... and you can have my body- Anonymous February 2026 Alix dipped her spoon into her single serve yoghurt pot and mixed the contents slowly, her eyes slowly moving over the few staff members who had found a moment or two to have afternoon tea. She watched as one of her colleagues took a sip of his coffee; the delicate movement of his adam's apple as he swallowed made tingles run down her spine. Alix ran her tongue in anticipation over her plump bottom lip and let her eyes roll over to another colleague. This one had dropped crumbs onto her shirt and was tenderly brushing them down. Alix's body reacted to the fantasy of those hands paying attention to her chest and she found herself getting a little breathless, her tongue now replaced with her teeth biting down gently on her lip. Merlin, when had the lunch room gotten so ... sensual? Alix turned her gaze from her colleagues back to the yoghurt pot to inspect if it were sufficiently mixed. Her free hand traced a finger along her neck in the guise of tucking a stray lock of hair behind her ear. Her skin felt like it was on fire but in such a good way, she shifted in her chair as the witch brought her yoghurt up to her lips. There was a horrible screech as one of the people got up from their seat to leave the room and Alix was brought out of her reverie in time to notice the room was all but empty now. All except Luka. Her chocolate brown eyes drank the handsome healer in and today she felt she'd finally entice him. Her hair was down, her luscious near-black locks flowing down past her shoulders and driving her c-r-a-z-y with each movement of her head due to the silk shirt she had on. Her healer's robes were draped carefully over the back of her chair so her natural assets were not hidden behind the masses of fabric. How could he resist? Alix brought the spoon to her mouth and just like any woman in any sensual advert ever made, licked that thing clean before she slipped out of her seat and over to her target. "Bon jour, Luka, comment ça va?" she practically purred. Unknown to Alix, she was being driven crazy by the little bundle of horror growing inside her. She thought it was just the universe preparing her for taking the plunge, once again, with the head healer of the bugs unit. Nothing says sexy like a man who can handle ... bugs. Ok, no, that train of thought was definitely not sexy. "Any plans for the weekend?" It was a Friday afternoon and blessedly, Alix herself had the weekend off. @luka

Luka had never truly had an interest in the opposite sex. He'd had one or two very brief flings and relations and he'd cared for them but they just... didn't quite do it for him. He found himself far more attracted to men of all kinds and while he wasn't one to let himself get distracted, it happened from time to time. Briefly, normally. Naturally some woman were not aware that some men simply weren't interested in them in such a way and they kept on trying to flirt over and over. Luka was not the kind of person that you flirted with to begin with, even if you were a dashingly attractive guy. When at work he was even more quick to shut people down than in the outside world and the very small number of people that actually managed to capture his attention could easily be counted on two hands. Luke just didn't have the time.
Now this particular youngster had a horrible reputation in his book. Not because she was flirty with more than just him but more because she was flirty with him more than once. Not only was she a full decade younger, she was definitively not the kind of woman he'd be inclined to fall for on the rare blue moon he did find a woman he was attracted to. She was far too self indulgent on her appearance, didn't wear practical shoes and she was in the mental health department. The last thing he needed in his life was a woman flirting and at the same time nit picking every single detail in his brain to twist it to whatever ends she had in her mind. So as she greeted him in that overly seductive tone of voice he held back an eyeroll.
She asked about his plans for the weekend and he looked up at her over his Prophet. "Yes, in fact I do." He said as he closed the newspaper and put it down. "None of which include any sort of flirtatious activities that involve you, Miss Courtmanche." He said rather pointedly. "Or were you here to ask for my medical opinion? Because if that's the case I can undoubtedly figure out what you've been entertaining to get you to try flirting with me again during work hours. I can give you an examination if that makes you feel better." He said, his eyes very sharply fixated on her face, as he didn't really have an interest in investigating any other parts of her body.

'Yes, in fact, I do,' Alix leaned towards her target to show her interest in what Luka was about to say. She thought for a moment that she'd gained his attention as she watched Luka put down the paper he was reading but he soon attempted to shatter her dreams with his biting words. "Ohhh, you mean to say your weekend plans include flirtatious activities with someone else then, Luka?" she asked, undeterred by his attempt. Of course, she was sure that she could dissuade him from his apparent lack of interest in her with cintillating conversation.
At his offer to check her over, Alix's plump lips pulled into a devilish grin. Clearly he just enjoyed playing hard to get - she enjoyed the challenge and the game they were playing only served to intensify her desire right now. "An examination? Why, yes I think that's just what the healer ordered," she took a seat beside her colleague, her legs crossed one over the other in such a way that the tip of her toes brushed the fabric of Luka's pant leg ever-so-slightly.
"Tell me what you need me to do, my body is yours," Alix said playfully, briefly grazing her own lip with her teeth in eager anticipation. As she sat before the healer though, she realised that she legitimately had been feeling ill throughout the day and particularly when she administered potions to her patients. A few times she thought that the nausea was due to an increase in migraines but she never really ended up with much worse than a headache after emptying her stomach. This would be an interesting test on the handsome head of department. Maybe he'd diagnose her with dragon pox before it had a chance to scar up her face?

