Olive seemed to be developing a major friend-crush on the older girl and Angie could see the interest and captivity in her daughters face every time the young lady across from the spoke, she was happy to see her daughter so interested and engaged, especially at her age. Olive had friends at daycare, all muggles, and Angie knew there was only so much longer she could have her in a muggle daycare before Olive began to want to talk about magic in a way that the teachers couldn't write off as make-believe. It was refreshing seeing her interact with a girl whom she could talk about magic and faeries with who knew they were real. "Pink is pretty because it's what princesses wear." Olive added in typical 3 year old fashion. Angie was asked a question a few moments later while the pair was eating their food, which looked delicious, Angie had always enjoyed this place while she was in the Alley. "Um, well I like watching Quidditch sometimes, like at the world cup. And I went to games in school, but I don't follow it very closely." she admitted. "Why? Do you like it? Do you play it at Beauxbatons?" she asked, unsure if they had Quidditch like Hogwarts did.

Yadi continued eating though he watched Lucia grin at Olive's reply to her favorite color, giving a firm nod. "I definitely agree. And I think pink clothes are just really pretty in general." she commented just before popping a chip into her mouth. Yadi knew she liked other colors as well but he had to admit that whenever he took her shopping she gravitated towards items of clothing that at least had some form of pink in them. He still found himself listening intently when Angie finally admitted that she didn't follow Quidditch very closely but she did enjoy watching a game occasionally. It was as he'd expected. At least she did watch a game or two and at the very least she didn't say that she hated it. Lucia spoke up before he could comment. "Well I do like enough. I like watching Papa's team most because he looks so cool on the pitch!" she commented looking at him with admiration on her face and he beamed at his daughter. "Are there any teams in particular you like watching?" he didn't expand on Lucia's comment about him just yet, instead curious if there were any teams she enjoyed watching. She'd said she liked watching teams in the Quidditch World Cup but his team hadn't been in a few years. They'd gotten rather close two years ago though. He had hope they'd do better this year. If he had anything to say about it anyway.

The waiter brought out Angie and Olive’s sandwiches while Lucia was explaining that she also liked the color pink. Angie smiled as she listened to the young girl and Olive busied herself with her plate of french-fries and grilled cheese sandwich which had been cut into little triangles for little hands to hold. Olive gave an enthusiastic and happy nod. Angie began to munch on the pickle that came with her sandwich while she listened to Lucia explain that she liked Quidditch but she mostly liked watching her dads team. At first, Angie assumed that she meant that she liked watching her dad’s favorite team. However, she added that he looked good on the pitch and Angie began to wonder if she was sitting in the presence of a professional player. He interjected and asked what her favorite team was and she had to admit she was at a bit of a loss. “Um, I guess I like the Holyhead Harpies. My mum took me to some of their games growing up. But my dad and brother are HUGE fans of the Falmouth Falcons, they go to almost every game. So my family is kind of divided.” She admitted. “I haven’t actually taken Olive to a game yet.” She supposed she should, but she wondered if maybe the girl was too young still to enjoy herself.

Both Yadi and Lucia ate quietly while listening to her answers to his questions; he was watching in quiet understanding but Lucia was listening in curious excitement . She mentioned the Holyhead Harpies and nodded. He couldn't quite say he was surprised; the Harpies had a decent lineup this year and were projected to go on to win overall in the British and Irish League and go on to participate in the European Cup. He'd change that of course if he had the chance to. His team had been doing pretty good this year and they had a few more games left before they determined who would be playing in the final games. He saw, from the corner of his eye, Lucia turn towards him just as she mentioned that her brother and father were fans of his team. With a smirk of amusement on his face, he nodded but didn't comment until she mentioned that she hadn't taken Olive to a game yet. "Did you want to take her to a game?" he asked curiously?, "There's one coming up next Saturday. If you're free you and Olive should come." They were supposed to be playing the Ballycastle Bats so he'd have to see her and Olive after to the game to see what they thought. Lucia was absolutely dancing in her chair in anticipation and he knew what she wanted to ask. She was kind enough not to say anything outloud though. She wanted to come along too. He'd have to ask her mom if it was okay but he knew she liked the idea of being able to see Olive again.

