Of course Mina stuck her tongue out, that was classic Mina. Mina reminded her that she had standards, but that Ministry workers were 'a different story'. Callisto just rolled her eyes, leaning back a little and getting back to drinking her tea. Mina said that Callist should higher her to handle the snoggy teenagers and Cal rolled her eyes, "Mina. You can date as many of my co workers as you want," she shuddered at the thought, "but you are not meeting them at that party. Nor are you being the snog police," she leaned back a little more, "you'd probably just join in. If it wasn't students, I mean," she teased, raising an eyebrow at her sister.
Mina said she'd probably have to close the shop up on Christmas night and Callisto nodded."Wouldn't you be closing early? I mean, I don't see many people coming in too late," she suggested.
Callisto laughed, actually laughed, and then nodded as Mina said she was responsible at work. "I believe it. Like with you closing. It's good that they trust you with the responsibility," she said with a short nod, "shows you can be trusted. Or rather, that they trust you," she added. Then Mina tried to dig deeper into this dating issue and Callisto shook her head, "No, no , no. I do not need to be introduced to anyone, thank you. I am not interested in trying" she said. Then she sighed, finishing her tea and pushing away from the table to stand. "I'm tired," she leaned forward and kissed Mina on the top of the head. What? Callisto showed SOME affection, especially to her siblings, "good night."
Then she was off to her bedroom for a half glass of wine and some reading before she would check out of this world for a while.

@callisto A slight glimmer of hope sparkled in her eyes as Callisto said she could date as many of her coworkers as she wanted; they just couldn’t be met at the party. That sounded like a test. She wasn’t really good at those, but a little application here and there and she could turn dating all of her sister’s coworkers into an easy one-hundred percent if she felt like it. “I’d just make fun of the kids I caught. They need some originality these days with all the good spots well known.”Mina contemplated the having to close early on Christmas Eve thing. Did they? She knew there was something special going on after normal hours ended. “Oh! Not this year. Some new release after regular hours. A new edition of The Charm-ing Housekeeper. Boss said most of the orders are from wives getting them for their husbands.” She let out a giggle before realizing there was a good chance there would be a copy of that in her future from one of her siblings. She wasn’t a slob, just messy…and it never left her room if she could help it. “I’ll still be home before you though. Koda wanted me to come over in the afternoon on Christmas because Ophelia will be there.” That wasn’t too awful, but not preferable. She still didn’t know what to think about her brother’s child-carrier. Having her responsibility acknowledged was actually kind of nice. Her boss did that a lot, mostly because she had proved she was capable of being a decent employee, but it had always been hard to pull that off at home or when in school. More like she hadn’t really cared enough until after the fact when nobody felt they could trust her with anything. “Everyone always says I can’t do it, but I can.” That quickly wore off as her sister tried to peddle back and say she wasn’t interested in trying to find someone. There was no reason to keep going after it, since she was extremely resistant. “Ok, ok. Let me know if you ever change your mind.” This one would need to be tied down and forced to find someone eventually. It was probably some kind of lash back to try and not be like the rest of their siblings. Mina couldn’t speak for the youngest two and their…getting around, but it was surely more than Callisto did. She had to let the subject go for now though because her sister stood up and said she wanted to go to sleep as she kissed Mina on the head. “Night.” Watching Callisto go into her room, Mina spun around on her chair before moving back to the couch and flopping down on it. Her dog was asleep, her sister would kill her if she bugged her anymore tonight, and it was too late to make plans to go out. Grabbing the tv remote, she flicked it on. Maybe there was something interesting going on in the muggle world, because hers just got a whole lot more boring. [THE END]
