, and boss, and we've all learned a lot from you.
How are you doing? It's been awhile since we've spoken. How are the children? And Ron? I hope everything is going great, and I can't wait to hear from you again, Hermione.
Always, Rachel M. Randolph @hermionejean

Dear Rachel,
Thank you for your kind words - I do miss all of you in my former department, but I know as the search for a head continues you are excelling in keeping things in order. There was a reason I chose you as Deputy Head Rachel; your potential surpassed everyone elses by a lot.
Ron is doing well; he is enjoying a quiet life right now and I think it is doing him a lot of good. Rose and Hugo are splendid; Rose is Head Girl at Hogwarts - we’re so proud! Hugo’s girlfriend Xanthippe has been in the Hospital for most of the school year, and I do think that is taking a bit of a toll on him. He is a trooper though and clearly cares for her so much. It does my heart good to see the way he lights up while talking about her.
Remember, if you need anything from me, I’m just up on the first floor - not far at all!

Dear Hermione,I appreciate those words, thank you so much. They truly do mean a lot; I've been trying very hard to keep everything in order and calm. Stress is never good, and I hope I am encompassing this job well.
I am so glad everyone is doing great! And send my congratulations on to Rose, it seems like she is doing fantastic! I am sorry about Hugo's girlfriend. I hope she gets out of the hospital soon and remains a healthy life. I'm sure he's concerned, but it's wonderful that he has someone he cares for so much.
I will definitely remember that, of course!
Always, Rachel M. Randolph @hermionejean