Angie couldn't really believe what she was hearing, and because she never took the opportunity to clarify if he played or not, she didn't quite grasp exactly what he was offering. "So you play professionally then?" she asked him as clarification before wanting to accept or deny and interest in attending a game. "What team do you play for?" she wondered if it was one of the teams that she had mentioned. Well, it couldn't be the Harpies since they were an all female team, but maybe the reason Lucia had shot up when she mentioned her dad and brothers favorite team was because he played for that team. And if that were the case, her dad would never forgive her for not attending a match. Lucia also got very excited when he mentioned the two of them coming to a match, she assumed the young girl wanted to go too and watch her dad, Angie would have loved having her with them, she thought Olive would be a lot happier and interested if Lucia was there also. "I think we'd love to go, I can take Saturday off I'm sure." she had taken a lot of time off lately since Olive was just at the end of recovering from pneumonia, but she was confident that one more day off, and a day out in the fresh air would do them both some good. She gave him a sweet, genuine smile and a nod.

He noted the slight look of confusion on her face before she asked the questions he was waiting for her to ask. He didn't normally beat around the bush like that but being around Lucia made him significantly more playful than normally was. He had to be more playful to keep up with her and he'd never wanted to be a father she couldn't have fun with. "Yes, I'm with the Falcons. We'll be playing the Harpies on Saturday so you and Olive can come and enjoy the game," he replied and nodded slowly, a slight smile on his face. His smile widened when she confirmed that she and Olive would come. "Good, I'm glad. You and Olive have both been kind to my daughter so everything is free. Did you have anyone else coming with you? Your brother and father? A significant other, perhaps?" he questioned then. The stadiums provied private boxes for friends and families of the players or whoever would pay for them and they were good sized boxes so they could seat plenty of people. Just in case she wanted to bring anyone else. He didn't know for certain but he assumed she was married and she would want to bring them along for the game. They would have a great view of the game as well. "I'll ask mama if I can come! Olive it's going to be so much fun! The boxes are super big and they fly so fast sometimes it's really hard to see them." Lucia added in talking with the younger girl.

Angie was overjoyed by the generosity of a complete stranger. This man whom she had met no more than a half an hour ago was giving her and her daughter free tickets to his game. Granted, he was a professional player and she was sure that he got the tickets for free anyway and had them to give out, but it was still such a kind gesture. "Thank you. That's very kind." Angie told him, smiling still. Olive, who hadn't quite grasped exactly what was going was eating her sandwich while watching Lucia longingly. She was so impressed by the older girl and Angie could see the desire to grow in her eyes, a desire that Angie wished more than anything that she could suppress, she wanted Olive to stay her little baby for as long as possible, especially since the notion of having more children was very far out of reach. He asked if she needed any other tickets for her brother or spouse, for example. "Oh, um... well my brother's studying for his NEWTs so I don't think I could pull him away and my dad's working also this week I think," she honestly wasn't sure, she hadn't checked in recently, but from what she could remember he often worked on Saturdays. "And um, no. No, it's just Olive and I." she told him, giving him the look that any parents would know: a sensitive subject not suitable for young ears. She wasn't sure she wanted to bring up the very fake but decided upon story of how Olive's father had been killed right before she was born. She wasn't sure if he would be comfortable with Lucia overhearing that story. Olive listened with glowing eyes as Lucia said that the games were so much fun and she would try to come along as well. "I love flying because fairies can fly." always bringing the conversation back to her favorite topic of the moment, Angie gave an amused giggly. "So what position do you play?"

