Yellow flames erupted out of the fireplace as woman in black and yellow robes appeared out of the fireplace and tossed her bag onto one of the chairs in the large office. It was a rather large office, for such a small department within the Ministry, but Avya’s job had some really nice benefits to it. Not only did she carry some influence in the Ministry but, she held influence in Hogwarts and on the governing board of the school as well. Standing tall and feeling proud as she thought back of the moments she had used her influence the most. For Burt my love of course thought Avya giving a little smile as she walked over to her little coffee table and started making a cup of tea for herself. Smiling she thought back when just a month ago she used her influence to convince mostly every board member that Burt was the way to go with the choice of Headmaster, only two she had not been able to convince of the seven. Those two needed some convince from Burt, they needed more on hands attention, to what extent he used she was not sure but the next day both voted in his favor and gave him huge endorsements.
”Were almost there…just a little longer” whispered Avyanna as she drank a little from her cup of tea before moving to her desk that was in the office. It was a circular office with few bookcases, pictures, a large desk and two big love seats in the middle of the office. The chair behind her desk was a large throne like yellow chair with a large badger on it for the symbol of her former Hogwarts house, Hufflepuff. Sitting down she stared at a pile of paperwork that was now on her desk, a gift from the same governing board members. It was all requests for different education standard changes regarding the school; she knew it was all coming but not this fast. Giving a sigh and rolling her eyes she put her tea down and started going through the paper work. Burt moves extremely fast, in everything he does thought Avya as she signed off one of the papers and moved it aside. ”I forgot powerful men don’t have the pleasure of foreplay” said Avya to herself a little smirk played on her face as she gave laugh as well.
For the next ten minutes or so she signed off on paperwork, crossed out things, edited items, even drew big red x marks on whole pages of paper. Eventually the entire stack of paper work was done, a lot she could get done easily without the need of the Minister’s approval however some was going to require the Minister to sign off. Shaking her head she reminded herself that she was not going to worry about such an issue, as Burt was taking care of it. He told her he would deal with the Minister on the education changes, she just needed to sign off on the stuff. Taking a sip from her tea she stared at the office door in front of her, thinking about what she had done for the man she loves, and what else she would do. Nothing would ever or could ever stop her from ending up with the man she loved, the most powerful and nicest man of all, Burt Reynolds.
