@crystal2 202 Hi Crys!~
| Vivian wanted nothing more than to relax in the common room. The sounds from the black lake could be heard along with the burning of the fire wood in the fireplace. The Slytherin girl had just finished a nice long bath after a grueling Quidditch practice. One injury to the knee later, Vivian finally had time to relax. She sat at one of the chairs at a table and placed her History of Magic textbook on the table along with a notebook and a muggle fountain pen.
She may not fancy muggleborns, but it didn't stop her from using some muggle inventions, such as pens, lined paper, and most notably a mp3 player. Muggle technology amazed the pureblood. When she took a trip out to London for a few potion ingredients, she had gotten lost and walked into a old vintage record store. Next thing she knew, she had bought an mp3 player and downloaded tons of songs. Vivian looked around to see if any other students were nearby. Seeing that the coast was clear, she pulled out her mp3 player and snuck an earbud into her right ear and turned the volume low as she listened to her studying playlist.

It had been a long day—class here class there—homework—that Gryffindor who seemed to have made it her life’s mission to annoy the tar out of Elaine any chance she could! It was amazing she hadn’t been driven into insanity yet with that girl’s childish ways. What Elaine wouldn’t give to just take her out…she was a halfblood invader after all. Eloide was one of those fools who thought she belonged here. And they let her keep on thinking that. Elaine just shook her head. Idiots! They were all idiots! Fools! Fools, fools, fools! It never ceased to amaze her and anger her at how they just allowed this to happen!
But for now – she would let it slide. She had homework to do. Assignments to be done and she refused to let her emotions at the current situations to get in the way of her learning. She kept telling herself that she was almost there. This was her last year at the school and then she wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. Then she could move forward with her plan without feeling as if she had people breathing down her neck. Not that she wasn’t going to continue on with her plans now – but she had to be careful. There were some teachers here who were already suspect of a student being behind the murders. And she had no intention of getting caught this early on in the program. And so cunning and slyness was called for.
But first homework. Cunning and slyness were not going get these assignments done after all. And so wandering into the common room—she was greeted with the sight of chairs, the fireplace, other students doing their homework and Vivian…what was that?! Elaine’s head tilted to the side in curiosity as she looked at her fellow Slytherin. It took a moment for her to realize what hat was but when she did she couldn’t help but laugh. It seemed to have gotten the other’s attention and Elaine just shrugged,
”Well, well…what do we have here? I wouldn’t have pegged you as someone interested in such things.” she said ¬as she looked down at the music player but shrugged as she flopped into a nearby chair and took out her transfiguration book and notes. The conjuring spells she had tried in class had been a success on the sleeping bag part and a totally flop on the armchair part. She had summoned a wooden chair that had been demolished into pieces….how embarrassing! She was better than that….

@crystal2 141 sassy vi is sassy
| Vivian wasn't the kind of student to make her matters public. Especially when it came to other pureblood Slytherins. She would rather let them believe she was a loner who could sometimes play well on the pitch. This didn't mean she didn't know who her housemates were. Vivian was a good listener and listened in on conversations often.
”Well, well…what do we have here? I wouldn’t have pegged you as someone interested in such things.” Vivian quickly ripped the earphone out of her ear and looked behind her. Seventh year Elaine Dupree was right there. Crap. She stuffed her mp3 player in her satchel and eyed the older girl. "It's not what you think. Muggles have some wonderful inventions. If you took Muggle Studies, you would know." She scoffed and turned around back to her work. "Anyway, it helps me focus."
