Jamie wasn't bothered by Rosie's color changing scheme for her hair. The other girl would find a way to change her hair back, Jamie was sure, or the spell would wear off or something. "No one ever gets something right on the first try." She said, trying to be encouraging. It didn't feel good to fail at something, but Jamie also knew that no one got better at something if they never had to face any challenges. Neither of the other girls wanted anything from the trolley, which made Jamie feel slightly better about not getting anything herself. Her question about the robes was well-received, with the other girls agreeing it was probably time to change. She did so as quickly as she could, wanting to savor every last moment of the train ride without stress. She continued to peer out the window, a single awestruck giggle escaping from her mouth when she first saw the castle. Jamie wished that someone would have told her then that there were so many beautiful things ahead for the trio, and that this was just the beginning of their story. She would have hugged the others a little tighter when departing from the train, would have cheered a little louder when they were all sorted into the same house. There were so many things that she could have done... but this was just the beginning. She still had time. rose harriet granger-weasley@juliet (Jamie out)
