Marcia didn't remember most of it and as of right now, she had no idea where she was. She groaned, shifting herself onto her side before pressing her palms against the cold floor and pushing herself to an upright position. She was with a number of other students, ones who had been kidnapped as well, it seemed. She rolled her shoulders, squinting as she tried to adjust her eyes to the light. It was dim and dark. It seemed to be a basement of some kind... but there were no windows so she couldn't be sure. Still, it was fairly cold. She caught sight of Adelaide, and caught her breath. Quickly crawling over to her best friend, she turned the girl over, tapping her on the cheek. "Adelaide!? Adeliade, are you okay? Ad, answer me," she pleaded.

The last things Addie remembered was falling, her wand slowly slipping out of her hand as her limbs fell limp. The next thing she knew was a stone floor, its chill soaking into her cheek. Her entire body ached. However she had ended up here - wherever here was - it hadn't been via a pile of cozy pillows.
She tried to think back to before the falling. She had been surrounded by Death Eaters. Only they weren't Death Eaters. They were someone else's knock-off version. And they were everywhere, surrounding her and Abby and Theo. She remembered Abby calling her name as she fell. Adelaide! Adelaide!
"Adelaide!"
The voice wasn't her sister's. Addie shot up as she felt a hand on her face, and looked aroun There really wasn't anything to see in the dim space, but she could see the vague outlines of other people, many crumpled on the floor as she had just been. She felt frantically in the pockets of her robes, but she knew her wand was still back at Hogwarts. She swore under her breath and then began seeking out the voice. She was almost positive it was Marcia. At least she knew someone else here.
"Marci?" she replied, reaching out blindly until her hands found another body, one that wasn't laying down. "Marci, is that you?"

Marcia breathed out with obvious relief as Adelaide spoke. She felt a sob choke her momentarily before she wrapped her arms around Adelaides shoulders, pulling the girl closer to her whether she liked it or not, "thank God you're okay," she said before realizing that Addie could be hurt somewhere and she didn't know it. She released her friend. "Did they hurt you? You look okay..." she muttered, scanning Adelaide for any sort of open wounds or other issues. She sighed, "I don't know who they have here, Addie, but I haven't seen Abby... I haven't seen anyone," she felt that joke in her throat again, that sob. Was Cain all right? Was he in here somewhere? "Adeliade, do you feel okay?"she asked. One problem at a time. @adelaide

Addie let herself be drawn into Marcia's embrace. She felt numb and her body was stiff and sore. Whoever had brought them here hadn't been very gentle about it. "I'm fine," she said quietly, but was she really? She didn't know where she was, what she was doing here, or where her sister might be. She might hate Theo, but she hoped that he would at least have the decency to protect her sister. Maybe she could find some sense of peace if she knew her sister was safe.
"I'm fine. I'm okay," she repeated. She rose to her feet and stretched, her fingertips brushed a low ceiling, also made of stone. The Ravenclaw in her immediately began to assess the situation They were in some sort of cramped dungeon. They were surrounded by bodies, and although she could hear the faint sound of breathing, Addie wasn't sure how many were alive or dead. She was without a wand. The situation looked bleak.
"Marci, are you okay? Do you have your wand?"

She said she was fine, but Marcia knew she wasn’t. No one here was fine, and if they were there was something seriously disturbed about them. As Addie rose to her feet, Marcia followed her example, shaking her head and Addie’s question. ”No, it’s not on me. I’m sure we were all disarmed…” she glanced around the people in the room. Some others were starting to move, even talk to each other. She recognized Zander and Sophia on the other side of the room and turned back to Adelaide. ”I don’t… was Abby with you?” she asked, knowing that Addie would most likely be thinking about her twin sister. Marcia’s stomach sunk at the thought of Cain. Was he in this room somewhere or still back at the school worrying about her? Either way, he would not be happy with the situation.

Fear and frustration were never a good combination, and both emotions swirled miserably in the pit of Addie's stomach, each vying for control of her body. Having Marcia there with her helped some with her anxiousness, but not knowing where she was or why she was there overwhelmed her rational mind. She slowly began walking around the space, her hand against the wall, trying to gauge the size of the space. As she walked, she carefully stepped over unconscious bodies and counted them. There were fifteen people total, including herself and Marcia. But why them?
She didn't have an answer. And that scared her more than anything.
"She was with me" Addie admitted, trying to remember the events before she had blacked out. "She and Theo were with me. The men had brooms. They blew open a window. I think I killed one of them." There was no thinking about it. She had not only killed a man, she obliterated him. But all that mattered was that Abby was safe. And Addie wanted nothing more at that moment than to be with Abby. Tears suddenly welled in her eyes, and she crouched down, sobbing, wondering if she would ever see her sister again.

Marcia couldn’t stop her hand from covering her mouth as Addie admitted that Abby was with her. What was Abby feeling right now!? And poor Addie, having no idea if Abby made it out alive or not… Marcia was alone when she had been taken, and took quite a beating when it happened, too. She lowered her hand as Addie mentioned Theo and Abby both being with her and what had happened with the window. At the word killed Marcias hand lowered all the way until it was resting on Addie’s knee as she sobbed.
”Addie, you had to do it. You had to save Abby. And you did, I’m sure you did,” she encouraged. Hopefully someone was trying to comfort Abby right now, since Addie had been taken… Either way, Marci had her best friend to worry about at the moment. She leaned in closer, chewing her lip nervously for a moment before speaking up again. ”Hey, we’re going to get out of this,” she reached her free arm to wrap it around Adeladies shoulders. ”We’ll figure this out.”
