The Hogwarts Library.
It was a place that Annika had heard much about before arriving, but everything she had heard - all of her expectations - none of them quite met up to what it truly was. It was one of the first places she had wanted to see and explore at Hogwarts, but it had needed to wait a few days as she settled in. But finally she had gotten her chance and Annika quickly decided that it was by far one of her favorite places in the school. To some this wouldn't be a surprise as her new house was quickly chosen by the sorting hat, barely touching her hair before it had called out where she belonged.
Annika was a Ravenclaw according to the Hogwarts houses, and - she found she was quite pleased with that choice. She had been in the library for awhile, having only meant to take a quick browse, but now unknowingly to the young fourth year, she had lost track of time. It was however easy for Annika to forget herself, to lose herself as she explored between the stacks of books, bright blue eyes eagerly reading over titles and gentle hands running over old worn book covers. She had found a comforting place for sure. While many things were different for the young red head - books would always be old friends that would remain the same even after many reads.
