Hannah asked how, but Andy could tell that Neville already knew. She stayed silent, letting Neville interject. Her spoke about Phil, and at the mention of his name Andy bit down hard on her lip and nodded. Neville smiled, an interesting smile, but Andy's eyes fixated on it. He started to speak again, about how everyone has things they're afraid to do. About courage. She released her lip, noticing the taste of blood on her tongue because she bit down too hard.
She turned to Hannah at the same moment Neville did, hoping that she too would let her not tell them just yet. She was soon sitting on a couch between them and her hands were in her lap, her eyes on the floor as she took a few deep breaths.
"I hope you know I do love you both," she said softly, barely loud enough to be heard. In fact, she wasn't sure if they did hear it, so she said it again. "I love you," just a little bit louder.
That was all she had to give right now. She wanted to give them everything. All her pain, her tears, her love. But that was all she had for now. Just those words, and the feelings that came with them.
So, she cried again.

@superluigi64 , @lestrange <3 Hannah chose to stay silent. Having Neville be the one that was much more calm in this situation was helping her out quite a bit. Hannah had no idea what to say, or what to do, and she was scared. Andromeda was acting unusual, and she wasn't telling them what was going on, and Hannah didn't know how to deal with that. Seeing how Andy looked when she was on the floor in the hospital wing was still sticking out in her mind, and it wasn't a pretty sight.
Hannah had never wished more that Philip was here. That he could help them figure this out.
As they sat on the couch, Hannah turned towards Andromeda, and wiped the tears off of her face. She saw the pain in her eyes, saw the agony she must be going through. But Hannah knew there was so much more, so much on the inside that Andy must just want to let out but couldn't. Hannah took a deep breath, and let it out slowly, forcing a small smile. Her eyes looked past Andy and to Neville, then back to Andy once more. Lifting her hand, she brushed a piece of hair back behind Andromeda's ear. "We love you."

Andy’s words were quiet, though not too quiet for him to hear. He’d been temporarily deafened in one ear or the other enough times that his hearing was quite good overall. But still she said it again, louder. Part of him wondered whether she feared they would take her silence as her not wanting to be around them anymore. Unfortunately for her, it was far too late and she was stuck with them. Neville could step back from the Lestrange girls, give them their space if they demanded it. He wouldn’t like it, but he could. But not Hannah, not now. Andy would never push her away or get her to stop worrying and wondering. And Neville didn’t intend to go anywhere either. He knew, now, what a lousy childhood the girls had had, and he hoped he had at least made this last year better than the ones before it. …heh. It had been a whole year. Somehow, it felt both shorter and longer. One arm slid around Andy and Hannah’s shoulders, pulling the three a little closer together, and an old lullaby he used to sing to his children came to mind. He wasn’t the best singer, but he could sing this one pretty well due to experience. Fear not this night, you will not go astray Though shadows fall, still the stars find their wayA wave of his hand snuffed out a half dozen candles around the room, darkening it just a little. He turned to look at Hannah, eyes crinkled in a smile that his singing wouldn’t let him form. It had been a long time since they double teamed a child’s nightmares. It was good to dust off old skills from time to time. Nightmares come when shadows grow Eyes close and heartbeats slowAnother wave of his hand to dim the light of his office a little more. And a reassuring squeeze to Hannah’s shoulder. Certainly, they weren’t done with Andy yet. This was a problem that could not be overlooked. She needed help. But Hannah knew better than most that help is worthless if someone refuses to accept it. It would be hard, it would take time. And perhaps it would be impossible without Phil’s presence. Maybe even with his presence. But they weren’t out of the fight just yet. Dawn's just a heartbeat away. Hope's just a sunrise away.@lestrange @jill11 [The song Neville is singing: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOMQxVtbkik ]

Andy allowed Hannah to wipe the tears off her face, keeping her own hands in her life. Allowing people to be so physically and emotionally close to her was a strange feeling still, but she was getting more and more used to it with every passing day. Especially with these two she was sitting with now. Hannah said they loved her, and Andy knew it was true, even if that was a hard thing to accept.
Still, she knew that she was going to be spending most of her life with these two now, and their family. She knew she'd eventually become a family member in other ways and that she'd be with them forever. She was okay with that, somewhere, she just had to figure it out in her head and heart. She just had to fit the pieces together and stop worrying.
Then Nevilles arm was sliding around her shoulders, pulling Hannah closer as well until they were all huddled on the couch together. His voice came, but it wasn't what she was expecting. He was singing.
Andy had never been sung a lullaby before, or anything similar. She wasn't even sure what you were supposed to do when this sort of thing happened. She was still, at first, until the room started to darken. Then, she leaned back into the couch more as the song continued, allowing her shoulders to hunch over and her hands to stop squeezing so tightly together.
She felt like she'd heard this song a million times. Like she'd heard him singing it a million times, with Hannah on the other side of her. She didn't realize that she'd moved her hand to take Hannahs, or that she leaned her head onto the woman's shoulder. She didn't realize that she had fallen asleep, or that she had muttered something just before unconsciousness overtook her. "Night mum, night dad."
@superluigi64 @jill11 (Andy out <3 That song is so beautiful. I realy needed this tonight. You guys can go on to close it off or you can end it with this post <3)

@superluigi64 , @lestrange <3 Hannah, in all honesty, was shocked to hear Neville singing this lullaby. It had been so long since Hannah herself had heard it, since their children were so small. It made her smile, and tearful once more, but in happiness. This young girl in between them, this girl that they both loved, was trying so hard to just be happy, and Hannah hoped they'd be able to help her with that some day.
The lights dimmed and Hannah felt Neville's hand on her shoulder, and Hannah rested her head on top of Andromeda's, squeezing her hand as Andy grabbed her own. It was all getting better, slowly, but surely. It may take a little longer, but a little longer Hannah was willing to go.
"Goodnight, darling." Hannah smiled as Andromeda fell asleep, and her eyes slowly moved to Neville. "I love you."

“Night mum, night dad.”
Her words were quiet, but clear and steady, as she drifted off to sleep. And she meant it, of that he had no doubt. She might not remember in the morning. She might not be able to call them that when her consciousness made her worry and wonder. But there, in the twilight between awake and alseep, she had told them her true feelings.
Hannah wished her a good night, as Neville pressed a kiss to the top of her head and slowly stood up from the couch. Andy was leaning into Hannah now, so he could move where she couldn't. “I love you.” He met his wife's eyes and couldn't help but smile. He was so lucky and so thankful to have someone who loved him for the things he naturally did. Not just any woman would appreciate his willingness to step so far out of his own zone for the sake a child that had not been his a year ago. To understand that he had to break off plans for dates or dancing or good times when someone needed help—that he did not want to, but could do nothing less, because he couldn't enjoy himself knowing that it cost another when he could have helped them. But Hannah was not just any woman, and she was the same way.
“I love you too,” he whispered, even as he pulled out his wand and began to Transfigure the elongated chair the two women were on. He stretched it out farther, then widened it considerably, firmed up the squishy cushions just a little, all the while taking careful care to move them from a sitting position to a laying one without disturbing Andy's sleep.
When the makeshift bed was complete, mother and daughter side-by-side, Neville smiled. “This reminds me of Jay over the summer and last Christmas.” He stepped over to the hat rack near the door and pulled his cloak off of it, then covered the both of them with it, bending down to kiss his wife in the process.
He moved another chair silently over beside them, seating himself in it and reaching out for his wife's hand.
It would hardly be the first time he'd slept in a chair for the sake of a child.
