June 16th, 2027 Life was almost back to normal for Alix. For all anyone other than her brothers knew, there was no reason for it not to be the same routine as the June two years past. There were some that might find it a departure from the 'normal' Alix that she'd suggested a brunch shopping date over a late night session that would morph into a clubbing situation but... they'd become acclimatised to the more mature Alix these past nine months since she returned from Hy-Brasil. No one seemed to question it.. at least not to her face. Some whispered that she must be on her best behaviour due to a fall out with her father or perhaps she was attending out-patient help for the mental breakdown she disappeared for but as the good gossipers were want to do... they hushed when Alix was within earshot. For now, Alix was about to do the very awkward but 'normal' thing of ... getting to know one of Gus' two partners a little better. The more she thought on it, as she waited for Donatella to arrive, the more she found the urge to laugh at her brother's extravagance. Of course he would be the one to throw monogamy to the wind if he found two willing participants. That just increased the danger, in Alix' mind, of things going horribly wrong and her brother not surviving the heart break. Normally she would have voiced such concerns to her brother but this time she kept it to herself because it was important for him to know she had some confidence in him sticking around for Marlena. Now she stood, glancing casually at her watch as the busy witches and wizards of the Parisian version of Diagon Alley went about their business. "Perhaps I should have left the jacket at home," the witch mumbled as she glanced to the sky where the sun beat down on the crowded street as if today wasn't going to be rough enough already. @donatella

Having two partners wasn't always considered to be "normal." But Ella would always joke that she was much too much for just one partner to handle by themselves. Her friends would simply laugh, understanding the sentiment. It was quite the surprise that Gus had a child, and there she had taken some time to get use to the tiny creature. Though she was still afraid the thing would break if Ella looked at her wrong. But the tiny child was growing on the acrobat. Now she was heading out to meet up with one of her lovers sisters. As such, she dressed a cute pattered leggings, a lacy bralette and a see through top that showed off a fair share of her many tattoos. She didn't own a lot of normal cloths, she rarely had the need. Though she would borrow a fair share of dresses and fancy cloths from friends when needed. Now she owned a few of her own. On top of a surprisingly shocking number of skimpy bikini's and lingerie knowing that Gus' place had a beautiful pool, and well, she hadn't heard any complaints from the boys.
Well now wasn't the time for that. Now was the strange time to meet up with Gus' sister. She hoped that it went well. She made her way to the pre-determined meeting place, getting more comfortable with the Parisian surroundings the more she spent time there. She got up, seeing the woman already there, looking at her watch. Was she late? Well that didn't matter much, the confident woman strutted up with a smile. "Hey Alix, were you waiting long?"

Just as Alix was done looking up to the sky, she heard her name and sure enough... there was Ella who appeared to be pretending she was in fashion week and the street was her catwalk. Alix could appreciate the confidence - it was a far cry from that vapid woman that wasted the better part of a half decade toying with her brother's delicate heart. Then again, that bar was pretty low. Alix smiled warmly as Ella approached (partly because she had amused herself with a mental picture of how low the bar was - quite unflattering, really, for that ex).
"Bonjour Ella, ça va?" Alix replied easily as her dark eyes took in the body of her brother's lover. She was incredibly toned and moved like a panther or something. "Oh not at all. Just long enough to wonder about the jacket - you seem to have a much better idea of what to wear for the day," Alix motioned to the see-through top with a quirk of her brow.
"Do you ... uhh I'm not sure if we will find quite your style here. They're more progressive stylewise here than Diagon but maybe there will be something you like? Otherwise we can go somewhere else?"
