Madison Kiera was beyond bored, and that was not acceptable in her books. And that reminded her that she had a few assignments to be done out of which potions was there. No matter how many times she tries to get that essay done, she either gets sleepy, it she ends up being carried away with the conversations happening around her in the common room. Now that she thought of the essay, she realized that only two days were remaining for she had to submit it the day after. Resignedly, she dragged herself into the study area in hopes of getting some work done in peace. She picked out a book from the nearby shelf, and reading it with one hand she tried to balance her other books, and that was when she dropped one of the books from her hand, in her hurry to not spill her ink. She did save the ink from spilling but the book did fall to ground.
Cursing out loud, she bent down to get her book, but someone beat her to it. Without even looking up at who it was, she muttered "merci" while she adjusted her books in her hand.

@kyles1 <3 Daryl had to return books to the library. He wasn't one for reading, or for school work, and these piles of books were just taking up space in his room that he couldn't stand anymore. So off to the library he went, all of the books under his arm. Daryl didn't plan on speaking to anyone, but he always made note to speak with any beautiful girls he passed by. And after he placed the books in the return section, he turned, eyebrows raised and glanced around the quiet library.
A loud bang caught his attention and he saw a blonde girl, in fact a girl in his house, Madison, had dropped a book. Immediately sauntering over there, Daryl bent over before she could and grabbed her book, holding it out to her with a charming smile. "Here you are, Madison. And you're very welcome." He didn't speak that language, but he spoke one other than English and he knew simple words in others. "How are you?"

Upon hearing her name, Madi took the time to look up and see who it was. It was not as though she was a wallflower by any means, the girl was quite a person to be easily noticed. But what caught her attention was that someone seems to remember her, and she always tried to make time for them. Smiling at the helper, she came face to face with a fellow Gryffindor but elder to her, Daryl Thomas. Madi had to wonder what was exactly the coincidences that she always came face to face with seventh years. It has been the same the past few weeks for, wherever she ran into new people, they always seem to be seventh years. Nevertheless she returned his gesture with her own charming smile.
Madi took to a nearby table and placed all those books in her hand onto it. Freeing her hands had become the mission for her the moment that one book fell from her hands. She turned to look at Daryl who had asked about her, "I've been doing great. What about you? Enjoying yourself in your last year i hope?"she asked with a grin. She was by no means oblivious to his usual ways, and she had to give to to him, no mater how calm he stayed usually, he had a knack for words while in the presence of beautiful witches. And the moment he spoke to her, she knew it. @jill16

@kyles1 <3 Daryl smile got a bit larger as Madison got a clearer view of who it was that had actually picked up her book. She was a beautiful girl, and her bright blue eyes captivated him. Though lately Daryl had a thing for blondes…and she was a perfect fit. Her smile was even more beautiful, and he sighed slightly. It had been too long, and his obsession with girls didn’t help. They were everywhere, and the one that was sitting in front of him smiling was too hard to resist.
She moved to another table and turned to face him after placing the books down and Daryl stood up straight, looking at her with a raised eyebrow. ”Of course I’m enjoying myself, life would be miserable if I wasn’t, now wouldn’t it?” He chuckled lowly, and took a few steps closer to her. ”What are you doing here in the library all by yourself?”