She thanked him graciously and Yadi wanted to wave it off but he just gave a nod of his head in acceptance. He'd meant it. She had been kind to both him and Lucia, entertaining Lucia's countless questions, so he wanted to return the kindness. Plus, it wasn't completely selfless, by the end of the game they both might become Falcons fans and attend more games and possibly bring more friends into the fold. More publicity and all of that for his players meant they were able to pick up endorsement deals, though he knew that wouldn't necessarily be a direct result of this one person attending the game next Saturday. She then began listing off how her brother and father wouldn't be able to attend the game. Her brother was school aged apparently because she brought up the fact that he was studying for N.E.W.Ts. "Shame. Please thank them for me for supporting the Falcons," he commented instead. He wasn't expecting the look on her face that accompanied her next comment but he recognized it. She didn't want to talk about it. She was being honest in that she did not have a significant other but she didn't want to discuss it further. It was curious but he didn't show his curiosity, nodding in understanding instead. "I'm the captain and a chaser," he responded when she asked him about his position on the team. Being captain had its perks, including the pretty title. They would have a great view of the game as well. "They don't quite look like faires while they're flying but they definitely do fly fast like fairies. One day you'll be able to fly too, Olive." Lucia grinned as she talked to the younger girl.

Angie loved meeting nice people. It was so refreshing, especially with the current political climate of the Wizarding world to meet a kind soul. And Yadi and his daughter certainly were those people. Olive was a very hyper, very active 4 year old and Angie was thankful that rather than being too-good-for-children, Lucia was very accepting and enamored with her daughter just as little Olive was of the older girl. "Oh well I'm sure once they find out they were invited by the captain they'll demand an autograph or something." she nodded, teasing a little bit, but also finding herself very impressed with the man across from her. Her brother and father really were fans, and while she was sure they were both already busy this weekend, she also didn't want to impose upon his generosity by extending his offer to multiple people. It would be enough taking 4 year old Olive to her first match. "Can you fly?" she 4 year old asked the older girl after Lucia told her that one day she'd be able to fly.

Angie made a comment about how her brother and father would want an autograph from him after hearing they were invited to the game by him. He gave a smile and shrugged because it wasn't a big deal to him. "Small price to pay for their continued support and I really have no problem giving them one," he replied. If she really did come to the game, he could give her some of their merchandise and sign it for them because of their missed opportunity. Olive asked Lucia if she could fly right after and Lucia nodded her head. "It can be a bit hard at first but I'm starting to get it down now that I'm in my second year," she grinned at the young girl and Yadi smiled. He'd helped her practice a bit over the summer when she'd asked, stating that he had to be good at it since he did it for a living. It had been a process but she'd gotten better at it lesson by lesson. He was finishing up his food just as Lucia was finishing up on the last of hers and it was getting to the time they needed to be heading out. "Well it was very nice meeting you, Angie and you as well Olive. I'll see you at the game, yeah?" it was an open ended question considering she'd already confirmed she would be coming. Lucia waved enthusiastically to both Olive and Angie before they picked up and headed to the counter to pay. "I really do want to come to the game. I hope they come too!" Lucia grinned up at him. He shook his head, knowing that she'd probably be floo calling her mother as soon as they got back home.

Angie continued to feel more and more impressed by the man she had just met. His generosity was outstanding, he was so cool with the idea of giving an autograph to her family and she began to wonder if she had ever met someone who had been this kind to her and her daughter right from the start. Yadiel Figueroa truly was the perfect stranger. “I appreciate that.” Angie smiled, thanking him with her eyes. She wasn’t sure if it was a front put on by him because he was in the public eye, or if she had actually just met a kind individual. But no matter how she felt about the man, Olive had nothing but awe and admiration for Lucia. When the girl talked about flying, Olive’s face lit up for the millionth time over the conversation. “My mummy won’t let me fly.” Olive said, in a bit of a pout. It was hard for 4 year olds to understand the mysterious ways of their mothers. While Angie had always figured that she would send her child to Hogwarts, she now began to realize that she’d never stop hearing her toddler talk about Beauxbatons and the fairies and pretty dresses. Yadiel and Lucia had finished their meal and were standing to leave. He bid the two of them farewell and insisted that he’d see them at the game. “It was lovely meeting you.” Angie said to both of their new friends, and Olive called “Byeeeee.” After them in a very sign-songy voice. The two finished their meal and then went on to the rest of their errands.
