“What the bloody…?” Lucy, whose opinion of the month of February had been severely tainted by her no longer being in a relationship, awoke to find the castle—even down to the dungeons—covered in anti-love potion propaganda: LOVE POTIONS DO NOT EQUAL CONSENT. She wasn't against the idea, in principle; consent was a very important topic, but who had so much time on their hands that they had bothered to litter the whole school with posters upon posters about it?!
Kicking a few fallen posters out of her way, she continued walking, on her way to breakfast. They were everywhere. LOVE POTIONS DO NOT EQUAL CONSENT. LOVE POTIONS DO NOT EQUAL CONSENT. LOVE POTIONS DO NOT EQUAL CONSENT. She watched her peers, most of whom seemed equally intrigued by the posters' sudden appearance.
“What?”
“Who made these?”
“I don't think the school put them up,” she heard a girl who was walking behind her say, speaking to a friend. “Maybe the Ministry?”
“There must be hundreds of these things…”
“What they don't know won't hurt them, yeah?”
“Go f**k yourself,” Lucy muttered in response to the boy who had spoken that last comment, veering off to get a better look at the posters.
She stopped and looked up, determined to figure out from where they had come. Didn't anyone have an answer as to who had caused the talk of the school?

It would seem that waking up to the month of February was not that great for Madison. Not only had she deal with all the cute and lovey dovey couples, there was another thing this year. Anti-love potion campaign was what she woke up to. Every where she saw, pamphlets were dropped around. It was not as though she was against the campaign but it was kind of annoying to see them everywhere. It would have been enough to pin them to a notice board or done where public, but this idea of someone was clearly crazy and was grating on her nerves.
Annoyed by the murmurs and whispers all around her, Madi walked her way down to the great hall. And it would seem that those bloody pamphlets were the topic of discussion even there. And that was when she heard a comment, which“What they don't know won't hurt them, yeah?” caused he to whip her head back and look at the person who spoke and give him a earful. But someone beat her to it and she recognised her as Lucy Weasley. And she spoke to her in general, "whoever is the person behind this, is definitely a crazy one"

“Whoever is the person behind this,” Lucy heard someone say, “is definitely a crazy one.”
Expecting that kind of a remark to come from a fellow Slytherin, Lucy turned her head and saw that it had been a Gryffindor girl, Madison Roberts. They were a year apart and in a few of the same clubs, but that had been the extent of their interaction.
“You've got to wonder if they got access to a whole bloody printing press…” She rolled her eyes, reaching up and pulling the poster in front of her from off the wall. It had to have been more than one person; that much was clear. No one person had enough concentration to use a Doubling Charm for long enough to create so many copies of the same poster.
Lucy continued to examine the poster in her hands. “Hmm… No Ministry seal,” she noted with amusement, running her finger down the page and then holding it out so that Madison could see the lack of any official markings. “A student made these.” She didn't need to be a Ravenclaw to make that deduction. In fact, Lucy was tempted to make a bet with Madison that the posters would be taken down by the end of the day, but she wasn't sure if that would be possible with as many posters as there were.

As Lucy turned to look at her, Madison nodded in recognition. The duo weren't acquaintances per second, but knew each other. After all the castle wasn't that big, and somehow people knew each other, it's just upto an individual to recognise the other or not. She smirked at the Slytherin's word and said "might seem like that, but the paper is low quality one" she said as she caught the paper in her hand. And low quality papers cannot be used for printing as they get damaged during the process.
It would seem that the Slytherin also seemed to hate these pamphlets and may couldn't blame her. It would annoy just about everyone, and that was what made her believe that this was some sort of elaborate prank. As this thing wasn't making any sense to her. As Lucy pointed out the lack of ministry seal, Madi nodded her head and said "of course it wouldn't be from the ministry, when did the ministry actually started to car about things like these" as she looked at the scattered papers with distaste as though they had snatched away her chocolate.
At Lucy's deduction, Madi shrugged might be, but i wonder who are those who are free enough to cast the doubling charm on these many papers. Might as well give them my work to do, if they are this desperate to do something" she added, as she flipped her blonde hair over her shoulders.

For a Gryffindor, Lucy had to admit that Madison was insightful. The poster wasn't of the greatest quality, which was another hint as to its origin. It also supported that this anti-love potion crusade wasn't from the Ministry. (As Madison put it, when had the Ministry started to care about love potions?!)
“The Ministry haven't banned Amortentia from Potions lessons, either.” The more she thought about it, the more it had to have been a student's work. The Ministry had too much to worry about without adding love potions to the mix, and—although Lucy wasn't going to say it aloud—she was glad that they could only see the obvious tragedies.
Madison gave her a shrug when she said her conclusion aloud, and the Gryffindor expressed her curiosity about who actually had enough free time on their hands to cast a Doubling Charm on so many papers. “Might as well give them my work to do, if they are this desperate to do something.”
Lucy laughed, genuinely, at that remark. She was liking what she was hearing out of the younger girl, even if it might have been too catty for the tastes of some. “Who knows what marks you'd get?” she said snidely. They hadn't determined who had made the posters, and something told her that it couldn't have been someone in Ravenclaw—all of them spent their time in the library.

Madison observed that the Slytherin wasn't biting like some, and that was totally great in her eyes. The snark and sarcasm always seemed to be in great amounts in Slytherin's and that was something she did not like. It was not as though she was less sarcastic, but that part of her was usually not something she liked to be known as.
Madi nodded at Lucy's word and said "well it's upto the board, and considering that half of the members are old i don't think they would like anything remotely similar to change" she said as a matter of fact. It was a well known rumour among the student population that change at Hogwarts we as like asking for a miracle. And she had to agree to it, when it came to a few things. Some classes and exams have been same for her and her brothers and for her dad too for crying out loud. This place could use some change she thought thinking about the ages old castle and stairs.
At Lucy's comment, Madi smirked and said"oh please, doubling charm on these many posters is enough proofs of their capacity". She knew that ravenclaw and Hufflepuff were out of the loop, they were either to studious to waste time on these trivial things or they are too naive to think of something like this. So it had to be Gryffindor or Slytherin. Her house or Lucy's house, she thought wth a grin. @lucy