Of all the people in the hospital, she had to be one of the very worst. It wasn't like this was the first time he'd shut her down and well, she always kept coming back like he was covered in something very sugary she just had to get a taste of. She cared far too much about her appearance for starters and always wore those ridiculously impractical shoes. Despite the fact he mostly felt attracted to men and not woman (at all) he wasn't exactly the type that was all into fashion. He was a very regular guy on that point. It was rather hard for people to actually realise he wasn't straight most of the time. Not that he cared, as he was too busy to worry about romance anyway. Yes, he'd had some relationships and flings in his time but nothing had lasted as it was inevitable his passion for his work made him invest very little into whatever relationship he had built up. She asked if his weekend activities involved flirtatious activities with someone else and he held back a groan. "Even if they do, I hold no obligations to inform you about my plans. Maybe I'll read a book or maybe I have a partner coming over. It doesn't change the situation here." He told her rather bluntly.
The enthusiasm at getting a health check made it quite clear that she had a very different thing in mind. She needed to watch less adult entertainment, clearly. Especially with the less than subtle rubbing of the toes against his trousers. She was far too sneaky to be doing that by accident. No to mention her next sentence laid it on so obvious that he almost literally gagged. Her desperation was repulsive. He sighed deeply and looked at her, his expression bordering on bored. "Have you had any symptoms lately? Anything you feel might be caused by a sickness?" If not, why on earth was he still here indulging in her idle little fantasy? Probably in the hopes of getting her out. Either that or he'd just check the regular vitals and then tell her there was absolutely nothing wrong with her and that she needed to go find somebody else if she wanted to play healer with somebody that badly.

"Oh, Luka, you're being so very unimaginative," Alix said with a giggle threatening to escape her, "perhaps you can read a book that will help you better entertain your partner. Perhaps you've heard of it?" she asked, leaning back in her chair a little to brush her long and dark locks back over her shoulder slowly. The motion made her skin sizzle and send pleasant shivers up her spine. Put the book down and throw me on the table now, Luka, show me how annoying you find me, was a thought that flitted through her mind for a moment as she could read his disdain easily enough. It didn't look like he was trying to hide it, after all.
"Why of course, Healer Prewett, but none of these other healers seem to know what's wrong," Alix replied with an innocent pout. The other healers probably would figure it out quick enough if she actually bothered to ask for their opinion but as a healer herself, she put it down to over-work. Fatigue could affect the best of them after all. "So do you think you can stun me with your intellect, or will I need to settle for incredible bedside manner?" Alix asked with a playful smile. "Here, let me help you - " she went to take his hand so that she could place it on her neck, ostensibly to check how her blood pressure felt.
"I get very warm, can you feel that heat? It's not even spring yet," Alix began, "I also get faint and soon after I feel a migraine coming on."

She was just far too much. For some reason she'd never been quite willing to take the hint he was not attracted to her, in stead seeming to think that he just needed to be in the right mood at some point. Luka was well aware that she was pretty but he didn't care. The clicking of her heels on the floor felt like nails to his skull most days and her lack of practical wear made him want to roll his eyes. It showed off her physique, yes, but how on earth did she expect to do anything fast when restricted and restrained within her own clothes for no other reason than... attracting people. Especially when at work he felt she needed some better priorities. "I can assure you that I've never left a partner of mine with a lack of entertainment." He said dryly, both bored and irritated by her presumptuous nature. Just because he wasn't interested in her didn't mean he lacked interest in anybody or failed to put in the effort when he found somebody to his liking.
For some reason Luka wasn't sure if he even wanted to believe nobody else could figure out what was wrong. It seemed more likely she either hadn't asked or had been withinholding information. Yet, he considered many of the other healers to be utter idiots where the less than standard cases were concerned so he was of course more than willing to keep an open mind, when it came to her affliction. "I'm not particularly interested in stunning you in any manner, merely in figuring out what is ailing you." He said in a very calm tone, even though she most certainly was getting on his nerves by now. Was it possible for her to stop flirting?! As she placed his hand on her neck he gave her a bit of a steely gaze. Still, he did check for irregularities.
She started mentioning a few symptoms, the first of which sounded like yet another fruitless attempt to seduce him before moving towards symptoms that were certainly a lot less appealing to a prospective partner. "How long have you been having these symptoms?" He asked, taking out a small notepad to scribble a few things down. "Any other symptoms, like fever or fatigue? Any recent changes in patterns, such as dietary or sleep?" Those were fairly common. He briefly touched the back of his hand to her forehead to see if she felt warm but she didn't seem to have any obvious fever. Her hands hadn't been particularly clammy either when she'd so forcibly grabbed his to put it on her neck. So far, he could rule out most infections, although he did want to take a temperature measurement to be safe, especially since she mentioned something that could be a fever or flare ups of some kind. He'd rather not ignore those.
