It's the most wonderful time of the year!
And that means we're reflecting on the past 12 months, the highs (but not the lows) and everything in between. We have pulled together three categories to celebrate all of your achievements.

Most Character Development
- simon sixten svendsen - went from superficial jock to losing his sister and developing as a character though loads of threads. I loved seeing him grow and find out what he was afraid of as well as what he loves.
- Bianca Alia Rivera - when Bianca was made, she was just gonna be a vigilante. But she started to develop depth and principles from early threads, which developed into her facing her demons and accepting that she deserves to be loved
- rhys alexander greyback - from playboy to daddy, Rhys has had quite the IC year. He used to have a harem and now he is co-parenting and raising a child, and even has cut back slightly on his whisky intake!
- fae iona cloudbreaker - I feel that Fae had threads and plots that contributed to the site plot as a whole. As the leader of the Druids this is important especially with adjacent plots such as the Wyrd and its history with the Druids. This forced Fae to interact with new characters as well.
- BRÍGH ENNIS O'DALAIGH - Brígh is a hurricane but she went from coming back to school after a year away to pushing students together to create Phoenix Rising and leading the students during the Fall of Hogwarts and helping defend the grounds and the village. Lots of personal developoment throughout the year - learning that bat boogey hexing people is bad, graduated during a really tough time, just a lot of personal growth.
- Claire Evangeline Slater - (award for best written wyrd curse ever) Claire faced the incredible challenge of navigating her Wyrd Curse and leading Heliopath after Victoire stepped down but also working with Harry to create a unified front against Elaine.
- HARRY JAMES POTTER - Harry had some challenging years but he stepped up once more to create a united front with the Order of the Phoenix and also to explore different paths toward taking down the Purifiers such as covert operations but also focusing on his family.
Member OTY
- dez - super active and friendly in discord
- Dra - bringing lots of new members in, very active in discord
- haise's moving castle - despite moving halfway across the world, still makes a huge effort to post and be active in the discord and is always lovely and friendly
- jenny - consistent posting and pushing of plots with relevant characters, plus development of her individual characters on their personal things but also related to their plot connections (i.e. wyrd, purifers, etc.)
- COLIN! - Really great at being active in the discord and diffusing sticky situations
Most Relationship Development
- rhys alexander greyback && vasilia abigail fortescue - these two have been dancing around one another since before I rejoined the site, and finally have gotten together despite all odds.
- @clodagh && Ophelia Mae Teller - from helping one another deal with loss and curses, Fee and Clodagh are an example of true friendship.
- addilyn elara slater && BRÍGH ENNIS O'DALAIGH - two peas in a pod, the bestest of friends. They went through ups and downs of friendship, but also had each others backs when it counted (i.e. phoenix rising forming, and when the castle fell). They showed that their friendship isn't superficial.
- @deva && @bjorn - Whirlwind, fairytale romance, and one for the storybooks. This is what true love can look like
- Ophelia Mae Teller && FELIX CICERO TELLER - Brother and sister who have made it through thick and thin, breakups and deaths, and can always talk to one another
- @xantha && @emrys - Two characters who have developed from strong willed individuals and grown together to create an unexpected and healthy relationship
- @xantha && @zakariya && @xena - A family that looked mishmashed at first glance but has strong and interesting backstory - really love the mixture of magic and non-magic family members
- EPKE ROBERTUS OPPEDYK && @seph - This brother and sister duo travelled across countries to be together, and have been a delight to read their relationship developing especially in the wake of breakups and new relationships
